@RowanSkie

So, I've been wondering about how much a coin sells out in the end, and decided to not treat them as money but instead those shopping bags. Turns out, when something is rare and expensive, its price is expensive. Okay, now let's shift it back to the shopping bags as a form of medium of exchange (aka currency). I guess IOUs made sense if there's a lack of supply but too high demand/usage of something? I'm not sure what I'm thinking right now. >.>

@RowanSkie

Stuff I realized. If it's a BCH-based product, there is no ICO but users are already using it. If it's not a BCH-based product, a higher chance an ICO appears, and it's a gamble if it's true or not. Observations are from the following websites: OnlyCoins.App Noise.Cash Read.Cash LazyFox.io Gaze.Cash

@RowanSkie

Great. A noise.cash porn account's here and commented on one of my posts. EDIT: Help me kick Keidy28k off. I'm not gonna go and ping him though.

@RowanSkie

SmartBCH shenanigans atm: 1. Someone went and added bots for BenSwap 2. Minable SEP20 token! smartMAZE 3. Farming slowed down a lot, I guess a lot of people staked their EBEN now

@RowanSkie

Clip Studio Paint is currently 50% off from the PROversion to the EX version. Luckily, I have stored 0.1 BCH for the job. Granted, I haven't really recovered another BCH from my faults on BCH.games, and I only managed to recover the first BCH due to SmartBCH and ORBs having good prices.

@RowanSkie

SmartBCH is still down, and any attempts at setting up a new node end up with BCHN requirements, and probably not much progress. Oddly enough, it seems more of a code problem than anything...

@RowanSkie

In a way, SmartBCH is now my third alternative way of getting BCH, specifically when they get an airdrop and the airdropped tokens have high-liquidity exchanges on BenSwap. Granted if it manages to get coins rolling in it.

@RowanSkie

Cookie Clicker is on Steam for $5. Uh.

@RowanSkie

By the way guys, if you know the game Myst, you're old. Well, sort of. I bought the latest one.

@RowanSkie

My SmartBCH address ran out of gas fees to do transactions. I'm gonna have to sell EBEN and a few other tokens to get it back up while also topping it up via CoinFLEX.

@RowanSkie

Hey guys, remember the post I made about the three types of BCHers? Well, it seems the Investors have flocked into SmartBCH, leaving BCH a place of Users and Anarchists, all wanting to improve it more. It's not really much of a surprise at this point, but a few things are certain: 1. We need more developers for all six nodes. 2. We need marketers that can market Bitcoin Cash past our big-named influencers. 3. We need more applications and market adoption for Bitcoin Cash. 4.…

Enter the Sphere's Second Flipstarter Funded!

@RowanSkie

You know, the funny thing about this site is that there doesn't seem to have some sort of "withdraw immediately" button, in case of emergencies and the people having minimum payment got it to like, more than a dollar. Just my two cents.

@RowanSkie

I wish wallets had the option to show two fiat currencies: One in USD and one in local. Everyone's talking dollars while some people only have pesos, you know? Could be nice. Anyone know how to create an Electron Cash plugin?

@RowanSkie

I wonder if the crypto market will soon slow down and follow the speed of everything else.

@RowanSkie

I wonder if everyone here actually does use Bitcoin Cash, not just send it directly towards some exchange to get a quick buck/quid/cash. >.>

@RowanSkie

For some odd reason, I check on on memo.cash and ended up finding myself reading an argument. Well, it's now permanently on-chain so...

@RowanSkie

My internet's going nuts. I can't sign in to Steam, Microsoft, LastPass, some of my apps aren't working very well...

@RowanSkie

You know, I'm frustrated right now. Because of SmartBCH, investors have flocked into The Sphere just wanting more ORB and just to cash out with a quick buck, not even knowing this is an ***SLP***-based NFT game. Like, seriously, guys. If you want to invest in something, know what you are investing in. It's not going to be like the shitcoins you'll find in SmartBCH. ORB is an ***actual product***, with actual use cases, and treating them like crap. I'm just frustrated that…

@RowanSkie

Imagine if there's a stats page for noise.cash, and it turns out half of the userbase just doesn't do anything at all, just lurking and wanting the money.

@RowanSkie

Some funny stuff. I'm still earning from my "I'm an Enter the Sphere player" noise.cash post. Uh... how are people still finding that? I mean, I didn't pin it on my account...

