Thy Bitcoin Cash or BCH
Many months ago, as I was new to noise cash, I didn't know that BTC and BCH were different. Maybe, it was not only me who thought that these two were the same. But now, almost all of the users in noise cash and read cash knew that Bitcoin Cash was a fork of Bitcoin and it can never be called Bitcoin alone but we should officially say, Bitcoin Cash or BCH.
I was really confused at first. 'Huh, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin are different?' This was my previous question. But as I dived deeper, it became clearer to me at last. Just checking their prices would show a huge difference too. What could be my world if I was never introduced to the crypto world? What if the admins of noise cash and read cash never thought of creating these two platforms? Do you think we still know about it? I guess not. I was first introduced to noise cash by my sister. A site where we can write short and original posts. That was the start of my confusion of these names though. Hehe. What if, Bitcoin Cash had other names?
With the help of these two sites, I was able to learn more about the crypto world. I can trade my own money if I want. Reading daily crypto updates from diligent writers would give us a quick view of the cryptos. Thank you.
Before, I posted about my story when I got scammed in noise cash. That was the very first time I made my coinsph account way back 2019. Someone from the Facebook introduced it to me. I forgot the first one where I spent my 600 pesos just to join that online website as well. It starts with letter 'P'. What was that? Whew. It's hard to remember it. I was not able to get any additional income but rather, I donated my money instead. Haha. What a waste. Grrrrrr. And then, I also joined that online platform. I didn't know that it was a scam. Huhu.
That unknown virtual friend introduced me about the 'Workmines'.
Good thing, I never deleted one of their emails. I saved it in my archives. So now, it's a two-year old email. I will never forget and delete it.
Does this name ring a bell to you? Comment down below if yes. Hehe. We have the same memory and experiences then. Hihi. Apologies to our hard earned money back then.
I created my coinsph account after getting instructed. And then, the first payment I placed was worth more than five thousand pesos if I'm not mistaken. I cashed in my money to my coinsph then from fiat, I converted it to BTC. Which at that time, I wasn't aware that cryptos existed. I was even surprised that it also had high fees. So instead of paying more than four thousand pesos only, I needed to add funds just to pay the high fees. Yay. I wasted my money. Huhuhu. And then, I wasn't even contented, I got our money from the piggy bank and made another account for my husband. Whew. What a naive person I was.
We were attracted to the few payouts it gave us every week. That's when I got addicted to it. I thought that I would continue to have passive income weekly. It turned out I was wrong. Huhu. We were scammed!!!
The worst part was introducing it to one of my sisters. She paid a big sum of money which she never had gains too. Those online scammers took our money and never returned. What a disappointment. After that incudent, I heard that others invested 50k plus and above but was scammed. Good for me that it was only 7k plus in peso. But that was big for me. Huhu.
So that's when I read and experienced cashing in with BTC crypto, but wasn't aware that we can trade and do more with it during that time. I was bitter to open my coinsph account so I uninstalled it. And then this year, 2021, I again went back to coinsph. But it was different this time. Blogging was introduced to me and I was earning. Thank you noise.cash and read.cash. You gave me the proper introduction to crypto. With your help, I learned how to trade my own money. Although I had losses at first, but I learned how to make gains now. So grateful to have you both.
Now, I came to love Bitcoin Cash. I understood some of its concept. And yeah, I want to congratulate myself, I'm almost near to reaching one BCH. That was my pure earnings in noisecash and now, including readcash.
We may have good and bad experiences with cryptos, but, at the end of the day, we should learn something. Integrate it within ourselves and do better.
How did you know about the BCH crypto?
Thanks for reading my articles. Your support means a lot. God bless us all! βΊοΈ
Life's Comparison to Writing
Wow, it's been three weeks since I joined the readcash platform. I was hesitant at first to start with it but due to lack of income, I decided to write. At first, it was just a plan. But I executed it and until now, I'm still here in this platform, almost a month now.
It was just a plan the day before I started. I did not expect it to really happen the next day. I told myself, once I start writing, I should continue with it. I commit myself to writing atleast one article per day. I may run out of ideas but I have to, since it's already a commitment within me and myself. So I started with my first ever article: "One of the Dreamers". Here's the link if you want to read it. βΊοΈ https://read.cash/@RosheiGanda/one-of-the-dreamers-d3bc5e1e
Just like in life, when we commit ourselves to a relationship, when we enter into it, there's no turning back. We should think a hundred times, no a million times, before entering into a marriage where we should say, "until death do us part". For me, these words are really heavy to carry as we go on and with our life. Or maybe later on, it becomes a burden to someone. It was never a joke to get married. People have their own cultures and belief that affect the way of marriage. I know you knew what I mean.
Nowadays, many people are heard or seen doing the act of adultery. It's maybe because their partners are abusive to them, not showing any love and so on, that's why they find love to someone. And that someone will start to break the family's relationship and eventually, they fall. Let's know that when we do something lefty to ourselves, be ready for the consequences. If you want to give up, atleast make the best decision before doing it. Think twice, thrice, a million times. We have to choose the legal way. I guess, you know what I mean about the legal way. Like going to court and so on. Well, I know, people have their own good and evil ways of solving their problems. I'll stop here.
That's just how I compare the life we have to writing. Once we said we commit ourselves, then we have to continue with it. Lifelong commitment indeed. The moment this platform will be gone, then that's the time I will give up. But it doesn't mean that I will stop in writing, I will find ways to continue with it. Not income related but finding the passion to it. That's all I can say.
What about you, how do you compare your life to writing? Is it something similar to what I wrote? It could be. Hehe. Let's interact on the comment section down below. Thank you.
Once again, I thank everyone for giving their time to reading my articles. That means a lot to me. βΊοΈ Thank you and God bless us all! βΊοΈ
Canned Goods
The canned goods are the best to distribute during the calamities, pandemic, and other occuring worldwide problems. This is the easiest to give because it has preservatives that will make it last long. It's the best to give. Examples of these are sardines, century tuna, corned beef, fresca tuna, meatloaf, and others. Let's include the other goods like pancit canton, maggi noodles, dry fish (dilis/daing), as well as the detergents for washing (not eatable goods though, hihi). Of course, there are times that money is given as well.
Not only during calamities but also, it's convenient in the house. We can buy boxes of it then store them in the kitchen for daily and future use. Goods are placed inside the cans so they're also hard to be touched by insects. So useful and many people love buying them including me. I know you too, canned goods are not absent in your kitchen. If we run out of it, we have them in the mini stores.
Unless, you're not fond of canned goods so technically, you won't buy them. But I know, most of us, buy canned goods. During occasions like birthdays, Christmas or New Year, when we cook spaghetti, we often change the meat to corned beef. It's much cheaper. Although it won't give us the original meaty taste, but atleast, it can be used. I as one use corned beef to make my spaghetti yummier. Hehe. It depends on how we make our own.
These past days, canned goods were my daily viand. Like I said in my posts, my work was affected and so I no longer have enough salary to sustain my needs. I haven't been to the grocery stores and in the market to buy new goods. It's been weeks now. Huhu. Thankfully, with these canned goods, atleast, I have something that makes my rice tasty whenever I eat. My sisters too give me my viand. We help each other in this time of crisis. Whew.
I'm now eating and the partner to my rice is the corned beef. I just reheated it and placed it on my plate. So I'm enjoying my late dinner now. This is how, canned goods are really good. If emergency arises like typhoons, then we have something in store. Or if we run out of budget, we have them. Apologies for not taking photos of it and uploading it here.
Are canned goods helpful to you too? For me, yes it is. But, it's also unhealthy to only eat this everyday. We also need to plant vegetables in our yards (whether small or big) so we can mix it with the canned goods. Atleast, there's vitamin in it.
Right now, I have these two left in my drawer. Century tuna and meatloaf.
I hope that I will be able to buy new groceries on Sunday after attending the mass in the morning.
What did you have for dinner today? Did you have any of these canned goods? Hehe. Let's interact in the comment section below. π
Thanks for always reading my articles. God bless us all! βΊοΈ More power to us!

The Mukbangers
By now, many people are familiar with the word 'mukbang'. According to Mr. Google, it's a South Korean for "eating show". That's why when we search videos about mukbangs, we always see people eating foods. Alongside with it is the ASMR too. Where you can hear satisfying sounds of crunchy foods, etcetera.
I'm a food lover actually. I was a good eater since my childhood too. Sometimes, if I love the food I overstuff my mouth and would eat too much that causes me to throw up.
Food lovers are people that I love to eat with. Especially if they're not picky eaters. Exception would be if you're allergic to foods being served. I used to look at my dad whenever we eat. The way he put the big size of rice in his mouth with his hand, and then directly getting the soup and slurp it with gusto. Yum yum yum. He also contributed to why I eat too much. Haha. As well as one of my sisters. If we eat the three of us, we don't care about the surroundings. We just focus on eating. Haha.
Sometimes, I would eat more than my older brother and my husband. My brother would wonder and be amazed of the amount I eat. I can eat more than them sometimes.
Due to stress too, I eat and eat as well. Especially during midnight if I watch dramas. I crave everytime and wanted to put what I'm thinking in my mouth. Wow, amazing foods.
I might eat big amount of food often but, I was surprised to watch how mukbangers eat more. Too much of a competition. Haha. I can't imitate what they can do. How can they stuff all those foods in their mouth? Too much for their tiny body, isn't it? I'm always puzzled as to how talented they were in eating. I believe, more and more young generations will be mukbangers.
As much as I'd really want to be in a diet but discipline is what I lack. I no longer promise to myself because the more I say it, the more I don't follow it. My weakness is food. Food is like everything to me. It gives me happiness and life. I can't really go on a diet. Let me just do more exercise or physical work to lessen the fats in my body atleast. Haha. Apologies for my body.
Are you a food lover too? If yes, welcome to my club. Charot. Hihi. Let's go for a lunch sometimes when we both have money.
These are some of my favorite mukbangers that I often watch in YouTube.
Let me start with Hamzy. She has elegant ways of giving me appetite in eating. I love how she make steady faces while eating. Without facially interacting with the viewers. That's what I love about her. I followed her since the first months of her mukbang vlogs.
Next is Tzuyang. Another mukbanger in YouTube. I just discovered her videos this week. I was astonished as to how she eats big amount of foods. She doesn't fail to amaze me. Even those people around her in a restaurant when she eats. They would ask, "Can you really eat all those? Wooooow!" At first, people would say, that's too much for a tiny girl like her but after she finished the foods, they give her two thumbs up. Haha. Me too. I give it as well as her viewer.
