There is something about Japan that will probably surprise you a lot. Boy bands from Korea where a HUGE thing amoung young girls and women. And with HUGE I mean HUUGEE! 😅 It felt like Korean boy bands where super hyped up and trendy. Sometimes it seemed like there was even more merch for Korean boy bands than for Pokemon. I also saw a lot of pop-up stores which where selling Korean stuff like make-up or sweets. And during the nightlife you saw quite some guys dressing like these Korean boy band members, probably because that's popular amoung girls. Like dyed and styled hair, ear rings, make-up, stylish clothes etc.
