Yoga: Bound angle pose The yoga instructor Robyn Gaillard claims that this position gets the hips ready for meditation sitting. Additionally, it stretches the hip joints and breaks up lengthy periods of sitting. Gaillard argues that performing the bound angle stance allows the energy channels around the spine to open. Energy is directed upward as a result, which causes an emotional release. Hold your ankles while bringing your feet's soles together into a "butterfly" form while seated. The stretch can be made deeper by pressing your elbows into your thighs. Lean forward from your hips while lengthening your spine. Hold your back straight. Round your head, neck, and shoulders once you can maintain the position and can feel it deeply. Ten or more deep breaths should be taken. Hopefully you like it.
