Pakistan Super League: Karachi Kings New Champions.
Hello Everyone! I hope you all are fine and doing great.
The PSL 5 has come to an end. And it's Karachi Kongs who have come victorious in the final match beating Lahore by 5 wickets.
The final match was a roller coaster of emotions for the fans as the two teams having history of rivalry were up against each other.
Lahore won the toss and elected to bat in the final which seemed to be a good decision as runs on the board in a final match always brings the pressure on the team batting second.
Lahore started with their openers Fakhar Zaman And Tamim Iqbal. They scored 37 runs in the first 6 overs because the pitch was too Slugglish and slow which made ball harder to time and boundaries were difficult to come and add to that Karachi bowlers line and lengths were perfect they kept Changing their pace.
Lahore received the first blow in the face of Tamim Iqbal who departed for a rather slow inning scoring 32 of 36 deliveries, In the same over Fakhar Zaman lost his wicket to Umaid Asif who picked up too wickets in the same over. After this blow Lahore batsmen kept losing their wickets to reckless shots and batting. And soon were 6 wickets down above 100. Shaheen Afridi provided the late flourish tonking Mohd Amir For 14 Runs in the Final over of the inning and Lahore finished on 134/7.
Chasing a rather small total on a two paced and slow pitch Karachi Kings batsmen gave them a brisk start scoring 20 of the first two overs of their innings. Babar Azam Smashing two boundaries in the first over. Sharjeel Khan departed soon and then Alex Hales too didn't last long and gave Lahore bowlers a glimpse of hope. But while Babar Azam was there nothing much happened for the Lahore bowlers he kept them milking for runs it looked like he was batting on a different pitch altogether.
14 were required of last three overs and Haris Rauf took two wickets on consecutive balls to send back Iftikhar and Rutherford and it seemed like there is another twist in the but Babar Azam made sure there were no more hiccups and chased the target without any drama with 8 balls left, Scoring 65 of 49 balls.
He was Ajudged Man of the for his heroic innings and got the player of the series award scoring a tally of 473 runs with an staggering average of 59.
While Shaheen Afridi from Lahore was given the best bowler of the tournament award as he was pick of the bowlers.
It was the first time that these two teams reached the finals.

What A Pathetic Life She Was Living..!!
I woke up to the blinding sun rays which caused me to close my eyes again. I rubbed my eyelids, trying to adjust to the bright light. I stared up at the roof where the ceiling fan was off due to the freezing cold in the city indicating the almost arrival of December. Someone has pulled the curtains aside, allowing the beaming sunlight to enter through the transparent glass of my window, illuminating my whole room. Must've been my mum.
The atmosphere was tranquil around me unlike my mind, which has become a home for darkness, slowly consuming me whole by creeping inside my veins. I sat back up straight.
"Bella…" I was tying up my black curls in a bun when I heard the familiar whispers which made my hair at the back of my neck stand.
"Bella…" he called again. I've been hearing whispers for some time, but earlier, they used to be unclear to me, unlike now.
"Bella…" I covered my ears with my hands making a futile attempt to stop the voices.
Just then, a shrill and deafening scream filled my ears. My fingernails must've left crescent-shaped scars in the back of my ears as I dug deeper. Suddenly, the voices stopped but there was still something unorthodox about the wind. I looked around my room and my eyes landed on a dead bird lying in my window-frame. What surprised me was, it wasn't there just a minute ago. I pulled the white duvet off me. My palms were radiating heat like a burning coal, my shirt was damp with the sweat. Was that a sign? A sign that today was the day?
Then, from the corner of my eyes, I saw a vague black shadow walking past my floor-lengthed mirror. He was there.
I swept the beads of sweat off my forehead and it felt like I had just touched an ice. I gripped my white bedsheet just to stop my hands from shivering like a leaf. I slowly got off the bed, the floor cold against my feet.
He was standing just behind me as I stood face to face with my own image in the mirror. My face looked so puce as if the entire blood was drained off it.
"Do it." He whispered and I could feel the ice trickling down my body. I felt my hand was gripped around something, and, to my surprise, there was a shattered piece of glass in my right hand, which, before I even knew, was being lifted by an unknown force towards my throat. My mind was having a hard time fathoming where it came from. Was it all a dream? No, it was happening this time for real. My heart was beating so loud, I feared it might burst out of my ribcage.
"Do it, for it will please him." He started laughing one of his satanic laughs. I thought about my mum for once.. her smile, her love for me.. but these things were beyond my control. The blood started dripping off my neck as I slit my throat, taking my own life.
And then, we stood there, beside my body, which was lying in the puddle of blood. Heartless, lifeless yet living, a pathetic life I must say.

Have You Ever Burnt Your Diary!!?