@RowanSkie

Oh hey, noise.cash is now paying directly in satoshis. That's awesome.

@RowanSkie

Imagine if one day BTC's Github gets compromised and someone started porting BCH code to it, locking everyone out of the Bitcoin Core nodebase. Just... imagine that.

@RowanSkie

Every time noise.cash gets a 504, I'm imagining it is our dear developers trying to implement the Bitcoin Cash wallet and failing miserably.

@RowanSkie

There's an odd weirdness about the new Bitcoin Cash wallet integration with the site. At least it's using m/44'/0'/0' as its derivation path.

@RowanSkie

@noise.cash Just a suggestion, since the integrated Bitcoin Cash wallet went through very well and nothing exploded yet. A site overhaul adding those nice round green squares.

@RowanSkie

Not much of progress lately. Maybe I should draw or something.

@RowanSkie

The greatest problem everyone may have is not the lack of something, but the overabundance of it.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes, I wonder if life could've been marginally better if things were going the right way. But everyone makes mistakes and all, so... I guess that's why there are people who still do good then.

@RowanSkie

I don't think I have written anything on read.cash lately.

@RowanSkie

You know, sometimes I look at the stuff I have in the crypto market and wonder if they could just be normal. Sure, it's finance, but everything's just finance, not something normal like, you know, normal things you share on Facebook and so forth.

@RowanSkie

Time to clean up and remove unnecessary IDEs that I will never use.

@RowanSkie

You know you've leveled up from Investor to User when: 1. You're using BCH 2. You don't give a fuck about the price anymore 3. You've managed to use BCH to buy things, not buy dollars. (context: https://noise.cash/post/lz5jq4n7)

@RowanSkie

So, I'm not too sure if I should accept any more tips from now on, but then it's an automatic thing. Imagine if you can opt-out to the Noise.cash fund. More to the newbies, I guess?

@RowanSkie

Oh, hey, new look. I think? The buttons have now decided to take the whole bottom space if you go mobile.

@RowanSkie

Accepting others is easier than accepting yourself.

@RowanSkie

Calling some help! Vote here: https://twitter.com/hybrix_io/status/1439865570963361795?s=21 Preface: Hybrix has just released a poll detailing what they'll name SmartBCH, and it's currently in an overwhelmingly looking like it's SBCH. But the developers and early investors of SmartBCH have already agreed to *NOT* call it SBCH but just BCH, so the second one is better. Renoise if you can, ok?

@RowanSkie

Has anyone tried seeing if their queued tips on noise.cash settings actually change on BCH or on USD? Because if it's on BCH, it'd really surprise a lot of people.

@RowanSkie

I have a suggestion that @noise.cash should try to implement in a way. Stats for most tips. And if it goes well, some incentive that gives extra tips to the most tipped posts per week? It could work and we can create a tipping community.

@RowanSkie

Ever had that problem where you just wanted to spend your money but you have no idea where to spend it? Me too. Anyhow, my PayMaya virtual card can't seem to be accepted anywhere now...

@RowanSkie

You know that feeling that you want to purchase something on the Internet but you can't since your virtual card doesn't work? Of course, I already said this part, but what about the feeling of your national ID not yet there so you can finally use PayPal to redirect things back to your virtual card? (seriously, PayMaya, my card is not accepted in merchants using Stripe.)

@RowanSkie

Imagine if I just removed my tip queue maximum, and just watched noise.cash consolidate cents worth of BCH I have. Would it work?

@RowanSkie

So, I've decided to do a little bit of testing, and that is to see how much BCH I can get before the thing consolidates. At the moment, I've turned my minimum queued tip down to 10 cents, and the plan is to get myself as much as I could before it consolidates. Who knows. Also, it helps with the growing blocks since you can now literally just ignore it and be fine as your BCH wallet loses a bit of through fees but you still get 99% of it randomly.

@RowanSkie

You know, I never really understood why people want to earn more subscribers. Though, that's probably just me being an introvert on the internet due to the cancel culture created by anonymity.

@RowanSkie

We should create some form of event where the minimum payout is reset back to 0 for a day and watch as the blocks on the BCH chain grow again, at least once a week.

@RowanSkie

And, as it turns out, I can actually just use Gmail to log in and check my Yahoo email. And my Microsoft email. And... my other emails.
