Hover over your balance to see the link.

If I do it I see: "You haven't invited anyone yet. To invite somebody, just hover over any article title, click "Get the affiliate link" and share that link." But I got an affiliate payment twice. How is that possible?
That means that an anonymous user followed your link, upvoted via QR code, but haven't registered, so we have no idea who they are. Maybe we should add "anonymous" to the table also..
We've added the "anonymous user(s)" line to the table. I'm not sure if the historic data includes them (probably yes), but the new anonymous upvotes should definitely get there.
