There's a saying I like. I don't know who said it first, but I first heard it from the actor Denzel Washington. He said "if you hang around the barbershop, soon you're gonna get a haircut." I think that statement is powerful for the fact that it contains a message that can be interpreted in both a positive and a negative way. Positively, if you're found around places with an abundance of opportunities for growth, one day you will land yourself a life changing opportunity. Likewise, if you're found around people who are always brewing trouble, very soon you'll find yourself in trouble.

I know John McAfee was a darling to many crypto enthusiasts. I'm just concerned about the number of posts claiming that he's still alive. I've seen that story on many crypto platforms. Anyway, it would be nice if he were still alive. He was so full of life. In other news, I read that his body is still lying in a Spanish morgue one year after his death! Now that's sick. Please let the family have his remains so they can bury or cremate their loved one and find some closure.

This is actually a nice feature by Twitter. A simple reminder that you haven't read what you're about to share. In this age of misinformation and fake news, people have a dangerous appetite to share links to stories that they haven't verified themselves. That's how click bait headlines go viral. If only people can read before they share something, social media would be a much better place.

There's just something soothing about nature. Looking at the ocean waves, Standing on top of the mountain, Or staring at the branches of a tree. The sight, sound, or touch of nature just makes you forget about your problems even if it's just for a brief moment. Nature clears your head. With that said, I encourage you to go outside and touch grass. It's good for your body and soul.

I wonder where people get the courage to run a scam/ponzi of such magnitude, defrauding millions of people globally of their hard earned life savings!! Not that it's okay to steal from a few people, it's still horrible. You really have to be a soulless person to be able to stand in front of thousands of people, look them in the eye but knowing too well that you are stealing from them. It's disgusting. Forgive me for my rant today. I saw this picture of this guy and he made me think about the elaborate scam that was played at Bitconnect. Karma will always catch up with you. Sometimes it might be swift, other times it might be slow. But it will eventually catch up.

We are just under a month before the merge. I'm so excited!! I don't know exactly why, but it's probably just my curiosity taking the best of me. I'm curious to see what happens after the merge as regards to transaction fees, network speed, price, etc. I'm also curious about the potential forks. I'll need to move my ETH to an exchange that will support the forked versions.

Online scammers are always coming up with tricks to steal from innocent people. I like to keep them entertained whenever I receive an email from a scammer. It's fun. But be careful if an email comes with an attachment. Delete it immediately. Don't even try to open it. Attachments can come with viruses that can attack your device and steal your data.

So I've been playing this game on Binance exchange. It's a word that they're calling "Crypto WODL". This is how it's played: you're given a theme and the number of letters in the word, then you have to guess the mystery word. You have 6 tries to get the right word. Each time you get a wrong word, you kind of get a hint of what the word could be. The hint tells you which of the letters in your wrong word are contained in the actual mystery word. Not just that, it tells you whether the letters are placed in the right position. Basically, each wrong answer you get, gets you closer to the correct answer.

🍿 popcorn, popcorn! What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you see popcorn? I always think about movies. I love movies and going to the cinema. I always get popcorn to get me through the movie. I decided to learn how to make my own popcorn as you can see in the picture. Not bad lol I'll imagine I'm watching a movie. So I'm back at my new favourite game. A game of scrabble. I'm playing against the computer because that's the best way to improve my skills. It's more challenging to play against an algorithm instead of a human opponent. Anyway, I didn't have a word to play so I clicked pass. Then the computer played a very insulting word ("id*ot"). I felt attacked LMAO... It felt very personal 😂 😂

Red and white onions.... I prefer the red ones. They have more colour, slightly spicy and their texture goes well in a salad. I was curious today so I did some digging and I found that white onion has slightly higher calories and lacks iron and fiber content. Well, maybe that's why I prefer red onions after all. What's your favourite?

I like this!! To want privacy does not mean you have something to hide, no! Privacy is a fundamental human right. That's why we wear clothes to cover ourselves. That's why we lock the door when we go to the bathroom. That's why we keep our journal in a place where others can't reach it. We close the curtains to keep away our neighbour's prying eyes. Bitcoin touched $25,000 today. It's a remarkable comeback from the sub 20,000 we hit just a few weeks ago. Those who bought at 18k have already made profits upwards of +30%. They bought when everyone was running away. Now I'm not a prophet, but I feel like we may have already hit the bottom. Onwards and upwards only, of course there will be many bumps along the way. The journey to 50k will be faster than anyone can imagine. But this is not financial advice. You'd have to be crazy to take financial advice from a random person on the internet.