Have you ever burnt or torn your diary that you wrote decades ago
Not because the mistakes you did in the comprehension or writing feels Ewww
But those mistakes that you wrote were real , They can be your fake scenarios you had while sitting on the couch or while your head was on the pillow and you thought it was lap of your beloved not just the partner you are thinking of ,(can be late mother, your Best friend).Or maybe you wrote about how your crush's hair style made you feel, or when he/she passed by you .How tiny the gap was.
I would have mumbled his/ her name. They would have turned and Me in order to find an escape how I kissed the wall behind me while my head collided with it. No, no I've never experienced that case but that kinda silly chilly and pure things were there in your diary.
Weren't they ? Maybe Your Diary's place wasn't in the trash but you forgot to keep it because you don't get enough time. Or you had fear, FEAR what If someone is gonna read it out because it's intrusive, The reader will be seen as a burglar but instead of a pardon What if they gonna misuse and captivate you. IT'S OKAY but if you wanna be an author to your book then it's not okay.. Believe in your self
People who understood the write up , poems experienced their feelings in others words, This make them feel that they are not the odd one . Those who write for them just love to know if some one is gonna relate to how they feel they like it when other one feels the same way. Likewise, They also have the same vibes..
WE ARE SAME.
No One Is Perfect.
**PERFECTION:**
What is PERFECT?
Its something that humans can’t ever be because they are not manufactured to be. Angels are there for perfection, if humans were to be made like angels then what’s the difference between the two?
If you are made to have imperfections whether in your appearance or in your personality then why do you expect yourself to be flawless?
For example you make robots. You manufacture them in a way that they perform their duty flawlessly, and that is why they are “robots”. But in this world we are sent to be checked, we are sent to be tested and if we were all perfect in everything then what is the point of even being on this planet?
So what i am trying to say is, you are flawed and that is what makes you human in the first place, do not expect yourself to be faultless, do not be harsh on yourself just because you are not capable of doing something, give yourself some time and allow yourself to grow and evolve because at the end of the day it is your faults and flaws which helps you distinguish yourself among countless people.

To The Hardworking Souls;
Its tough. The responsibilities are making you feel overburdened. You don't share your feelings with anyone. You don't tell anyone how hard it is getting for you. You don't tell anyone that you are not living the life you want to live. Still you maintain a fake smile, since you don't want anyone to know what you are going through.
No matter how much tough its getting for you. Never compromise on your dreams. Never forget the reason of your existence which is to to live your life to full and Help others as you can. You are a creation of God, how can you underestimate yourself. How can you forget that God never creates anything useless. He created you. May be He wants to spread Happiness through you. May be He wants to make you a source of helping many people out there. Who are much needy and don't have the blessings in life.
Don't get discourage. Share your problems with God. He is there to listen. Keep on working hard. Results will be fruitful and one day you'll be successful and the pain and all the struggle would be worth it.

I Have Forgotten To Smile.
I plugged in the earphones, choosing a song with light music and raised the volume, while trying to make some room for me to sit comfortably on the rooftop. I helped myself with a warm cup of coffee and began to gaze at the fading shades of evening and the dark sky appearing. The moon was hovering and peeking behind the curtains of clouds that sailed in the sky as a rudder less boat in a stormy sea. The stars started to appear as the sunlight faded more and darkness grew larger.
I could feel the light cold breeze touching me, caressing me gently. It was almost seven in the evening and the city has started to buzz with people and traffic. The automobiles zooming here and there and skyscrapers lit with thousands of colors revealed the soul of the city. With music being played inside my ears so loud and clear, I was lost somewhere deep. My thoughts were entangled, irritating me to the core.
I decided to just give up on my thoughts but they were like following me. I stood up at my place, now leaning against the railing and started looking at the spirit of the people out there on roads. Enthusiastic, filled with mirth, brimming with happiness. Their laughs and melodious uproars making my empty self feel void like before. I could experience myself falling apart, breaking down and shattering into pieces, my soul bleeding and my eyes urging me to let out the frustration and anger I behold within myself.
I have forgotten to smile, to laugh and play. I was at my bad and no one else even did not care. I thought of myself an excellent pretender, who can just smile falsely with shattered self. Who can laugh with everything inside them dead. Who can go on acting for days to be okay. Because at the end of the day, it is only me who is my best friend, who is my best consoler, and the best therapist. I can never imagine to withstand the troll and judgmental remarks of the society about my anxiety and stress. I just cannot pour my heart to make anyone else feel sorry for me. I just can't!
Yoga, Tips Towards Physical Health.
Here are few more tips for improved yoga practice, enjoy
**Level**
While doing yoga, the practice of postures and pranayama will vary according to the level and experience of the student. The basic poses should be practised on a regular basis and should never be forgotten. One method is to vary the type of postures done each day, for instance, standing poses one day and sitting poses the next. Always include inverted poses. Beginners should concentrate more on standing poses.
