Its Another Cloudy Day The weather is good here in our place today, not cold but not hot either. I am currently cooking our viand for lunch which our own native dish Papaitan (bitter beef stew). It is mostly composed of cow innards and meat flavored with bile. Its been a month already since the last time we cook Papaitan and i really miss it already. Have a nice day ahead everyone!