Another one is Boki. She eats with a style as well. She can stock up the foods in her mouth. It gives me an appetizing taste by just watching her eat.
There are more mukbangers out there to watch but these are my top three. Because they eat naturally. That's my opinion only. Hehe. Wow, these goddess of foods are really great to watch.
I noticed that my hubby's younger sister would let her son watch the mukbang videos in high volume and that would appetize the child. Haha. We all know that children are hard to feed, but showing them mukbang videos would help them eat on their own. Hehe.
Right now, I'm craving for foods. Whew. If only, I'm with my hubby right now, I will suggest that we will go to town to eat. Haha. Yay. I'm indeed a food lover. Hehehe.
I was never a fat girl in my childhood to my teenage days. Although I eat a lot, I didn't become fat. But when I reached 20, that's it. So evident that I became fat. Haha. It was because of the foods. Lols.
Let's eat healthy and stay well my dear friends!!! Can someone give me food now? πππ I dare you give me some yummy foods. π Kidding, but yeah, I'm serious. π
Thanks for reading again my simple blog about foods. Stay safe and well. God bless us! βΊοΈ
Good evening. Let me give my special thanks to my new sponsor @BCH_LOVER. I'm so thankful for giving me a sponsorship. God bless you always.
Endless thanks as well to my other sponsors for your continuous support. God bless us all. βΊοΈ
Lovely Province
I grew up in a bowl like mountain, there in my hometown. A lovely place I adored so much. Many memories kept on lingering from there. Childhood memories to adult memories. Whenever I go home there, I would always be reminded of the past. Sometimes, I tend to cry because of the happy memories.
My mom and dad also grew up in the province. They are farming now since they retired from their own work. Lovable parents who sacrificed everything to us. It's also time to sacrifice atleast my life to them. Showing them that I care too. They are green thumb so they can grow crops and other plants. They would give us foods when they harvest them like corns, peanuts, rice, and others. I always feel overwhelmed to taste their sweet labor.
That's why, I came to love my hometown. I've been thinking for the past months whether to stay there for good. Was it just emotions that made me think that way? I guess, I really do like to be in the province. Especially that my hubby also likes to be there. Sure, time to leave the city soon. No more turning back. Opportunities might be waiting for me there.
___________**β€οΈ**___________
I just want to flex my parents elegant garden too. Just that, I didn't take a nice angle of it. Just a rush photo. My dad was removing the old corn plants in this photo.
There's also two months old photo here where we used to drink water whenever we go to the farm. A drinking mini fountain. Natural, yummy, and fresh water taste.
This is how our hometown look like too. Look, there's a beautiful rainbow. I saw it fade away so I rushed and took many photo of it. Hehe.
__________**β€οΈ**____________
Living in the city naturally was the best thing that happened in my life so far. Having friends who played with me. Actually, we loved to swim in the river. We didn't care about the color of our skin that time. Haha. We even hug the big rocks or stones there just to make our body warm. We would bask under the sun. So I experienced having a fish like scales at my back that time. Yay.
The river has rice fields beside it. We would walk in it, used our hands to pick those black muds and throw it with each other until our body were soaked in black. Lols. For the sand grains, we played with them too. Like molding them into circled shape. We were good at it back then. Hehe. I loved it so much.
I guess, you also have your own experiences in the past especially if you lived in the province. Hehe. So many memories to look into.
Hmmm. It's always nice to turn back the time in our memories. Hehe. Was the power outage that made me remember the past? Hihi. Anyway, let's hear yours too and we will enjoy reading it. Thank you. βΊοΈ

My Adversities
All of us experience problems in life. No matter how simple or how difficult that is, it's still a problem. No matter how people criticize you because of it, we tend to wake up and just go on with our life. We are human beings. As human beings, we experience good things in life too, not just the bad ones.
In this article, I'll share the adversities I'm experiencing right now. It may be simple, but it's still a problem for me. Especially that I'm all alone and my hubby is in the province.
Flooding
We're always lucky to have such parents and aunts with good hearts. Who did everything good to each other and that, we, their children are experiencing their goodness. My aunt allowed us to stay in their house. She built a small room for us, siblings. This was to avoid renting someone's house paying them with money. That will be another expensive money to pay. So yeah, our place was for free.
My aunt's backyard was the creek. Where water flows. So during strong rainy seasons or typhoons, we always expect to have flood in our room. And yeah, were not mistaken. It always happen several times in a year. So we always clean the muddy flooded floor with ourselves. It was really cold but we aim to finish it as fast as we could. The furnitures were always soaked in the muddy water and that, they were destroyed now and we repainted them to look new.
I hope that my aunt's house is okay now. We transferred to my eldest sister's house after that. And now, I'm left alone living in here since I work also in this place, as Home-Based.
Currently, we have typhoon Maring in our area. A strong typhoon and windy. So now there's flooding on the floor too. I couldn't wear my socks because it will get wet. Now, my barefoot is feeling cold. I hope that it will be gone so the floor will become dry. Whew.
Other people are experiencing the worse flood. Not only their house, but the streets, entire baranggay. Or other places were washed out by the river's over flooding. Oh God, please protect us. So scary. Huhu.
No electricity
It could either be the sudden brown out/ scheduled or unscheduled power outage. But right now, since yesterday afternoon, we don't have electricity. It affected my work since I needed to tag myself as absent. Huhu. How can I have a good salary then. Adversities kept on piling up.
I pray that the line men will be safe too. The wind is really strong so we understand why they can't fix it right now. They might be in an accident and we don't want that. Countless lives of linemen were already sacrificed because most of them were electrocuted. I hope that we understand them. It's their life that matters and it's no longer the electricity that matter. Everyone's safety should be the top priority.
Let's hope and pray that this typhoon will be gone carrying out the virus. Shoooooo!!!
Last night, I would wake up from my sleep due to the strong wind sound and the rain sound. It was really scary. So I would cover my whole body with my blanket. Good thing, from time to time, I get a good sleep until I woke up in the morning. Whew.
Also, I have readied my candles here in case I run out of battery and my phone will be lowbat. What's important is I don't get hungry and I feel warm. Same with you my friends.
No Proper Salary
It's easy to say, it's time to resign from work because of this and that. But it's much harder to look for another work. So, I stayed with my work until now. But for sure, it's really time to resign. I love the company and the work, but, due to livelihood, I needed to resign and look for another one as much as possible. It's no longer the same.
Plus, the project we planned to begin. I hope that, we will start it before this year ends. With God's grace, it will happen.
I don't know where to pick myself up after I resign from my work and go home in the province for good. I can't sustain my life here in the city anymore. Plus, I'm sickly as well. There's no good thing happening. Bills will continue to come so there's a need to change as well. It will never stop while I'm alive.
While looking for another job in the coming months, bear with me, I'll stay with noisecash and readcash. I'll continue to write so atleast, there's an income. Blogging is a job, right? Hehe. Let's hope that these two platforms will continue to be with us. And let's keep on supporting what they're advertising which is the BCH. Thank you a million times.
Final Thoughts
Amidst adversities, we should continue to live. Let's wake up everyday full of energy to do our daily task. We can surpass adversity. We all know that these are given to use to mold us and make us become stronger in life. Yeah, I believe in that saying too.
My friends, I hope that you're still doing great wherever you are. Don't forget to pray. God bless us always. Thank you!

My Food Cravings
Mouth-watering foods are in my thoughts. I can't go out due to the strong typhoon now. The air as well is giving us a scary whistling sound. It's been weeks since the last time we had a typhoon. My ears are getting used to it again. My fear as well is here with me.
Last night, foods kept on visiting my mind. While sleeping I kept on moving my body from side to side again. The thoughts of eating isaw barbecue, cracklings, soda kept on disturbing me the whole night. Until I didn't notice that I slept.
"Isaw"
This is a typical pinoy street food. One of the famous barbecue snacks that we can usually see on the stores, side roads. It smells so nice when it's being cooked on smoky charcoals. Wow. Just thinking of it makes me want to eat it right now.
I tried making this last 2019 on my birthday. I saved up my money for it and bought chicken stomachs in the market. Washed it well, then boiled it in water with seasonings plus food coloring to make it color red. Then placed it in a barbecue stick. And I would say that from that experience, sticking "isaw" in a barbecue stick is a talent. It was really hard to make it look like perfect. Hehe.
Do you like this street food? I hope you're not allergic to it because it's really yummy. Hehe.
Cracklings
This is what I am craving right now. It's a junk food by the way with vinegar taste. Hmmm. I really want to go out now and buy from the store. If only this rain will be gone. Whew.
I will buy a big sized cracklings later. I don't want that, at night, my regrets will kill me again. I actually stopped buying finger foods that's why I'm dying for its taste. The sour taste.
Mang Juan
I know, you knew this too. It's also a junk food with vinegar taste. You might say, I'm a vinegar lover. Hehe. Sometimes if my cravings hit me, yes, I love the vinegar taste.
I usually buy this from the stores too before. But I stopped it already. And now my mouth misses it so much. But my cravings for cracklings is much more in my thoughts than "mang juan".
Fried Chicken
Wow, just the thought of this makes me want to cook it. Whew. But I don't have the resources right now though. So, I'll just think of it. Huhu. Like, it's hard that our cravings hit us and all we can do is just to think about it. Like, controlling ourselves. Grrrrr... Whew.
Do you know what I love to order from McDonald's? It's the "Ala King". My youngest sister was the one who taught me that. It's worth 89 pesos and you can have rice, chicken with sauce, soda and fries. You can add burger if you want, just pay additional fee. Hehe.
Or, we can go to other big fast food restaurants to eat their fried chickens. They're all yummy but unhealthy foods too.
Hotdogs
This one too. It's yummier when we cook it on the smoky charcoal, then we dip it in the sauce. Wow, I love the sour taste and spicy taste. But it's not my cravings right now because I made it as my meal few days ago.
Fishballs, Kikiam, Chicken Balls, Squid Balls
Another famous street food for typical pinoys. Do you agree with me? This is so delicious when you dip it with sauce. We can just watch the procedures on YouTube on how to make the sauce. My sister's sauce in the province is really yummy so I love eating the ones she sell. I might go home at this rate. Charot. Kidding.
Others
I have so many food cravings actually. Just that they're mostly unhealthy. But once my cravings is satisfied from eating them, I no longer miss them. Maybe, after many weeks again.
