Hubby harvested some green Papaya yesterday. So this morning I was very busy making this Pickled Papaya (Atchara). Making this is easy, but the hardest part is thr grating of some ingredients. Just arrived home from the supermarket. I arrived there exactly from the opening of the mall. I only saw few customers. But after 30 mins I'm done in the supermarket. I was surprised to see lots of people inside the mall and saw batches of peoole entering the mall. Truly, it's holiday season. They are now drinking, eating and chatting. We used to work in the same company. But now they have different jobs, but still manage to have a get together once in awhile. I just finished making this Ube Halaya (purple yam). I love this, and it's yummy. My first time actually. But I will never do it again, it's so hard.
