This was such an embarrassing situation. 😥 I had to do a video chat to verify my identity with a bank because I opened another bank account to be able to separate my earnings and to get a debit card. The company advertises that the verification process takes less than 5 minutes. For me it took about 20 minutes. I was shaking so much that the person wasn't able to take a picture of me and my ID card. He was telling me again and again that I have to hold still because everything is blurry for him but this put me under even more pressure... 🤧 Anyway... The last few days of me being free are there. Then I have to work 9-5...

Really...? Is this even legal...? Do you at least get bonus payments for this? If I got it correctly for me it only matters that I work 8 hours a day. It doesn't matter at which time I start.
Oh my gosh, it’s getting unbearable day by day. I’m trying my best to get out of my country. I shall get half the decided bonus only after a year. We have a very bad work culture.
If you have an university degree, work experience (3 years or so) and decent English skills you will easily find a job in a country like Germany I think. For example companies like Infosys are sending software developers from India to Germany afaik.

You're a competent programmer so l think you can write up a script for yourself that you can follow so you can do well. Humans tend to be programmable like that *beep boop*. They tell themselves stories about themselves, things like, "I'm the greatest", or even sadly, "I'm not good"... & Then they go & live their lives according to their chosen scripts *beep boop*.