I don't know how to call it in English but it's called 'batikuleng'. And then the pig skin too. Wow, they're really yummy. Including, chicken's liver by the way.
I kept on saying yummy to these foods. It's time to buy them. Haha.
I forgot the other foods that I most likely crave. But I just want to include the soda or coca cola in my list. This is like the final shot. Hehe.
What about you, what are your food cravings? I only talked about the sour foods here but if you ask me, I also love ice creams, or the sweet taste of other foods.
Have you eaten already? Enjoy!

When Surrounded with PRIDE
People tend to uplift their pride when they notice that someone's downgrading them. Is it? Maybe for some. We all know these kinds of people. It could be ourselves also. A member of our family, someone from our relatives, maybe friends and neighbors. Why are you so prideful? What causes you to be one? Is it because you think you're better than people. It doesn't mean that you're intelligent that you're full of pride. That's not how to live, my opinion only.
Giving Advice to Prideful People
Have you tried giving advices to people whom you know has high pride? You're concern so you need to step in and give him/her lectures or just a simple advice. So before you even start talking, they defeated you with their words. As if they're telling you to go away because you're not someone to give them advice. Haha. See! We have that kind of person in the family. Selfish, very self defensive, prideful, feeling rich, feeling mighty and feeling so intelligent. Do you have these in your family too? Hihi.
Sorry, this article is not something good to read. I might take out your anger only. My apologies for that. π
So yeah, they have pride but when they're faced with problems that they can't solve involving money, they would run kneeling at you. "Huhu please help me. Let me borrow money from you. Please don't get tired on lending me your money. Huhu." Wow, after all those attempts of giving them your words and not listening to it, now, they run to you. Haha. Funny right? Learn to stand firm on your words and solve your own. That's not like you if you seek help from people you've downgraded, spitted, walked on. That's not a good manner. Have you taken you GMRC in elementary? Hehehe. Kidding!
Just Saying
My apologies again for having my negative thoughts. And writing it here. This is the only way to express my emotions and not contain it. Whew!
How do you deal with people who are like this? They won't even listen to their parents but they run to them when they have problems. Getting their money from them. That's bad! Ooooppppssss, sorry. π
Why can't you seem to listen huh. Charot.
Do you love your family or yourself and money? I hope that's not the case. Hehe. You might say, "without money, life is nothing." Oh, that's a BIG NO please. Hehe. Money is not everything when you're no longer happy with your life.
Loving Thy Self
Let's give love to ourselves. Giving compassion to it, let God be the center of our life. Let's pray always so as not to go down the wrong path. After that, then we can give love to others. Christmas is coming and there's a song with this line: "Give love on Christmas Day." Not only Christmas day but everyday. Hehe. But how can we give love when we don't love ourselves. So it's not yet late to love ourselves given to us.
I love myself and I love my family. So if I noticed that something's going on, I get involve and remind each other of things. But that certain person don't seem to listen. Big head! I listen to what they say and when I tell my own feelings, they don't. Hmmmm. It's unfair. Hehehe. But I just want to be cool about it. Charot.
Anyway, I just shared you my stress. π
π
π
Asking for an apology again. Don't worry, you can share your problems with me too. βΊοΈ I'll be willing to listen.
Ending Words
It's always good to have pride but let's not make it too much. To the point of not listening to others but only our words, you're not GOD!. Reaching the maximum point of looking up on ourselves also. And when we fail and fall, it will be very painful that we can't take it. Let's always get ready to take the fall that we created. Is that right? My opinion though.
Thanks for reading my post. Let's have a wonderful day. God bless us all! π
Just My Day
While walking on the roadside in town this morning, the place was flooded with people. Everyone's wearing their facemasks, some are using their face shields, while others made it as their headband. Passing thru each store, I also saw those devices that check our temperatures, with hand sanitizers beside. Or the guard has to scan the forehead of the people entering the stores. Good thing, people obey the rules implemented. Just that, since the town was small to accommodate big numbers of people, a one-meter distance was impossible to maintain.
Ongoing road constructions were seen as well. While workers do that, traffic seemed to continue.
A bustling sound of people in the market deafens me. Sellers: "Buy this and that, it's healthy..." Buyers: "This looks good, how much is this? Can I get a discount please?" Sellers were shouting as well as buyers. The sounds of the jeepneys, tracks, taxis, cars passing by were added to the noise.
If we pass the bus terminals, and van terminals, we will read a poster that says: "No Vaccine Card. No Ride." I don't know if everyone's available to have their vaccines yet. But not yet for me. Whew!
My mom and sister came yesterday by van. Thankfully, they were not requested to show their vaccine cards since they don't have one yet. My mom just got her first dose of vaccination. And this morning, I accompanied them to the road. They took a taxi and went straight to the van terminal. Unexpectedly, the van from the city to the province, don't ride passengers without their vaccine cards. Thankfully, they were still there before 9:00am so they went to the bus terminal. And yes, they rode in it. Thank God. I was really worried with my mom and my sister's condition.
They came because there was an important matter to be solved that involved big sum of money. I hope that, this mistake done by one of our family members will not happen since this was the third time already. Or else, we always have the right to complain as well. Hehe. Our parents are not getting any longer so we wanted them to live the life they want. Spending their pensions freely. Rather than paying useless big loans from someone who's done it several times. Hehe. For me, my only opinion was, to cut borrowing from others completely. Reflect and do thy best in life. Think if your children's future studies and save up instead. They're growing fast.
We want our own family to maintain our reputations and dignity. Especially that we carry the surnames of our parents/ grandparents/great-grandparents...
How about you, will you choose to give headaches to your parents because of repeated mistakes involving money? Of course not, right? Because we love them so much unconditionally. But, if you're selfish, then, you'll learn your big lesson one day.
So yeah, just a straight article I made this day. From describing what I saw in the town, until telling a little bit of story of what happened today. I woke up so early by the way at 5:10am. Hehehe. For the first time again. Haha.
So that's it. Thank you so much for reading. God bless us! βΊοΈ
My Horror Story
Reading someone's post about the things they're scared of made me write my own. But I'll make a twist and tell you about why I stopped watching horror movies or dramas. Some of you here might love watching scary or horror videos but you don't get scared. Or maybe, you watch it but you cover your eyes while watching. You're such a brave soul to watch it.
Whenever I read someone's post, I become wary about the content. If it's a story that scares me, then I don't continue with it. I have such a wild imagination. Haha.
Horror Lover as a Child
It was different when I was still a kid. Do you still remember that GMA horror drama entitled: "Kakaba-kaba"? If you knew, then you can relate. This was a horror drama that appeared every night from Monday's to Friday's on television. Not sure though. Please correct me if it was during weekday nights or Saturday nights that this show was televised.
We used to watch this with my family, neighbors and cousins. There were limited TVs before so neighbors would come to the house and watch. We stared silently on the TV. There was a strong heartbeat sound whenever I watch it. I was brave to watch horror when I was still a littl kid. Other example was "Chakadal/Chucky". I would also feel excited to watch each episode. I don't know but I really love it, although, I would get easily scared when I'm alone at night.
Teenager
When I became a teenager, I started to avoid horror movies. It was getting worse. Haha. Imaginations were real.
One evening, while I was standing on our door looking outside, I saw a black shadow. Its hair was cut like the anime girls' hair. Nearly a V-shaped hair. I thought, she was my sister. I used to sleep with my sisters before in one bed. So I stood up with a smile, waiting for her to come down. I vividly saw that she was really stepping down. It was really dark that time and I really saw it.
After a minute, I paused and felt shocked. "Huh, where is she?" No one showed up in front of me. I got scared and immediately switch on the lights, straight to the bed and slept. The blankets were all over me. I covered my head until my feet and slept. I was even shaking. But what surprised me was, I got a good sleep. I woke up in the morning and I was feeling great. Haha. I believe, that was just my imagination. See, I have strong imagination!
Growing Older
And yeah, I never wanted to watch any horror anymore. You know, seeing those dead people with green colors, bloody, no eyes, missing body parts, a hole in the body, and so on. I can't seem to take it. But with zombies, I'm okay for that. Hehehe. If it's a pure horror story, then that's really a BIG NO for me. Sorry for those horror lovers, I'm no longer a fun. π
Apologies for saying this.
I have done many things to calm myself. Like in the evening, when I go somewhere far, which is dark, I would sing loud to control my fear. Or, I would run or walk fast. It was like having a heart attack. I don't know but I would feel easily scared. Hehehe.
My parents would always say, "don't allow yourself to feel scared easily. Those are just your imaginations. Just pray to God and He'll remove your fears." My parents are not scaredy cats so they tell me these easily. In my mind, I say, "you only say that because you don't get scared easily! Huhu." My parents are brave people by the way. I adore them for that. I also have my cousin, who doesn't fear ghosts, monsters. As well as my hubby. Haha.
One time, in the province, because the restroom is outside our bedroom, I would often disturb my hubby in his sleep just to accompany me outside. He patiently did that many times. Then one time, he got angry at me and said: "Why can't you go on your own? You're already an adult. How can you fight your fears if you always do that?" Of course, I was annoyed and cried a little bit. Haha. From then on, I rarely wake him up from his sleep. Hihi.
If I don't feel good, or I'm in a bad mood, I don't feel any emotions about ghosts. I can do things alone. Lols.
Last Words
What about you? Are you a brave soul or someone who is scared of horrors? Comment down below if you want to react. βΊοΈπ
Because of my strong imaginations, I chose to stop watching horrors. Hehe.
Thanks for reading. God bless us all! βΊοΈ
My Cherished Thing
This important thing helped me to pay my monthly bills. It provided the savings I put in my bank, the money it gave was also used to pay the loans I borrowed from the bank. I used the money I earned from it to buy groceries to feed me. This is what I need to face everyday just to do my work. Without this thing, I would have not continued with my work. Rather, I might have had another work.
Do you know what it is? Guess what. Hmmmm .......

LAPTOP... βΊοΈ
Hehehe. I even made it long for you to read. Apologies for that. I just wanted to make it a little dramatic.
All thru the years, this laptop was so much of help to me. I never regretted investing in it. Because, it gave me back 200x interest. No kidding.
My First Laptop
I have my first new laptop last September 2015. My father and mother financed it for me. I let my older sister (our unmarried second child) to buy me. According to her, that was worth 15k in Philippine peso. That was the very first time I had a laptop. I was overjoyed that time. Material things make me happy but not all the time. If it's useful, then that's great.