**Individual Needs**
In home practice you have to be sensitive to your own needs and to be aware which postures are helpful in different circumstances. For example, standing poses are invigorating, whereas forward bends are calming. This is one approach to practice. The other is to discipline yourself to do a particular programme irrespective of personal inclination. The first approach makes you sensitive and the second develops will-power. Both need to be learnt. Where there is a health problem for which a certain group of postures are prescribed, then this particular programme should be adhered to.
**Structure**
Yoga practice should have a structure. A basic guide is to start with simple poses or those which allow the body to stretch; then to continue with the main group or groups of poses selected for that day, and to end with relaxing poses that allow the work done to be assimilated by the body.
**Self-discipline**
Practising at home requires and develops self-discipline and an independent understanding of the postures. It is a good idea to begin by remembering some of the postures and instructions given. The building up of correct habits will give a firm foundation in yoga, leading to confidence in practice and greater knowledge.
**Repetition of Postures**
It is usual to repeat some of the postures when practising, such as standing poses, sitting poses and twists, so long as this does not cause fatigue. However, do not repeat the inverted postures and recuperative positions.
Timings in the Postures Guidance is given in the Asana section for the timing of each posture. In the beginning do not stay long in the postures, until they become familiar and you gain stamina. Do not strain to hold a posture. Gradually increase the time spent in each so that the postures – as well as your health – improve.
Breathing in the Postures Do upward movements with an inhalation, downward movements with an exhalation. That is, start a movement at the beginning of an inhalation or exhalation, and conclude it at the end of the same breath if possible. Do not hold the breath in the postures.
**Menstruation**
Women should not do inverted poses during menstruation as these interfere with the natural outflow of blood. There is a whole range of postures which are suitable at this time – see Asanas for Menstruation.

I'm tired now.
I assure you, among all the ones
I've ever loved,
you're the one, I loved without thinking and knowing
and
something in return
without
getting and wanting
you're the someone i want to hold,
when the clock strucks 12 and night gets cold,
and about my heart, you're the unfair burden,
imposed on it
such an oppressed mortal dumbass, who has always wanted you,
and craved for your presence, always been afraid of being apart,
look at your elegant charming face art, a pure art
and if i ever forget you
how could I fail to remember your,
whiskey licking and
skinny dipping smile?
how could i fail to remember,
the moment when i felt your eyes
touching my skin
and then you,
stupidly trying to look away
and showing that how indulged you're
lost in the surroundings,
while I'm the center of, your whole attention
ease the situation,
i can't endure its pain, or bear this hell anymore,
either come to me, or don't dare to look back,
because
I'm tired of you, setting me free
and then coming back, like you never left.
The reason behind those scars!!!
There are some monsters,
Not under his bed, neither in his head,
But he sees them, in form of a person,
Those scars and bruises,
Were never something for you,
To call "self-harm", it was something,
More than that, something you never noticed,
He lays alone in his bed, every night,
Just for you to call him a recluse,
A coward, not-confident, a hysteric,
Not knowing, all his traumas,
From childhood, still haunts him,
And as he grew, he witnessed,
Witnessed how helpless he was,
No one knew the pain,
The pain behind his fake smile,
His dried eyes, yet they tell you everything,
Those scars from childhood,
Caused lifetime bleeding,
He's bleeding, but you don't see that,
Not scared of anything, but those monsters,
Or should I say abusers?
Hoping he would get out of it one day,
Wanting to end his life, worthlessly,
But wait, you still didn't notice or did you?
The reason behind those scars, bruises,
Were him, for existing,
Caused by the one who birthed him.
One day I won't complain.
One day i won't complain.
One day i won't disturb you like an idiot person.
One day you won't be bother anymore by messages or calls.
One day i won't beg you for your time.
One day i won't let my self express what i feel.
One day i won't blame you for doing insane things.
One day i won't be there to share my secrets.
One day i won't ask you to explain anything.
One day i will not complain about the things which i don't like.
One day I won't drop any situation in which you have to remain
One day I won't let these memories retain
One day i won't be there to love you like an insane
ONE DAY
ONE DAY
ONE DAY I'LL BE NO MORE.
One day you will sit beside my grave and will miss my voice,my efforts, my every little complain which i make, my tears, my love for you and my everything and you will regret and may be that day you would love me like a sane.
On that day I'll be no more, i will listen to your voice but won't be able to reply
One day i won't be there :)
Yoga - A Brief Overview.
Yoga is one of asia's wonderful gifts to mankind. One of its valuable qualities is that it builds up a store of physical health through the practice of a system of exercises called asanas which keep the body cleansed and fit. Yoga believes that exercise is essential for speedy removal of toxins and for keeping blood circulation and all internal processes functioning smoothly.
Ilaving dealt with the physical side of life, yoga turns to the mental. Here different breathing
exercises or techniques quieten the mind and brain.
