When your world set aparts
All of us have our bad day, week, or month. There's a time when we feel that the world seems to turn their back to us.
Life can throw you some curves.
And it's not just the things that you see coming, but sometimes it's the things that you didn't see coming that hit you out of nowhere, that set you back in such a way that it seems like you can't get over.
And you've reached your limit and your bandwidth is fool. You already said I can't take another thing and then out of nowhere, here comes something you didn't see coming and you're in it and in your homes, somewhere in your heart, these words are echoing.
And. I'm going to make it. When you get into a tight spot and everything goes against you until it seems that you cannot hold on for a minute longer. Never give up then. But that is just the place and time that the tide will turn. There are times when your energy feels so depleted that you want to give up, but it looks just totally impossible. And I can tell you from my own personal experience, don't give up. Then that's when you've got to fall forward, when life is kicking dirt in your face. Don't give up then that's when most people turn back.
As long as you're alive, there is hope. You're still alive. You're still here. It's never too late. It is never too dark. And we can always.
Turn things around.
There's going to be bad days, there's going to be dark days, but you got to embrace it because that pain is what makes you stronger.
Pain is the high cost of growth. If you want to grow up, you want to be mature. There is no way to do it without pain. You can't grow up on easy street. And the very thing that discourages you is the very thing that develops you.
No one's coming to say no one's coming to save you. The only person that's going to make a drastic change in life, whether that's physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, the only person that is going to dig you out of your hole is who you.
You have to do it for you. You've got to become courageous to stand up within yourself, to face it and step forward.
We all get a taste of that victim mentality. The why me? You can become the victim of the situation or the victim of the situation. You need to be the master of your emotions, not let them affect you. You are the dictator. You're the captain of your boat. Whether you let things affect you in a negative way or a positive way, I don't lose. I only win or learn in life. There's only winning or learning. All your problems become gifts once you learn from them.
And some of you have allowed adversity to make you stop. And I'm telling you right now, don't give up. I'm telling you right now. Don't give me get through it. Execute, execute, execute in the midst of adversity. Execute. You go to work through this. You won't get up, you go get dressed, won't get out. You will do what you've been called to do. You will be what you called and you will prove to everybody that tried to play. Everybody tried to kill your dream. You will prove all of them wrong. And if you can walk through your pain, I'm going to. On the other side is a reward. Pain is not permanent. Pain is temporary. Everything will be alright. Maybe not now, but surely soon.
What ever it takes

Alcohol Use Disorder
Beer, whiskey, tequila, wine, alcohol comes in many forms.
And while it might be nice to enjoy a drink of your choice after a long, hard day or even partake in some alcoholic beverages at a weekend, get together and maybe it's a way to **release** your stress and tiredness. Alcohol can and does have its effects and consequences to **people** who keeps on abusing it.
Let's start with the human body. A lot of alcohol drinkers lost their **charming** faces because of abusing alcohol beverages. Drinking alcohol increases the risk of *cancers of the mouth, esophagus, pharynx, larynx, liver and breast*. In 2009, alcohol related liver disease was the primary cause of 1 in 3 liver transplants in the United States. Out of the 72,559 liver disease deaths among individuals aged 12 and older. 45.8% involved alcohol.
Drinking alcohol can also lead to Alcohol Use Disorder or AUD, which is basically the medical diagnosis of problem drinking that becomes severe.
In 2014, 16.3 million adults had AUD. This includes 10.6 million men and 5.7 million women. If you think you might need to seek treatment for alcohol use, you're not alone.
That same year, about 1.5 million adults receive treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder at a specialized treatment facility.
Alcohol can also have seriously dangerous consequences. Did you know nearly 88,000 **people** die from alcohol related causes annually? That makes alcohol the 4th leading preventable cause of death in the United States. Alcohol can and will turn you into **ashes** once you over use it or abuse it.
If you have a loved one who is suffering from an addiction to alcohol, please call a treatment provider immediately. Let's not **support** this kind of addiction because at the end, everyone will be addicted and anyone will suffer from it.

Change
Nothing is the same—nor will it ever be again. Ours is a new age, filled with a host of inspiring and challenging opportunities that, just a decade ago, were the stuff of science fiction. Who would have thought that this generation would see the advent of fiber optics, satellite-based universities, genomics, lasers, and a host of technological innovations that boggle the mind and enthrall the imagination?
Along with these many innovations come the challenging adjustments we must make in order to live in this new world. Instant communication, boundaryless relationships, the globalization of economics and politics, Internet interaction, knowledge that exceeds our capacity to assimilate it—all are having a dramatic impact on every person’s ability to thrive in the 21st century. For most of us, the changes have come so fast that we are unable to fully comprehend how they will affect us and are hard pressed to cope with their implications.
The pace alone—a pace simply unheard of in the last century—is enough to overwhelm even the most energized. As soon as we have the time to consider the particulars of the most recent changes, new changes are upon us and insinuating themselves into our culture. We do not even have the luxury of identifying their advantages and disadvantages and of considering their potential influence on our lives.
Our society, for instance, is just begining to understand the impact the Internet has had and will have on communication, business, and politics. Further, new elements of the Internet are already emerging to alter our lives and change the questions we are asking about what is passing before our very eyes. Yesterday’s questions will not get answered because tomorrow has become today sooner than we ever could have imagined.