This laptop helped me all throughout my college days. Used it for our power point presentations. To download important videos that our college teachers used to request us to watch. It was never useless to buy this. I never regretted it.
Another usage was, watching dramas, films, movies, short videos, documentaries from it. Hehe. I was always addicted to watching these since childhood. Hehehe. It has always been my hobby.
I even brought this to my old classmate who happened to graduate as an I.T. Or someone who can repair laptops, desktops, and mobile phones. He never charged me money because that was his way of helping me before as a college student. So thankful to him. He was really a good classmate, even until now. But now that he's married and has a child, I needed to pay him, or else, his wife will argue with him. And yes, I should really pay him. Sometimes, he would give me sermons of why I always make my laptop suffer. And I was just very quiet listening to him. Hihi.
Unfortunately, my first ever laptop surrendered after two years. From 2015-2017. RIP my laptop to wherever you are now. Huhu. The water has dripped in the keyboard and it went inside the computer. I let my classmate changed my keyboard to new one, but, it was the motherboard that surrendered. I wasn't able to open it anymore. So tragic.
The laptop stayed with me until 2018. I just stored it near my bed. Until the time came that I was so short with my money. I didn't know why I never dared to ask money from my parents. I got short with money and sold my broken laptop to Php1,500.00 that time. Which up to this day, I regretted selling it. All the important documents were all there. The videos and so on. Huhu. I should have let my classmate get the memory from it. I didn't think much that time but rather, focused on having additional money for myself. Huhu.
So yeah, I completely bid my goodbye in 2018. I sold it to PC ni Juan. Whew.
My Second and Current Laptop
On December 2018, I bought my second laptop on my own. I got my online job last October of the same year and laptop was needed to continue with it. It was not only laptop but I also bought external camera, external microphone, and lampshade to make a better background lightning as well.
I called my two old classmates to help me in choosing my laptop. Minimum specs of Intel I3, and so on. I was accepted on October 2018 with my job, so, that December, I was only almost two months in service with my job.
I borrowed ten thousand pesos from my eldest sister (first child), she never gave interest to it. Thankfully, I was able to pay her.
While we were in the store buying my laptop, I asked the seller, "Is it okay to pay it by installment?" Then she answered, "you can, if you want to use the home credit for appliances." I felt happy. Hehe. Then I got a short interview that time. Including how many months was I in my current job. I answered, "I'm already two months in my job." Then the seller said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, you should atleast have three months in your job. You won't be able to avail the promo loan. My apologies." Immediately, my old classmate, at the same time my friend, used his elbow to reach me. And with a determined lie, he said, "You're mistaken Shiela, you're already three months in your job. You should know that!" Hahaha. And I immediately told the seller that I was three months in my job already. And finally, I was approved with my Home Credit for appliances loan. With my friend's help, I lied just to avail the promo loan. π
I'm not used to lying actually. I would get scared easily. Haha.
So after getting approved, I paid the ten thousand pesos, as well as showing them my two valid I.D.'s. Hurray!
If I fully paid that in cash, it would have costed me more than 24k in pesos. But since, I had to pay it by installment for twelve months in Home Credit, I also paid the interest of more than seven thousand. Hehe. I diligently paid it, so my last month of installment was free. Less expenses, right? Whew. I just can't forget those struggles I had. Thank God for everything.
When I went home, I told my eldest sister. She said that if she knew it, then she would have given me more money to pay my laptop in full. But I said, "It's okay". Hehe.
I'm still using my laptop until now with my online work. From December 2018 up to the present. Wow, it's almost three years now.
The Other Laptops
My eldest sister had their laptop too. If my laptop is not working well, I would immediately run to my sister's house and borrow their laptop. Or text her so her kids will bring it to me. Their laptop was so helpful with my work. Without it, I could have had many big penalties already. Or worse, maybe, I'm removed from my work due to several absences.
One time also, this year. May 01, 2021, my internet connection was gone. I tagged myself absent for my four classes. My backup data can't connect as well. Do you know what I did, with my pajamas still on, I rode a taxi, called my friend, and went there. Luckily, she has no online work that time too. So, I was able to conduct my classes until night time. Whew! Online struggles indeed. Hehe.
Ending Words
I'm always thankful to my laptop and to others' laptops for helping me do my work well. I hope that, I can make my laptop stay with me for ten years. Is that possible? I will see. Hehe.
What about you, how did your laptop or others' laptop helped you in your life?
Thanks for reading again my article. I'm always grateful to my sponsors, readers and to our beloved Rusty. God bless us all! βΊοΈ
I Became A Robot
Sometimes, if we feel like we can't contain the emotions we have, we would either burst into anger. Saying things that you yourself are not aware of. Or sometimes, because you're already fed up, then we tend to become robots ourselves. By trying not to be involved. By not caring what's happening around us. Isn't that better rather than getting a rope and putting your neck in it? That would be the best choice. If you feel like you're frustrated inside, then try becoming a robot instead. We would eventually stop feeling the pain. Our hearts will become numb. We will get used to it. As if you no longer care about what's happening around you.
What was the biggest challenge you have experienced in your life? That you almost ended your life? It would be natural for us humans to think that way. But, what's not normal is to execute it. "If you're having a hard time in your life, please, we beg you not to end it. You still have many things to come your way." I wish, these are the things I'm saying to myself right now. Just to pickup my fallen self from the ground.
Would you rather see someone suffering because of you than you suffering from the problems you created? Or the other way around. Would you rather suffer? I'm just thankful that we have both of these platforms where we can freely express our thoughts and feelings. Without these two, then, psychological thoughts would have been affected already.
With prayers, things will happen magically. We would sometimes blame HIM why we experience such kind of suffering. Then after a long time, then we will realize that it happened because it was bound to happen anyway. Once, twice, thrice, no matter how many times it happened, what's important is we learned from it. But, let's not allow things to happen to us many times so we can learn from it. You've experienced it once or twice or maybe thrice, and let's stop from there. It's time to reflect upon ourselves and strictly change our ways. Remove those toxic things around. The bad energy lingering you or us.
It was never enough that we say, we take responsibility from it. What matters most is we really execute the actions sincerely with our heart. We feel sorry to everything we've done. Feel sorry to those whom we have wronged. Time to forgive and forget.
I don't know what I'm pointing here right now. My mind is a mess right now. I'm trying to pick those broken pieces, just to understand it. And when I completely form the complete piece, then, maybe, I will be able to see and understand the situation.
This is where I end my emotional article. I beg HIM for help everyday. May he not forget someone who's suffering from pain right now. May HE not allow someone to become a real ROBOT.
Good afternoon. God bless us! πβΊοΈ
Feeling Troubled
It's already noon time and I'm still here on my bed sitting alone and thinking of many stuffs. I don't understand my feelings right now. My head is hurting, and having a body ache too. I knew the reason why I'm feeling this way again. It's because, I watched a Korean Drama last night until three in the morning. These days, I've been sleeping so late at dawn. I never considered the consequences it would give me. And here I am suffering from it.
There are times I asked myself, "Why can't I stop myself from watching all day or until late at night or dawn?" Then there's an immediate answer that says, "Because you enjoy the Kdrama and you get addicted to it. That's why. It's your fault if you get sick again." And yeah, I understand after that. But, I would do it repeatedly.
Now I'm suffering. I am to blame. I brought misfortune upon myself. So I should stop saying, "Why I am so sickly. Bla bla bla." I came to know the answers. Somewhat, common sense, isn't it? Whew!!! Why can't you care about your body's health Shiela? Wait until it gets too late and you'll regret it forever.
Here are the things I should do:
I should limit my time and sleep early at night or in the evening not making it until dawn.
Exercise everyday. This is what I can't promise to myself if I'm in the city. But in the province, there will be natural exercises like walking and so on. But, no more excuses now. Either I live in the city or the province, atleast, doing simple exercises would do. Like stretching...
Time management. There are things I'm good at when it comes to time management. But when it comes to watching movies or dramas, short videos, I literally don't have it. Please, start it now my beloved self! You're not getting any younger, okay?
Socialize with people and make good friends. I'm a homebody person so I would choose to always stay at home. So I lack social skills. If I want to improve it, then I should make friends with good people outside.
Love thy self. If I really love myself, then automatically, I will do good things upon me. Like making it healthy all the time.
Others. I may have not mentioned them but there are countless things to do.
Have you guys tried loving yourself? I mean, do you love your self? Hehe. What a ridiculous question. I hope your answer is a BIG YES.
My apologies for being so emotional today. Let me eat now so I will feel better. Take my medicine and sleep for atleast an hour again. I hope that I will be better later. What have I done to myself. Whew. Is it because I'm always alone that made me do this to myself? Maybe yes, or no. Whew.
Let me hear from you my dear friends. Although it's a common sense to ask, but how do you discipline yourself? Like saying, 'oh it's already time, I need to sleep.' Hehe. What thoughts do you give yourself that makes your disciplined? π
Sorry for my questions. Hehehe. Please, no bashing.
So that's it for today's article. Thanks again for your endless support by reading my articles. Special thanks to my sponsors too.

Few Cents Count
Let me start with greeting you all dear readers and writers. And of course, including upvoters and likers. Special mention to our beloved Rusty. βΊοΈ Let's have a wonderful day today.
Here's another article to read involving money. I've read someone's article yesterday and this morning and helped me to come up with my own idea and here it is.
Everyday, upon waking, I would think of many stuffs to write here and there. So before that, I have to read your interesting articles to come up with one. And yeah, I was right, it really helps. Especially if you have a cup of hot coffee beside you. Sip sip sip, and ideas keeps on pouring. Then, hit the publish button. Hehe.
Oh my apologies for the long introduction, let me start with it now.
Farming Helped Us
Money money money. I love money! I hate money! Without money, you can't be happy. Oooopsss, this was not applicable for me before. Let me remember how I lived my childhood days.
In our family, we are seven siblings. Six girls and one boy. So to make it a total of nine, I'll include my lovely dad and mom. My parents would budget their salaries every month to satisfy the needs of our family. My dad worked in an office as a messenger and a utility worker while my mom was a teacher. Those days, it was not enough to just earn a living, so thankfully, we have farms that added up to the food that lessened the expenses. Every holidays and weekends, including vacations, we usually go to the farm to remove the weeds and planted crops. Sometimes, it makes me happy, and other times not. I preferred staying at home to do the household chores, and later on, play outside, go to the river and swim. So yeah, in short, farming helped feed our family.
