1st Day if Ber Months! Though there is a typhoon in our country now, I can't still feel its presence. A very sunny day here in my area. But still we all have to be prepared. Stay safe still. I'm always excited for Christmas, so when Ber months starts, it adds more excitement. A big box of pizza and veggie salads arrived. Sent from my sister for our lunch. Another weekend. It's raining almost the whole day. Classes were suspended. Laundry day cancelled. And now we are experiencing water interruption because of damaged lines of our water supplier. At least we have some waters in our big containers. We'll have dinner for awhile so we could take a rest earlier. This is my fried tofu and crispy pork skin. GOODEVENING! ♡rose♡

I miss this...... I've been busy. I'm spending most of my time with my sick Dad. He's now using this oxygen tank. He's having difficulties with his breathing. So painful to see him in this situation. I've been trying to post here the past few days. But everytime I open this, my mind is empty. Our family is trying and doing everything to give my Dad all his needs that will make him comfortable. He is my King, and I am his 1st princess. God Bless You All! ♡rose♡

My nephew brought this cake for my Dad. Now that Dad is slowly recovering, we are so happy to see him enjoying every foods that we served, and the foods that he received from friends and relatives. Dinner time. My son isn't feeling well today, so I prepared a meal with a hot soup. Truly, no matter how old our child is, they are always our baby. I instantly become a nurse, chef, caregiver, babysitter all at the same time everytime my children are sick. And I thank you Lord for this day. I am thankful and grateful that my son gets better. He can go back to work tomorrow. I am so happy to see him smiling while the doctor was handling his certificate of Fit to Work. My son is working for more than 3 years in a company, and it's his first time to have a 2 days leave from work. He's so hardworking. And I am so proud of him. Yes, it's true. Bought sweet melon and bananas for my sick Dad. Since he is now recovering, he wants to eat a lot of his favorite food. I'm glad his appetite is back. I visited my sick Dad. I brought some of his favorite food. He was so excited when I told him that I bought his favorite Burger Steak, Munchkin, and some Banana bread. After I prepared it, he rushed to his table and eat everything. It's hard and complicated taking care someone with Dementia. They can't express what they really feel. It's like taking care of a toddler. Thankful for this day, oh Lord. ♡,GOODAFTERNOON♡

I went to the supermarket this morning. I bought some grocery items. I do have a list of what To Buy, but unfortunately I wasn't able to buy everything on my list. Prices of basic commodities in these supermarket are 10 pesos higher or more. That's why I am not surprise that they have fewer customers inside. Adobo Just finished with our dinner. I choose to cook Pork Adobo for tonight. But I was thinking that I should not do the usual Adobo. So I decided to cook it with a twist.
