Pasta for Dinner I wasn't able to consume all our tasty bread from the past holiday. I had 3 packs of it. So I put it in the fridge before it go to waste. Some were made as garlic toast bread. And I'm back! I haven't post for 3 days. I've been very busy with my homebusiness. I still have orders to finish for this month. I promised to work harder this year. I am grateful and thankful for my customers who appreciated my products. Most of them are bringing it back home abroad. It's raining hard here since last night. It's a cold morning here. I have prepared our breakfast now. Ham & Cheese Sandwiches. Let's have a productive year. We need to work harder. Basic commodities' prices are getting higher still. I went to my Mom's place and had an early dinner with them. I brought Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Roasted Chicken, Chocolate cake, and Sodas. Mom cooked Kare2, her specialty. My daughter's specialty is the Cheesy Lasagna. Some of the food on the the table are gifts from relatives and neighbors. Mom has been receiving different gifts since last week. I just finished making this Ube Halaya (purple yam). I love this, and it's yummy. My first time actually. But I will never do it again, it's so hard. The hardest part is the continious stirring until it become thick. I will give some of it to my cousins tomorrow as a gift. Made with love. I'll take a rest for now. We'll be busy again tomorrow. It's Christmas after a few days more. I am so excited! I woke up so early today and went to the wet market. I bought all the meats that we need for our Christmas dinner.