My parents had their early retirements few years ago, but still, they prefer to go farming together. They may be pensioners who supposedly should enjoy spending their money now, but they chose to go to the farm. They still help us, their children financially. We help each other.
In School
From a toddler to reaching highschool, our parents never spoiled us with money. Like giving allowances everyday. If they do that, then we will be short with money in the house. Especially that they would also help our cousins, relatives, grandparents by giving them food before. I don't know how my parents managed to budget their money to us. Hehe.
So yeah, I was never given an allowance in school for leisure. π
That led me to get jealous with others who would buy their snacks and lunch from the canteen. Wow! Rick kid! Hihi.
There was one time, I saw my mom gave five pesos to the grandkid of her co-teacher. So, I got jealous and demanded my mom to give me the same amount, and she did. Do you get jealous too when your parents before hand money to other kids before? Let me know you answers down below. Hihi.
Me and my siblings, didn't have the allowance to spend in school, rather, our parents would give us pack lunch generously. Although our parents didn't train us to have money everyday, but they never let us go hungry. Never!
There were times wherein, I would sit and cry for hours, while asking money from my mom. So I would buy some candies or junk foods. She would say, "Okay, get a knife and remove my ears so you go and sell them. I told you several times that we don't have money! Why can't you understand?!" Still, I would cry and focus on begging money. Bad girl I was. Hehe. She won't really give me any penny. Lols. For my dad, I would get scared at him. Haha. Intimidated I was.
That's why, it was okay for me not to have money everyday as long as I play with friends, and sneak away from home and swim in the river π. I can still vividly remember this. One time, our dad was making us sleep in the afternoon. I waited for him to doze off. I tiptoed to the kitchen, opened the window silently with the creaking sounds, jumped outside and run as fast as I could. Hahaha. Ninja moves, isn't it? I know, some of you did it as well. Just a different move though, maybe. Haha. Confess it in your comments below. π
College
I went somewhere for more than three years before studying in college so, I was delayed. I started my studies in college at the age of twenty. So I enrolled myself in a school that offered trimesters. Glad to graduate at 23. Whew.
I finished my studies in the city. It was no longer practical if I didn't have an allowance. Hehehe. From my fare allowance, projects at school, my foods, etcetera, I needed allowance. Every fifteen days, they sent me money thru my ATM. That feeling when I received my first allowance, I was overjoyed. To make it short, I experienced having an allowance in college only. And I'm so thankful that our parents did not spoil us with money. Or else, I could have been a brat now. Our eldest sister has the best budgetting skills in life. So I wanted to learn from her and be inspired. Hehe.
I used to have friends in college who has bigger allowances than me. Honestly, I never got jealous though. I would say, I was contented of what my parents gave me. They would even give me free snacks. Wow. Unfortunately, one of them died. May she rest in peace. π It was sad to hear the news. Whew.
Whenever I got short with money, I talk to Him, the Almighty and pray. Everyday, I never forget to ask for forgiveness and thank him for the many blessings. And I would be surprised that out of the blue, my elder sisters give me additional allowances. Huhu. Thank you. The magic of prayers. So let's not forget to pray to HIM. βΊοΈ
Ending Words
With those experiences I had in life, I grew up to value money. By not just spending it anywhere or on anything. Thinking about my parents' hardships, would stop me from spending too much, but would budget it everyday.
And now, I would say, from the time I finished college and passed the board, I became independent. Not asking money from my parents anymore. I know, most of you here were independent since childhood. But for me, I'm happy that after receiving those gifts from my parents, I get to be independent now. Whew.

The Early Years of Cultivation
Hello again readcash readers and writers. Including likers and upvoters. And most especially to the legends in this platform. Nice to be here again today. How are you now? βΊοΈ
Here's yet another article to read. Let me talk about how my early life was. I just want to share my simple life in this platform. I'm just happy that at last, I'm opening my life to writing. It's really good to express something about me first, before going far in my contents. It opens up my world to writing more. Like a free bird. Hehe.
Daycare Days
At the age of five, I started with my studies in a Daycare Center. It was just near the Municipal Offices. An extra service from one of the employees there who taught us. Her name was 'Alice', my beloved teacher. A woman who has the passion in teaching young children and inspired me.
From dependently writing my name with my right hand as a beginner, until I got to write on my own. Our Daycare teacher used to guide us, holding our hands, while we write our lovely names. She controlled and balanced our hands until we perfectly did. A little bit of victory.
I had classmates that time, young boys and girls, who has the same age as me. We bonded and played together.
My eldest sister would tease me mentioning my teacher's name: "Alice - alis". Haha. And I would madly defend my teacher saying: "No, it's not 'alis', it's 'Alice'." Then my siblings would laugh at me. Haha.
We had our special ceremonies like a graduation and that's how I finished it for one year.
Kindergarten
So we moved on to kindergarten at the age of six. We had our afternoon class since we were near the school. While the others from different baranggay were in morning sessions because they were far.
I had a little sister who was three to four years old that time. She got excited to enroll in Daycare so I used to accompany her in the morning since I didn't have class but only in the afternoon. After few weeks or months, she stopped. Hehe. And enrolled again the next year.
Our teacher's name was 'Janet'. She was a strict teacher but has the heart to teach us. A creative teacher and would clean our classroom alone after our dismissal.
Kindergarten was fun actually. I remembered, we had our spelling quizzes. 'Cat, dog, fish, bird' and other simple words were given. We had arts too, learned about numbers as well.
We graduated on time. We sang lovely songs that made our parents happy. Those white hats we had and white gowns that time. Apologies, no photo posted.
Did you like your Daycare and kindergarten years?
Elementary
Then in 2001, I went to Grade one. I still had same classmates. Including my cousin, my partner in crime. Lols. This was the year that Gloria Macapagal Arroyo came for her campaign. Then won as a president that same year. The first time I saw the plane near my view and how strong it was to launch breaking the windows in some classrooms. Almost everyone went inside the classrooms. Hehe.
Anyway, let me go back. I had difficulties in learning math by the way. Especially in subtraction. I got confused whenever I answer on my own. And would get a zero score. What a pity. But when I moved up to higher grades, I learned better.
Actually, I never cared much about my grades in my lower grades. Too focused to play with friends. While my siblings cared much about getting high grades and honors. π
Oh no, so one time, while watching my sisters getting their awards during a graduation ceremony, my cousin who happened to be at my side, told me, "Yay, you're the only one who didn't have the honors". It was loud to be heard by people near us, I got so embarrassed and felt my hot red face. That cousin would say anything in her mind not caring much about the person's feelings. But if it's her, she gets angry easily. Hehe. I never forgot about that, but took it as a challenge. So when I was in Grades 5 and 6, I focused more in my studies and got better grades. I made myself conscious about my grades.
My Mom was my Teacher
In Grade 3, we had to choose which section we will enter. Our teachers folded papers where the sections, A and B, were written. Luckily, I got A. So I went to my mother's section. During that time the DepEd allowed it, but now, it's a big NO.
My mother became my teacher eventually. Even my siblings, they had our mom as their teacher. I felt so happy to be her student. Hehe.
There were judgements from my classmates and I even heard them say, "Oh, our teacher is her mother, so she is the favorite." Bla bla bla. Which was not true. It was just their assumptions. π
If I was the favorite, then my grades should be great.
One time, I got jealous from one of my classmates. I thought my mom was favoring her. Haha. Those jealous feelings though. Lols. In conclusion, I don't recommend students to have their mom as their teacher, unless they have rational thinking over emotions. Hihi.
Grade 4
We had two sections, A and B again. Unlucky I was, I got the section B. I was so uncomfortable with my classmates and wanted to transfer in Section A. I had my friends in that section actually. Haha. I felt like I suffered inside. So I begged my mom to transfer me in Section A. It really happened. Happy I was, I would stay silent in class, hands positioned on the table, sat erect, and listened to my teacher diligently. My Grade 4 teacher would compare me to my classmates. She said: "Look at Shiela, she's well behaved. You should do the same!" And my classmates' eyes were focused on me. Haha. I felt so nervous. Few months later, I behaved normally. Not too silent but the normal type. Hehehe.
Violence I Witnessed/ I Had
During the early years in elementary, naughty students and good students were always there. Of course, I played both. π
Good and naughty.
One time, while copying notes from the board, we were in the same seat with my cousin classmate. They were conversing with one of my male classmates. Then she told me, "Haha, hey, tell him this one: Oh your mom was so thin." I thought, that was just a joke so I did. I was a big 'T-A-N-G-A' to say those sensitive words. Our classmate stayed silent. Then I went in front of him to copy the words from the board in my notebook. Moments later, a strong punch at my back was felt. Shocked I was, I looked back with a teary-eyed. It was him. He again punched my back and said, "Don't say that ever again, okay!!!" He cried as well. I realized that what I said was not good. I cried as well. But if we talk about it now with my classmates, we just laughed. Hehehe.
And then another one inside our classroom. I was staring at my two classmates. The girl was making faces teasing the boy. Few minutes later, he stood up from his sit. On top of the desk he went, he punched the little girl several times angrily. Wow, everyone of us in the class including the teacher was shocked. So yeah, these were some of the violence I saw in class. But mentioning them now, we can't stop laughing about it. Memories be like.
What I Thought was Fun
In Grade six, one afternoon, our teacher was not in the classroom. I was playing with my classmates. Run here and there. Locking the door, opening it, then run after them. Until, they locked me inside the classroom alone. I told them, "Hey open the door, please!"They never listened so with a real flying kick I did, the door went on flying outside. Chos, just my exagerration. Me and my classmates just laughed. They said, "Oh no, what have you done? You're a strong one. Haha." I answered back: "Your faults, you locked me inside. Hehehe."
Moments later, my mom came angrily. "Ai ai ai ai, you thought this was funny, huh! And you? Why are you happy?" Then I became serious and got scared to my mom.
We talked about how we could fix the door. Then me and my classmates agreed. We hired a carpenter, the woods, and others. But in the end, it was I who paid all the expensive expenses. I mean, my parents did. Huhu, apologies for that. I never played that kind of game again.

The Disastrous Sequel It Gave ME
I know almost everyone of us are feeling or had already felt the impact of this Covid. Some started having their grave difficulties in 2019. But maybe for some, they benefitted from it.
Let me talk about how I started with my work until now. Good and side effects of Covid.
