The exceeding joy of redemption.
The ultimate goal of our redemption is to spend eternity in the presence of God.The presence of God is the core attraction in heaven. All the redeemed are guaranteed eternal life with God because Jesus offered His blood to purchase all believers an"eternal redemption"
Someone had rightly observed that the purpose of life is to prepare for eternity. Our Lord was clear in his desire for the believers to be with him wherever he is.Part of his valedictory speech to his disciples, says:"Let not your heart be troubled;you believe in God believe also in me.In my father's house are many mansions; If it were not so, I would have told you.I go to prepare a place for you , I Will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also."
Wherever he is,defines the destination of all his elects. Some of the prophetic scripture describe the redeemed as being crowned with everlasting joy, overtaken with gladness and Joy,deviod of sorrow and mourning.Such scriptures paint pictures of experiences that are only possible in heaven and not on Earth. Our lord affirmed"in the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world".He overcame not only the world but also death by reason of his resurrection. The resurrection was the enduring proof that the works of redemption is been completed.Every believer is now sealed with the holy spirit and preserved awaiting the day of redemption.(Ephesians 4:30) This future day of redemption to the bodily resurrection of believers, which Paul refer to as"the redemption of our body."(Romans 8:23).We look forward to this glorious day with rapturous anticipation.let's all endeavor to be meet there.
The overriding purpose of our redemption is the happiness of God.We are redeemed to make God happy by how we live and what we doGod is Happy that his prodigal sons and daughters have been brought back to him. What Christ redeemed us from suggest what he redeemed us to.He redeemed us from lawlessness to righteousness, from sin to godliness.According to R.C.Sproul,"In salvation we are not only saved from sin and damnation;we are saved unto holiness."Holiness is a lifestyle that gives God pleasure. As a matter of fact.God saved us and adopted us as his children in order to enjoy us.Our purpose in life, therefore, zeros down to making sure that God is Happy with us We must intentionally pursue lifestyles, cultivate habits, and develop relationships that delights God's heart The happiness of God is the only legitimate pursuit of his children.Whatever a believer does,be it great or small,it must be aimed at making God happy otherwise it is sham.God takes much pleasure in seeing us reflects his Image and likeness in our lives. I imagine him sometimes chuckling as he watches a believer make decisions or take actions to reveal his love and care for the world We hear too often of the wrath of God and then come up with a false picture of God as a perennially sad person. The Truth is that God is not even in bad mood let alone being sad.God lives absolutely independent of his creatures. Our attitudes and actions don't influence his position his disposition to happier. His happiness is in himself,by himself and for himself. The Bible says of him,"The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty one, will save;he will rejoice over you with gladness,He will quiet you with his Love,He will rejoice over you with singing"(Zaphaniah 3:17).We serve a happy God,who sings over us and is Never grumpy and edgy.
God is only happy in who He is,He is also the source and the dispenser of human happiness. When our lives lineup with his purpose,we feel his happiness in our heart too.He redeemed us to"purify for himself his own special people, zealous of good works."(Titus 2:13-14).When you evince zeal in the things you do, you not only make God happy, you also contract his happiness.Eric little was a Scottish runner who aimed at winning a gold medal at an Olympic event.Knowing that winning a gold medal at Olympic is usually a Herculean task even for the competition. His unrelenting dedication and passion exhibited in his preparation for the race attracted the ire of some well-meaning Christians who berated him for putting in so much time in something as mundane as sports competition. When he was asked why he was working so hard to run fast?Eric replied;"God made me fast, and when I run, I feel his pleasure."You too can feel the pleasure of God as you work hard at whatever job you have in hand.Hard work is a proof of Grace (1Corinthians 15:10)God is pleased when we work hard to achieve our goals.St.Francis De Sales said,"Doing little things with a strong desire to please God makes them really great." The ancillary goal of redemption is to raise a work force for the kingdom. You a e redeemed to become part of God's"Special people, zealous for good works."A good work is any service that helps others and honours God.As the zeal of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar (Numbers 25:11), earned him a special place in God's heart,so let your zeal to please God carve out a niche for you in his heart in Jesus name.
The mechanism of enzymes action in your body
In most chemical reaction,an energy barrier exists that must be overcome for the reaction to occur. This Barrier prevents complex molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids from spontaneously degrading, and so is necessary for the preservation of life. When metabolic changes are required in a cell, however, certain of these complex molecules must be broken down, and this energy barrier must surmounted.
