Hello everyone I'm Rayhan Bijoy, I'm 20 years old my body weight is 97KG so I tried some diet plans , GYM but it isn't working ! So i tried some workout without any instruments.

So I lose my weight almost 11KG within 10 days by doing plank so if you do this it's very helpful it reduces almost 400 calorie within 3 minutes
If you want to learn how to do this amazing exercise without any instrument so follow these instructions -
Do this exercise 2 times in a day like you can do it in morning when you will wake up and you can do it at night before your sleep
So basically you have to do one thing select the solid place to do this exercise You have to bend your elbows and keep them on the ground with both legs stretched Following this rule, you have to do 3 steps, first 15 seconds, then 10 seconds and then 15 seconds of exercise in 10 seconds break . So you have to continue 3 minutes like this.
NOTE : You can't drink water while you are doing this exercise

Sleepy Berlin

Zach Blast looked at the silver newspaper in his hands and felt sleepy.
He walked over to the window and reflected on his urban surroundings. He had always hated sleepy Berlin with its blushing, bad beaches. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel sleepy.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Mark Greenway. Mark was a stable writer with wobbly eyelashes and pink toenails.
Zach gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a hilarious, incredible, cocoa drinker with fragile eyelashes and wobbly toenails. His friends saw him as a damp, damaged doctor. Once, he had even brought a freshly-squeezed baby bird back from the brink of death.
But not even a hilarious person who had once brought a freshly-squeezed baby bird back from the brink of death, was prepared for what Mark had in store today.
The hail pounded like skipping dogs, making Zach afraid.
As Zach stepped outside and Mark came closer, he could see the sharp glint in his eye.
"Look Zach," growled Mark, with a spiteful glare that reminded Zach of stable giraffes. "It's not that I don't love you, but I want a fight. You owe me 3932 dollars."
Zach looked back, even more afraid and still fingering the silver newspaper. "Mark, beam me up Scotty," he replied.
They looked at each other with relaxed feelings, like two lovely, low lizards skipping at a very cold-blooded holiday, which had R & B music playing in the background and two cute uncles loving to the beat.
Zach studied Mark's wobbly eyelashes and pink toenails. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm afraid I declared myself bankrupt," explained Zach. "You will never get your money."
"No!" objected Mark. "You lie!"
"I do not!" retorted Zach. "Now get your wobbly eyelashes out of here before I hit you with this silver newspaper."
Mark looked barmy, his wallet raw like a big, bulbous banana.
Zach could actually hear Mark's wallet shatter into 3932 pieces. Then the stable writer hurried away into the distance.
Not even a mug of cocoa would calm Zach's nerves tonight.

India in shock over 86-year-old grandmother's rape
In one particularly shocking case, police in the capital, Delhi, have arrested a man in his 30s for the rape and assault of an 86-year-old grandmother.
"The woman was waiting outside her home on Monday evening for the milkman when she was approached by her attacker," Swati Maliwal, head of the Delhi Commission for Women, told the BBC.
"He told her that her regular milk delivery man wasn't coming and offered to take her to the place where she could get milk."
The octogenarian trustingly accompanied him, said Ms Maliwal, adding that he took her to a nearby farm where he raped her.
"She kept crying and begging him to leave her. She told him that she was like his grandmother. But he ignored her pleas and assaulted her mercilessly when she tried to resist and protect herself," Ms Maliwal said.
Local villagers who were passing by heard her cries and rescued her. They handed over the attacker to the police.
Ms Maliwal, who visited the survivor at her home on Tuesday, described her meeting as "heart-breaking".
"Her hands are totally wrinkled. You get a shock when you hear what she went through. There are bruises on her face and all over her body and she told me that she had vaginal bleeding. She is suffering from extreme trauma."

Bangladesh forms the larger and eastern part of the Bengal region.[16] According to the ancient sacred Indian texts, Ramayana and Mahabharata, the Vanga Kingdom, one of the namesakes of the Bengal region, was a strong naval ally of the legendary Ayodhya. In the ancient and classical period of the Indian subcontinent, the territory was home to many principalities, including the Pundra, Gangaridai, Gauda, Samatata and Harikela. It was also a Mauryan province under the reign of Ashoka. The principalities were notable for their overseas trade, contacts with the Roman world, export of fine muslin and silk to the Middle East, and spreading of philosophy and art to Southeast Asia. The Pala Empire, the Chandra dynasty, and the Sena dynasty were the last pre-Islamic Bengali middle kingdoms. Islam was introduced during the Pala Empire, through trade with the Abbasid Caliphate,[17] but following the early conquest of Bakhtiyar Khalji and the subsequent establishment of the Delhi Sultanate and preaching of Shah Jalal in East Bengal, the faith fully spread across the region. In 1576, the wealthy Bengal Sultanate was absorbed into the Mughal Empire, but its rule was briefly interrupted by the Suri Empire. Following the death of Emperor Aurangzeb in the early 1700s, the proto-industrialised Mughal Bengal became a semi-independent state under the Nawabs of Bengal. The region was later conquered by the British East India Company at the Battle of Plassey in 1757.[18]
The borders of modern Bangladesh were established with the separation of Bengal and India in August 1947, when the region became East Pakistan as a part of the newly formed Dominion of Pakistan, demarcated by the Boundary of the Partition of India.[19] Later the rise of a pro-democracy movement thrived on Bengali nationalism and self-determination, leading to the Liberation War and eventually resulted in the emergence of Bangladesh as a sovereign and independent nation in 1971.
Bangladesh is the only country in the world that was created on the basis of language and ethnicity.[20][21] The Bengalis make up 98% of the total population of Bangladesh,[2][3] making it one of the most ethnically homogeneous states in the world.[22][23] The large Muslim population of Bangladesh makes it the third-largest Muslim-majority country.[24] The constitution declares Bangladesh a secular state, while establishing Islam as a state religion.[4] As a middle power in world politics,[25] Bangladesh is a unitary parliamentary democracy and constitutional republic following the Westminster system of governance. The country is divided into eight administrative divisions and sixty-four districts. Although the country continues to face the challenges of the Rohingya refugee crisis,[26] corruption,[27] and the adverse effects of climate change.[28] Bangladesh is one of the emerging and growth-leading economies of the world, and is also one of the Next Eleven countries, with one of the fastest real GDP growth rates. The Bangladeshi economy is the 39th-largest in the world by nominal GDP, and the 29th-largest by PPP.
