I "modded" a Nintendo DS Lite handheld console. It took me so many hours of work and I broke so many replacement parts until it finally was able to put everything together... I like this color combination of red, green and transparent/white elements ! 🥺 Sadly I broke the lower screen yesterday... 🤒🤦 I guess this will be my Gameboy Advance emulator now since it only needs one screen... When the DS got released in 2006 the GBA was still Nintendo's main handheld. So the DS has GBA hardware build into it. It has a GBA cartridge slot. I bought a flash card which allowes me to play any kind of GBC and GBA roms on my DS. I remember when I borrowed The Legend of Zelda Minish Cap from one of my cousins and played it on my DS Lite... 🥺 The DS Lite probably is the cheapest way to play all kinds of Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS roms on real hardware. 🤔😁
