Is not too late to say sorry for all the things you've done wrong, trust me the word sorry can stop a civil war talk less of a mere fight. The word sorry cures forgiveness.

It depends on what happened and how huge the harm caused is. If it comes to me: the harm is big and after all these years it's too late to say "sorry". The " sorry" is not meant if it takes that long it would only mean an old person is old and wants to feel better but I don't need to worry about that. The "sorry" will never be said.