YOGA - A BRIEF OVERVIEW
Yoga has been practised in asia for over two millenia.
Stories and legends from ancient times all testify to
the existence of yoga, and to the practitioners and
divinities associated with it.
Indian literature is a storehouse of knowledge about
yoga covering every conceivable level. Roughly in
chronological order are the Vedas (books of scriptural
knowledge), the Upanisads• (philosophical
speculations), and their commentaries; then the
Puranas (ancient cosmologies), and the two epics, the
Ramayana and the Mahabharata. The Mahabharata
contains within itself that masterpiece of ancient
scripture, the Bhagavad Cita. "Toward the end of the
Vedic period comes the aphoristic literature, with the
"Yoga Aphorisms" of Patanjali of especial interest to
yoga students. 'Ihere are, besides, whole bodies of
works both ancient (pre-Christian) and more modern
dealing with various aspects of yoga and yoga
philosophy, testifying to the continued relevance of
yoga as a discipline.
Yoga is considered to be a philosophy, a science and
an art. It has eight clearly defined aspects and, in its
purest form, is a complete system capable of
answering all human needs. However, it has always
been, and still is, used as a basis for other activities
and disciplines. Today, for example physiotherapy
and exercise classes often adapt movements from yoga
postures.
Different schools of yoga through the ages have stressed different aspects, but all branches have a common ideological basis, of seeking the betterment of individual yoga practitioners, and, in a broader context, of humanity.
The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj" meaning to join or yoke, implying the integration (or joining) of every aspect of a human being from the innermost to the external. Another frequently used definition of yoga is that of union of the individual spirit with the universal, since that is its highest aim. As a philosophy, yoga is unusual in that it insists that the practice of postures — apparently physical exercises — and breathing techniques is essential in
order to lead a worthy and satisfying life. A whole doctrine attaches to the postural and breathing aspects of yoga. The parallel classical Western concept of "mens sana in corpore sano" — a healthy body in a healthy mind — has always been recognized and is finding increasing emphasis today.

Money is all that matters.
I'm...I'm standing alone.
Not having a penny, coin or note.
Waiting for a blessing to give me a hope,
or I'll end my life. Yeah on a serious note.
Doing this cause of depression.
Having more words but zero action.
Oh yes ! I agreed,
I am outdated for fashion.
No! I need money, not session.
Friends? Huh! You won't find 'em here,
as I don't meet the class of their.
Family? Haha! I'm nothing to them and mere.
WOW! You think they will be there?!
The only thing that matters is money, ignore all the bad manners.
Man, what a whack standard. Honey,
It's bitter truth not my damn tantrums,
I've also lived in this fancy!
Give yourself a break.
Ever since I stepped into the MCAT-phase of my life, I paused Everything else. A social hiatus. I used to skip events, weddings, functions, meet ups, just to have some extra time to give to my books as I lived with this sentence "PUT SOMETHING TODAY FOR SOME CAUSE, AND ENJOY THE FRUITS OF IT TOMORROW"
Time passed, the duration wasn't hard to live.
I enjoyed the sudden dopamine rushes I used to receive after solving some mcqs, numericals & it was pleasing.
But somewhere deep down, I was waiting for this period to end and my life to move on with it. I had a voice in me "TIME WOULD FLY, WORK WORK WORK, INVEST INVEST INVEST" but something that I didn't realize was, it's in the nature of time, to fly and never come back, it have to do that. It's important. And it will eventually end someday, leaving me somewhere, why not to enjoy the moment in itself? Why not to have some cheat days and fun? Not all the time but at least, sometimes.
Today as I got to hear about the second time delay of MCAT, I had another feel of captivity, as if I'm caged for another span of time, in the same glass bottle I'm living since past 10 months. But, then, I decided to enjoy the time I'm blessed with, to live the moment, to enjoy the NOW.
Life needs to pause sometimes, to let us think, rethink, prioritize, analyse and understand life, setting goals and understanding goals, working to improve, to learn, with the sparkles of some pleasure.
I saw you fighting.
I wrote this 3 years back.
For my best friend I lost to brain tumour.
I saw you fighting like a warrior.
I saw your parents crying and you trying to stop them from crying.
I saw you falling down due to your illness and saying "see I am okay"
I saw you taking those extremely painful chemotherapy with a smiling face
I saw you losing your one arm to paralysis but still acting like a happy man.
I saw you forgetting things frequently but still remembering my memories with you.
I saw you losing your eyesight permanently and blaming it on your excessive phone usage.
I saw you buying gifts for your sisters from the money people gave you while visiting you in hospital.
I saw you walking with a stick but pretending to be a healthy man to keep everyone's hopes high.
I saw you losing your senses but still calling your dad's name as your last words.
I saw you leaving this earth to heaven with a big smile .
I hope we will meet there , my friend.
