I just finished making this Ube Halaya (purple yam). I love this, and it's yummy. My first time actually. But I will never do it again, it's so hard. The hardest part is the continious stirring until it become thick. I will give some of it to my cousins tomorrow as a gift. Made with love. I'll take a rest for now. We'll be busy again tomorrow.