How I Started with My Work
After graduating from college and passing the board, I applied in an ESL online company that teaches Chinese Students. The first time I applied was in thier office (Office-Based). That was the first time in my life I had a job interview. Haha. We were taught in college before on what to do during a job interview. While the madam was interviewing me, I didn't notice that I was swaying on the chair I was seated. Her eyes were following my movements. Nervousness got me that time. Those random questions she asked, I can no longer remember how I responded. Haha. In short, I was not accepted.
That same day, my colleagues from college contacted me. We went to the Center-Based of that company. Submitted our resumes, I.D.s, and did our interviews including the online orientations. After so many struggles, I got accepted finally. That was the first job I had. I was overwhelmed with happiness, and even told my family about it. They congratulated me.
First Day At Work
I got launched after getting accepted and started my job last 2018. Went to the center alone with friends that afternoon. I felt that, I was alone and no one was there to help me. How should I start? Should I just teach? Bla bla bla. Troubled mind I had, I called our elders. "Please, how should I do this and that?", I asked. Huhu. Then he calmly helped me.
I had adult students on my first day. My hands shivered in fear, but, I composed myself. I sat erect, looked confident in front of the camera. Then did my very first class. So my first day at work was a success and I was even fully booked that time. Whew.
The Flow of my Work
We were given the chance to stay in the center for one month, without paying any expenses. But, I extended for another month. I paid more than fifty pesos everytime I work there everyday. Got comfortable with my colleagues at work too since they were my classmates in college.
We used to have schedules there. Afternoon and evening time. We had limited equipment so we needed to take turns. I would ride in two jeepneys just to be there.
With my afternoon classes, I would go home early in the evening riding in a jeepney. But if it's evening to night time, then, I take a taxi. The start was so hard since I had spent too much with my travelling expenses. My boyfriend that time, who is now my hubby, helped me financially. So yeah, with his help, and my family's help, atleast I didn't have trouble with money.
Those days were hard for me. Imagine, I would ride a taxi alone at midnight and would walk on the alleys going home. Thanks God, He protected me. No one harmed me.
And on December 2019, I was able to work Home-Based. I took a loan to invest on my equipment like laptop, lampshade, external camera, mouse paraphernalia, and instructional materials. And borrowed from my family. Thank God, I finished paying them on December 2020.
First Covid News
Wuhan China, first had its corona virus case in 2019. It didn't bother me though. But one of my regular students who stayed with me up until now, was from that place. Just that, he never booked any classes for the whole month of January 2020, but rebooked at February 2020 until now.
At first, I thought that the Covid would just stay there in China. But due to people travelling to countries, or returning to their countries, it spread too fast. The center of our country got affected too. Countless lockdowns were implemented. ECQ, MECQ, GCQ and so on.
How I Benefitted from the Pandemic
Although some people don't believe that pandemic exist, let me still talk about how I benefitted from it.
Since China didn't let their people go to school nor work outside, they had to stay at home. They had no choice.
From then on, many students were booking my lessons online. I was almost fully-booked everyday. Online companies teaching English classes were flooded with students. So they had the urgency to hire more teachers.
I even started to save up my money in my bank. Every month, I had a specific amount to save. I became strict to myself by lessening my expenses. Which I really did. I'm so thankful that I made that happen.
So this was how Covid helped me crawl up from the bottom.
The New Policy was Implemented
Our company had started notifying us about the double reduction pay since June 2021. Returning online teachers and new teachers, were currently experiencing it now. So glad that after returning from my one month vacation, they did not lessen my salary.
I'm feeling the effect right now. Our salaries will be delayed due to the seven days, holidays in China. I can't do the plans I settled. Whew.
Online students can no longer book us during weekends and holidays, including vacations like summer and winter. I experienced the impact on September 16-31. Huhu. I have less salary now. Like 60% of it was taken out. Few students, few income. Huhu.
What To Do?
It's high time for a plan B to Z. Looking for other jobs online or in our area.
I already planned to resign from work by January, next year. Which is going back to the city and applying there as a public teacher. That's plan B.
While I'm here in the city continuing with my online work, I should stay active in noise cash and read cash. It's for me to have additional income. I'm really thankful to have these two platforms. Huhu. Thank you so much. At first, I thought, I will just be writing for fun without caring much about the BCH money, but here I am, doing my best to earn more in these two platforms. Thank you again.
Ending Words
Let's pray that sooner or later everything will fall into place. Having plan A to Z is really important if we want to live a better life. Let's not stop and never give up. While we're still here living on Earth, life must go on.

Feelings about Writing
What drove you to start writing your articles? Is it because you're inspired by someone? Or just your hobby? What is/was the reason for you to write?
Let me express how I feel about writing in this article.
A Starter
I never considered writing any articles before. Because I find it hard to compose and write the ideas. I grew up witnessing my dad reading thick books during his free time. My mom who would write countless reports for the school, my elder siblings who does the same. I would say, all of my siblings are brainy types. With high honors when they were studying, deans listers as well. Even topping the board examination nationally here in our country. I would pity myself and ask, why was I not given the same intellect? And sometimes, cry. But now I realized, it was me who didn't polish myself, because I embraced thy laziness when I was studying. It's not late for me to include myself. Charot.
Anyway, my dad would say, "please read newspapers during your spare time. Or books like this and that. Please. Even if you don't understand, try reading it." These were the plea of my dad when I was in my elementary years, but I never listened. Instead, I would go out and play with friends. π What a naughty kid I was. Now, I'm suffering the consequences. It's even hard to find terminologies in writing. If you observed, I would simply use these: "I have been to...", "these were my ...", and so on and so forth. I can't even recall the words I learned and taught. Hmmm. What a lazy mind I have. Whew.
I Decided to Write
To exercise my lazy brain, I decided to write articles. I actually started many months ago but stopped. And now, I'm a seven days old user in this platform. Please, myself, don't stop in writing. And here I am, writing my simple articles. I hope you love it. Hehe.
It's time to inspire my own self. And believe that I will eventually write great articles in the future, step-by-step. Forgive me for using simple words, and with repetition at times. I'll see how I improve myself in the future, and hope that this dear platform will still be with us.
If you noticed, I'm super active in noisecash, it's because I'm free to write short posts. No hassle. Hehe. I was there last week of March 2021 until now. So I am a six months user there. Thanks, I stayed. I was only not active when I got sick.
From joining these two platforms, I appreciate writing and considered it as my career. Plus, a teacher should know how to write, right? π
It should be!
Exercising myself now will be of great help in the future. It won't be a problem to write anymore, because it will become easier. If I don't use many parts of my brains now then they will eventually stop functioning. Lols.
My Inspirations
Let me start with my dad. Although, I didn't see him hold pen and paper often, I consider him as one of my inspirations. He told me to read and read to improve my comprehension skills. Then my mom, who helped me so much too with our homework. For many years, she used to sleep for two to three hours straight at night, everyday. I've seen her write her lesson plans, projects, including our homework. I would cry sometimes, remembering those. Without her saying much words, she inspired me so much. Thank you my great parents. Your life was my inspiration.
Then my siblings. Whenever I read their writings, I would feel amazed of how deep their words were. Of how deep the meaning of their words too. You can immerse yourself from those rich vocabularies they have. Wow. An enormous round of applause to them. Thank you. No matter how countless misunderstandings we had, some fights, I will always love you all. No worries, I'll always play the good young sister you used to witness. But sometimes, forgive me if I can't contain my emotions. Okay, enough for that, in short, my siblings too inspired me to write. Thanks again.
Next are my friends. I was surrounded by friends who write so well. At the same time, my classmates and neighbors. We even joined the 'Ayyeng', the term we named our newspaper back in high school. I just wrote one short article in our newspaper that time. Hahaha. It took me hours to finish that piece. If I find it, I'll quote it here someday. Lack of confidence, built barriers in developing myself. Time to break that barrier.
Let me include my teachers, mentors, coaches, and my elders. Without them knowing, they were my inspirations too.
And of course, you my fellow virtual friends. You wonderful people whom I met in noisecash and readcash. Thanks for accepting me as your virtual friends. You knew who you are. βΊοΈ You inspired me to write. Uplifted my confidence as well. You, virtual friends are the reason why I built confidence in writing and opened my heart to share about my life. I love you all. β€οΈππ
Ending Words
The help I had from people to build me how I am today, is priceless. Endless thanks I give you all. I'm so grateful that your presence gave the biggest impact in my life. Especially in writing. My confidence will start from writing. Not too open and not too close.
Pens and papers will be one of my weapons in life. Thru this, little by little, I'll build the confidence as well in public speaking. Let self-reliance be developed too. It's actually different for me to be in front of the class and in front of variety of people. It's not yet late for me to become better. Over the years, I witnessed my improvements too. Hehe.
Thanks again for reading another simple article of mine. God bless us all! βΊοΈ
Famous: Squid Game
Finally, I watched the complete episodes of this drama entitled, Squid Game. People from the social media sites, have been talking about it, imitating it, and doing modified content from it. So, the curiousity led me to watch the full episodes in one go, which I did. I started last night, and finished watching it at dawn, around three in the morning. I sacrificed again my sleep. But anyway, it's worth watching the drama.
Let me talk about this drama, expressing how I feel, my opinions, and lessons it gave to me.
This sounded like a kid drama but for me, it's not. It's still an adult thing, unless guidance will be given to children watching it.
I'll talk about the scenes from the very first episode to introduce the drama. And I hope, you'll watch it after. Hehe.
First scenes from the First Episode
The episode started with kids playing squid game from before. I've played this game too when I was a child, and enjoyed it so much. They introduced the rules of the game and how its played.
So yeah, the next scene was the lead actor and his mother. This man, supposedly, should spend the money given by his mom to his daughter's birthday, but he used it first to something else. He even got money from his mother's ATM card. His daughter was away from him because they got divorced from his wife, due to circumstances. The wife remarried and currently living at her husband's house.
After withdrawing the money from the ATM machine, they went straight to the gambling area with his friend. It was a horse race gambling. To play the game, they should bet two numbers. At first the man lost, but the second time, he won. Happily, he called his daughter saying he'll treat him to a decent meal from an expensive restaurant that evening. Unfortunately, while doing that, loan sharks whom he borrowed a large sum amount of money, was there looking for him. He dropped the call then run inside the building. He bumped into a woman, even helped her pick the things on the floor so the loan sharks was able to get him. Then later on, he discovered that the woman robbed him the four million won (money he got from gambling). Shocked, he pleaded for his life and that he'll surely pay them. So the loan sharks made a promising note, that for one month, he should pay it. Then left him. If he fails to do that, then they will sell his body parts like eyes, kidneys. What a threat to have. I would be scared if that happens.
