Adobo Just finished with our dinner. I choose to cook Pork Adobo for tonight. But I was thinking that I should not do the usual Adobo. So I decided to cook it with a twist. This is my version of Spicy Pork Adobo Flakes. It was success! My family loves it. It's my everyday struggles in choosing what to cook for my family. Mother knows best. Still raining here. It was cooked for 2 hours until I achieved the tenderness of the meat, and flaked it by using 2 forks.