After getting robbed and left with no money, he suddenly remembered the ten thousand peso bill which he tipped to the cashier when he withdrew the money he got from gambling. He returned to get it.
Then went to the claw machine to get a gift for his daughter. With several attempts, he lost. Luckily, a young boy helped him and they got a gift.
He called his daughter and had their simple birthday dinner together. They had tteokboki. After that, he gave her his present. Unexpectedly, the gift inside the box was a gun lighter. They were both shocked. After that, he sent his daughter home and promised that they will have a better birthday celebration next year.
It was night time so he should be home too. While on his way home, he wasn't able to ride the train on time so he sat down and waited for another one. On a bench where he seated, a stranger sat beside him. Later on, he talked to him. The stranger (happened to be the lead actor from the kdrama, Goblin), eventually talked to the man (lead actor- Seong Gi-Hun). He said, 'do you want to play a game with me?' After so many arguments and deals, they played the game called Ddakji. Flipping the paper card using another one. If Seong Gi-Hun wins, he'll have 100k won. But if he fails, he should pay the stranger the same amount. While on the game, he lost the first time. Then instead of 100k won, he got a slap, since he doesn't have money. They continued the game getting countless slaps and finally, he won. Rewarded with 100k won.
After the ddakji game, the man gave him a contact information. He knew that Seong Gi-Hun had so many debts to pay, so if he wanted to join the game, then he will call the number.
After few days, he called the number and eventually, joined the game.
My Reaction
Haha, I tried to give a review, but wow, it's so hard. I might even make it hard for you readers to understand. My apologies. So this is how it is to give reviews to dramas. Huhu. I find it hard. I struggled to write, using my simple terminologies. π
π
Anyway, I suggest you watch the drama. I learned many things there actually. It has six games. There were also extra games in between. Like eliminating the weak ones. Here are the six games, other terms are only from me.
Squid Game
Honey Comb
Tug-of-War
20 Marbles (my own term π
)
Crossing the Glass Bridge (my own term π
)
Squid Game
Let's not allow ourselves to be immersed in debts. Where we end up paying it using our parents' lands, houses, money, and our own. Are you one who loves to borrow money from others, who can't live his/her life without borrowing money? Or someone who has the expression, saying, I will borrow and borrow money, bla bla bla. Too bad, that's not how we should live our life.
There are people who immersed themselves to having big debts. And would resort to asking money from their parents. Not only once but twice, and worse, many times. Why? Don't you have shame? Let's calculate the basic mathematics and think better. Let not pride surround us of how we feel. Let's be honest to say, I'm sorry, I don't have money. Easy! Right?
Sorry, I went too far. Hehe.
The drama has six games, and at the end, their was one winner. Discover it by watching the drama. Hehe.
Thanks for reading another simple article of mine. Let's be careful. Take care. Stay safe. God bless! βΊοΈ
My Investments (part 2)
Let me continue my simple article about my investments over the things I have. What I will be posting here are the ones needed for my online job if there's power interruption, whether scheduled or not. These things should have been bought two to three years ago. But it's okay, since I bought it this year. I even used all the salary I had for a month to invest in these power back ups. I've been to situations where I got penalized because of sudden power outage, strong typhoon, etcetera. Not only with power back ups but also, having weak internet connection. Or worse, no internet connection. So I make sure to have my mobile data as a back up. Or before opening slots for my online class, I make sure to check the scheduled power interruption and internet. Doing this will atleast lessen my worries. Whew.
Car Battery
This car battery is so heavy, so the angle of the image is like that. I didn't bother lifting it and putting it into one place to take a good shot. My apologies. Anyway, you can see that both corners are covered with two colors. Blue and red plastic covers. They needed to be covered to avoid having accidents. Once touched by your hand after removing the cover, you can get electrocuted. So, to be safe, it should be covered at all times, away from kids. Not unless I use it.
So yes, I bought this last July. It was worth Php6,100.00. Other stores offered me Php6,300.00. I'm lucky to have discounts that lessened my expenses. The men in that store oriented us of what to do and how to take good care of it. After that, I paid it and left for another store to buy other things.
I tried carrying the car battery thinking that it was light. But I was shocked, it was too heavy. Haha. And I was thankful that my husband accompanied me, so he carried it. I even thought of buying if alone before with other things to buy. Lols.
I bought this car battery so that when there's power outage, then I will just use it.
Car Battery Charger
I took the photo on the floor. Hehe. As you can see, it has two alligator clamps. Red taped and black taped. They have colored tapes to identify the socket they'll be clipped in.
To charge the car battery using this charger, just plug it in the outlet, turn it on then, clip the alligator clips. Then that's it. (Haha, poor explanation, sorry.) It has numbers shown to see if it's fully charged. But it's funny though because instead of 100% getting fully charged, it should go down to zero. If it reaches zero, then it means, it's fully charged. Haha. Are you surprised to know it? You're not alone, me too. Lols.
This is so convenient for me because I don't have to go to the shop where I bought it just for them to charge it. Although it's just a one hundred peso payment, but the time consumed will be big. Using this charger, it will need one day or less.
I spent more than one thousand pesos to buy this. I liked it. Hehe.
Inverter
I also bought this inverter. It's needed to supply the gadgets, light bulb with the right electricity. It will control the flow of electricity. Without this, gadgets might blow off, or destroyed. This costed me, one thousand and six hundred. I hate it because the seller did not give me the proper receipt. Just that piece of medicine box with the amount written.
To use this, again, just use the two alligator clips. Then press the button and it will be on. You can use your extension wire if you will need more than one outlets. This can be used for six to twelve hours, depending on the things you plug in.
Extension Wire
Wow, orange! π
No choice but to buy this orange colored thing. There were no other colors available. This turned out to be a nice extension wire for me. It was worth Php250.00. I hope it will be used for many years.
This is very useful in our house so it was a great decision to buy.
Others
I grouped them in one. Hehe. Look, I have here my mobile phone (used my niece's phone to take a photo), keypad white phone, black internet's phone, lamp, and powerbank.
I bought the white powerbank from lazada last year. It was more than one thousand pesos. Until now, I'm using it. I can fully charge my phone three to four times. Also, I use my oppo charger to charge this as well, it consumes 12-14 hours.
My white keypad was from my mom. Haha. I got it from home because they were not using it. This was way back 2017 or 2018. Used it for my loading business before. Even bought new loading simcards. Smart: 650 pesos. Globe: 100 pesos. I stopped using it after. Until now, it's with me. I record some important things in its inbox.
The black keypad phone was from my internet. You can call someone who's a globe user or tm user, unlimitedly. But if it's smart, tnt, or sun cellular, then their will be charges.
Look, I have my lamp as well. I use this to add lightning to my background when I teach online. It's already three years old from the time I purchased it. Worth three hundred and fifty pesos.
For my mobile phone, I got it from my brother-in-law. A second hand. They offered me a cheap amount, it was two thousand pesos.
So yeah, these were the things I bought for my daily use.
Let's use our money wisely. Never resort to borrowing money everyday, but rather, change our lifestyle to adjust ourself to our own financial situations.
Thanks for reading it. God bless us!
My Other Investments (part 1)
Over the years, I've been using these things. Some are already five years. I decided to invest on these things because, I knew that I will be needing them everyday, every week or monthly. And I was right. They were very useful and they lessen my expenses, and shortened my time.
Washing Machine
I saved up my money from my monthly allowance to buy washing machine. If I'm not mistaken, I bought this last 2016 or maybe 2017. At first, I hand washed all my clothes. It would take so much of my time. There were midnights that I washed my clothes, even fetching water from below the house where I stayed.
This was a single washing machine, medium sized. This was worth more than three thousand pesos. I forgot the exact amount already. Hehe.
We never had washing machine before. But for my cousin who used to be my neighbor, they had. That single thing where you can wash and spin. I would spin with them sometimes. So I thought, that this washing machine I bought was, at the same time a spinner.
I brought it home thru taxi, with the help of my younger sister, who happened to be in the review center that time.
When we went home, I tried to spin my hand washed clothes, but to my surprise, it didn't happen. Few moments later, I realized that, it was just for washing and not for spinning. Hihi. What a first timer I was to buy. Lols.
My Spinner
After I bought my washing machine, I bought a spinner as well. Maybe, after a month I guess or weeks. Thanks to my saving skills that time that allowed me to buy these things.
So yeah, this helped me during rainy days, cloudy days. It didn't concern me to put my clothes under the sun for a day. My sister was able to use it as well. Hehe.
Until now, I still have these things with me. It's not only me that uses it, but my older sister, niece and nephews. Their washing machine with spinner was broken too. As for me, thanks to my husband, he fixed my spinner, so it's working again. Hehe.
Printer
Here's my Epson printer too. As you can see, I never took off the upper cover. It looks dusty. Hehehe.
I had my scholarship before in college. My father used to work providing scholarships to qualified students. He also applied me as one. There were conditions given to me, for them to continually sustain me with ten thousand peso allowance every trimester. I did my best to maintain my grades until I graduated.
In my last term, they gave me an extra allowance of ten thousand pesos again. Since I was an educ student, it was convenient for me. Luckily, my dad allowed me to buy it. The printer cost me, seven thousand and five hundred pesos.
Until now, we're using it together with my family. No need to go to printing shops.
Others
I also invested on my other things. Like containers, kitchen wares, things used in the bedroom. Hehe. Is it really investment, let me simply say, I just bought them for our daily use. Hehehe. As well as contributing my money to my husband's motorcycle. So we were able to finish the installments early. The only problem now is our ten-year plan insurance. Me and my husband would pay one thousand and five hundred each monthly, a total of three thousand pesos. We are in our third year now of paying the insurance. Also my SSS, and Pagibig.
I have other things that I want to buy so I should save more money. Especially, if God allows that we will be able to build our dream house. Many years more to go.
What about you, what investment have you had already? π How are your financial status? If you ask me, I'm not in good condition right now. Hehe. I'm trying to cope up again.
Let's always learn to invest, save, and budget our money. Let me know in the comment section below about what you feel. God bless us!
*Some photos are mine.*
*Thanks unsplash, for the image too. Thank you!*
My Long Time Investment
First Investment that gave me Happiness.
This is what I considered the first ever investment that gave me happiness. Although, I had other first things that I had invested before, like studying, but for this, it gave me the satisfaction. Way back year 2011, I learned how to play the basic notes in piano. I've been to the other cities just after I graduated in highschool. One of these days, I will write about my school days stories from daycare to college.
I went to Angeles City, Pampanga. I was recruited and stayed in a convent as an aspiring nun. Everyday, we prayed, sang songs and did many productive things. One of these was playing piano. I would stare at the person playing the piano until such time that, I tried it myself, out of curiosity. They let me on the piano and taught me some of the basics. Then I went on and on, myself. I never stopped. I determined myself to learn atleast and make things better. I would sweat while playing the piano, my fingers were also hurt, but then, I didn't care and continued. In my mind, I was just happy that I could play few notes on my own.
It was this song that gave me the rhythm actually: "Seek ye first, the kingdom of God. And his righteousness. And all these things, ..." I forgot the lyrics. My bad. Hehe. I enjoyed playing the notes until it was perfect. The joy I felt during that time, I can't contain it within myself, so I kept on smiling. Hehe.
One time, while having the mass in the church, I was given the chance to play the piano. You know, that double keyboard piano, where you can also use your feet to give additional music and control the sounds. Although, it was not perfect, atleast I tried playing the piano for the very first time in public. Hurray! I even saw our pianist smiling at me with admiration. π I was full of joy that time.
Moving on to 2015
After so many years, I went out from the convent as an ordinary person. Hehe. Glad to have the experience of living in the convent for more than three years of my life. I learned so many things there.
I enrolled myself to a private class in Music World. That time, my parents gave me monthly allowance already. In silence, I used most of my allowance to learn more about the piano.
I met two teachers who were so patient in teaching me the piano. I can actually play songs from the churches that time, but can't read many notes, that's why, I went to study.
They assessed me and I started as a beginner actually. I even bought my personal music books intended for my piano lessons. I started learning the basic notes, how to read them, the rhythms, etcetera. Wow, it amazed me to learn all those. I thought, I knew almost of the notes, but in reality, I was still on my baby steps going forward.
Buying my own Piano Keyboard
Half of my attention was focused to my studies in the university and the other one was in piano class. It was getting harder for me, so I decided to quit my piano lessons.
There was a piano displayed there as well, which I decided to buy by installment. I gave my first down payment worth of Php5,000.00 on December 2015. Then another Php 5,000.00 in January 2016. And finally, I completed the payment, last February 2016. I starved myself just to buy the piano as soon as possible, which was made possible. I attempted to borrow from my friends and cousins, but they never let me because they didn't have money as well. I didn't know how I was able to pay the piano keyboard for three months. Originally, it was worth Php15,000.00. With student discount, I only paid Php14,500.00.
Actually, my monthly allowance that time was Php5,000.00. So, thinking about how I got my money, I'm just puzzled too. I believe, it was God who made it possible for me.
I wrote this story before in noise.cash twice, and I just want to share it here too. Hehe.
My piano keyboard is more than five years old now. You can see the image uploaded.
Hehe, unfortunately, I'm back to square one because I never played the piano notes for years. But it's okay.
Determination and Perseverance
Let's always believe in our ability to make things happen just like what I did to buy my piano keyboard. My parents and siblings didn't know as well, only my friends. They discovered it when I bought it. Hehe. And asked how I was able to pay it. Lols.
God will always bless us if He will see our determination and perseverance, with the things we want to achieve.
Thanks for reading. God bless! βΊοΈ

Money Involved
My Plastic Bottle Bank
They say, 'oh, putting coins or paper money in a container like piggy bank is hoarding and it violates the law.' I guess, many of us here knew about this. For me, it's not bad to do this as long as you take care of the money and not destroy it. As you can see, I've collected so many coins in my plastic bottle bank. I call it this way because that's just how it is. Hehehe. Actually, this came from the canola cooking oil. Instead of my older sister putting it in the trashcan, I told her that I will make use of it, which she agreed. I loved it since it's big and convenient.
I started putting in coins since last year. The purpose of this was so that, if there's an emergency or if I don't have any money, then, it will be easy. I will just take out some coins from it and add it to my fund. I've been doing this more than three times already. You can try it too and you'll appreciate it.
'Alkansya'
In our language, we call it alkansya. Whether it's a piggy bank, plastic bottle bank, bamboo, or any container, we say 'alkansya'.
When we were kids, our father made us our own 'alkansyas' using bamboos. Each of us siblings had it. The biggest bamboo was with my dad and mom. We put the extra coins in it whenever we have. I was so excited to know about how much was it in my bamboo bank. Our dad would add some of his coins too in each of our alkansyas.
When it was almost full, we requested our dad to open it for us. Using his bolo, he opened it. I can't forget that happiness, you know, seeing your saved money piling up right in front of your eyes. After that, we took some coins and our dad got the rest, then transferred it in our own passbooks. Even our parents during those times and even until now, thought of keeping and investing money for us. So thankful to have them.
Something Gone Wrong?
One time, we were telling stories together with my siblings. Out of conscience, one of my sister said, 'You know what, I should apologize.' I asked, 'Why?'. Then she started saying, 'When you were kids, you used to have bamboo alkansyas, right? But me and one of our sisters would get money from it and buy junk foods. I'm so sorry.' I was shocked and laughed at the same time. I remembered being silent for a moment then later said,'I see, now I know. Hehehe. It's okay. Past is past.' Atleast, my sister confessed. Haha. And I understood her.
Still Keeping Coins in my Alkansya
I would say, I'm a modest person (or maybe not? π
), because, I hate wasting money all the time. I'm not rich so I should know how to budget my hard earned money, or the money given to me for free.
That's why, I love keeping coins or paper money in a container. Actually, at first, it started with this purpose: It will be a fund used during Christmas and New Year. Eventually, that's no longer the purpose. Haha. Because I don't have much money now, so I'm using it to sustain myself.
Last night, I got the chance to count how much money I had in my current plastic bottle bank. I counted from the ten pesos to five pesos, to one pesos. Do you know how much was in it? Hehe. It's worth, Php1,902.00. This will be added to my bills next month. So again, it will be emptied out again. Huhu. I'm in need of money, seriously. Hehe.
My husband also contributed much money in it, so it's almost full.
Do you have Alkansya/s too?
I think, you have it as well. It's pandemic so each one of us here realized so many things. And probably by now, we knew how to save and budget our money. I hope that you're not mired in debt? It will be so hard if that happens. Imagine, you lost your job, you have family to feed, you have so many loans to pay, monthly bills to pay, foods to buy, electricity and water too, huhu, I hope, everyone's doing great.
In our daily life, money is always involved. Let's always pray that there will always be a blessing coming to us. Be thankful to what we have and always pray. π
God bless!

One of the Dreamers
Astronaut dream.
I used to have many dreams when I was a kid. I started with a wish of becoming an astronaut. This was because I loved looking up the stars at night. As well as the moon. It used to interest me that the moon has many phases and I wondered why. Full moon, half moon, crescent moon, and the dark night. These were the reasons why I wished to be an astronaut.
When I was a kid, and even until now, I love looking at the dark places. That's why I preferred the sunset over the sunrise. One time, there was a personality check on a certain social media. I tried testing myself there. It has many questions but I forgot. I just remembered the results. From that personality test, it said that 'I love to dwell in my past. I love to look at my mistake more than my abilities. I wanted to stay in the past rather than the present time nor the future.' These were the answers I had since I chose the sunset images, and other dark pictures.
From that moment on, it was clear to me that I never wanted to be an astronaut. I just love the view of the night sky. Just that and nothing behind it. Plus, financially and intellectually, I won't be able to succeed from it. It's not that I belittle myself but I know my limits.
Dentist dream.
Here comes another dream during my childhood days. Actually, I feel frustrated for not becoming a dentist now. But I had moved on and accepted what has been in stored to me.
As a kid, I always looked at my teeth. Brush it diligently everyday. Then I thought of becoming a dentist one day. It was quite interesting to clean someone's teeth, remove it, or put teeth filling in it. I would also check my youngest sister's teeth, my friends and family members. This was fun for me before so it made me want to be a dentist someday.
I remembered one of my elementary days, I was with my dad. We travelled to the nearby town just to consult a dentist. That dentist cleaned my teeth, put fillings in it, and until now, you can still see the evidence when I open my mouth. Hehe. The fee was really expensive.
My dad also knew about my dream. So he told it to the dentist that I wanted to be a dentist too. She was glad to hear it from my dad.
But I had doubts because the finances will be very expensive. Many books to read and memorize. So much to do to become a real dentist someday.
Unfortunately, although it was my childhood dream, I did not enroll it.
The funny thing is that, I would also cleanup my husband's teeth using sharp objects, which I knew, it could harm him. So I stopped. Hehe. It's just that, in our province, many men there would usually chew momma. And my husband was one of them. Sometimes I don't like my husband smiling or laughing because, I hate looking at the stains on his teeth. Hehehe. My apologies for saying that.
So in the end, I did not become a dentist.
Other dreams.
I knew, I had other dreams. Simple dreams and complicated dreams. For the simple dreams, I wanted to try selling in a grocery store. Becoming a sales lady, then cashier, also a waitress in restaurants like Jollibee, McDonald's. Hehe. So curious to try it but I never made it happen. Haha. So in the end, it's just in my dreams.
I forgot the other dreams I had though.
My Unexpected Dream.
With all those dreams I had, this job that I never thought of was who I am now. I never knew that I will be one of them. It was never in my lists. I would hear people say, that's not a good job because you would be underpaid technically from working all day until night time, and even weekends/holidays. Like, working your ass off and that's the only thing (salary) you've got.
Actually, this was my mother's occupation. I witnessed those sleepless nights she spent. Those instructional materials she made, decorations, and the likes. I even disturbed her and made her do my homework, and I would be in my bed, sleeping deeply. Apologies to my mom. Huhu.
In short, I took up the teaching course. So I graduated as a teacher. Right now, I teach online. An ESL teacher to foreign students. The dream I never thought of, but gave me the happiness. I developed the passion while doing those OJT's.
Next year, I plan to apply in my own province, public school. So I'm preparing the needed documents this year. I hope to complete it soon. I will also be resigning from my current job soon, because we don't have stable internet connection in our province.
Ending?
I may have dreamed of those things that never happened in my life, but still, the dream I never thought of, made me happy in my life now. Imagine, teaching children and adults, you would feel happy actually. You'll glow from facing young children all day. And I know, those teachers out there, knew what I'm talking about. Hehe.