Heat could provide the additional needed energy (called activation),but the rise in temperature would kill the cell. The alternative is to lower the activation energy level through the use of a catalyst. This is the role that enzymes play. They react with the substrate to form an intermediate complex-a "transition state" that requires less energy for the reaction to proceed. The unstable intermediate compound quickly breakdown to form reaction products, and the unchanged enzymes is free to react products, and the unchanged enzymes is free to react with other substrate.Only a certain region of the enzyme, called the active site, binds to the substrate. The active site is a groove or pocket formed by the folding pattern of the protein. This three-dimensional structure, together with the chemical and electrical properties of the amino acids and cofactors within the active site, permits only a particular substrate to bind to the site, thus determining the enzymes specificity enzyme; active site The active site of an enzyme is a groove or pocket that binds a specific substrate.Enzymes synthesis and activity also are influenced by genetic control and distribution in a cell. Some enzymes are not produced by certain cells, and others are formed only when required.Enzymes are not always found uniformly within a cell ; often they are compartmentalized in the nucleus on the cell membrane ,or in subcellular structures. The rates of enzymes synthesis and activity are further Influenced by hormones, neurosecretions, and other chemicals that affect the cell's internal environment.
Retaining your inheritance
No words can describe the wonderful Joy that was shed abroad in my heart. I wept aloud with Joy and love. The waves came over me and over me, one after another,I cried out,"I shall die if this waves continue to pass over me.Lord I cannot bear this anymore".This quote is Finney's expression on the day of his conversion. The salvation of our souls is the greatest inheritance one can possess. It is no wonder that many believer would prefer to suffer for Christ's sake or even die than to lose their precious salvation experience. Apostle Paul said"To me to live is Christ and to die is gain."Naboth bodly told Ahab that he could not give away his inheritance for anything.Do you know your 'Salvation' is your greatest inheritance?therefore, don't tamper with it.
Many people have compromised their inheritance in God's kingdom to momentarily gain-earthly things,How many youths today submit their bodies for fornication in order to pass their examinations. Many join occultism in order to get rich which is but for a while.
Many have Compromised their inheritance so hold and protect yours strictly.

Theories of social conflict
Conflict is a phenomenon that is an important part of human existence and a natural part of our daily lives.Conflicts that take place within a society may be the result of several factors. For this reason,in the works of classical theorist from Marx and Comte to Simmel and Sorel, explainations for social conflict whether on a small or large scale, whether resulting from interactions between social group or caused by external factors have been an issue of common concern. In the same way that is difficult to piont to a single factor as being responsible for order within society,it is as difficult to point a single explanation for the emergence, escalation,or protraction of conflict whether violent or otherwise. In the case where a conflict has degenerated to the point to the point of crisis,it is common that those involved will even find it difficult to remember what led to the initial disagreement
In this chapter,we attempt to capture some of the theories of conflict as expounded by conflict and social scholars. We do so not in a critical way , but by simply presenting some of the key tenets of each theory. The authors come from diverse backgrounds and each background presents something unique to the understanding of conflict. Thus, even though the theories look many and different, each emphasis a particular angle of analysis, and they are not totally mutually exclusive. In fact, most of the theories overlap and these categories provided are only for analytical arrangement rather than trying to draw steel boundaries between these theories.
Conflict is mostly depicted as if it totally negative. This is not always the case.Depending on how it is handled,it can either be constructive (positive) or destructive (negative). It is as common across suggestions that conflict can be used contructively to explore different solutions to a problem and stimulate creativity by recognizing and sensitively exposing conflict as a way of deconstructing long-standing tension as it is,to come across viewpoints that depict conflict as naturally destructive and used mainly to inflict injuries on, neutralize, or subvert the society; encourage individuals to resort to unfriendly behaviours: encourage"win-by-means- necessary" attitudes, where emotions take precedence over reason;lead to the disintegration of groups and the scuttling of national development projects.
Conflict'is a fluid and infinitely elastic concept which can be twisted into different shapes and has become an issue over which scholars find themselves in Sharp disagreement with their colleagues.Divided opinions on the nature, causes and impact of conflict are reflected in the fact that there is single widely accepted theory on which scholars agree though it is also possible to explain this as being a result of the multi-disciplinary nature of conflict research. This'Babel' image probably informed the opinion of Mark and Snyder that:
"Given the pervasiveness of common phenomenon and the diversity of approaches of enquiry, It is legitimate to ask whether the apparent intellectual disorder reflects an inherently incoherent focus of social analysis_a focus artificially created by a label_or whether the disparateness of data interpretations is due in part to interdisciplinary compartmentalism , to academic individualism,or to rapid growth, with it's consequent inattention to direction".
The variety of approaches of enquiry in the field has led to a proliferation of theories through which conflict (or peace) scholars try make sense of the phenomena.Differences in theoretical approaches have also affected the practice of conflict resolution. Sandole provides an explanation viz:
"Practitioners.... work at different levels...in different domains...and derive their ideas from a variety of sources...and the domain in which they operate influence their goals, methods, and overall approache".
He points out , however, that there is a direct relationship of mutual dependence between theory and practice. As he sees it,theory is tested by practice;and theory is generated by practice".
God's Redemption.
Redemption is so glorious, it's mystery of human's libration from the Dominion of sin and Satan that God wants all it's beneficiaries to constantly talk about it.The New international version's rendering of the verse makes this demand of God very explicit"Let the redeemed of the the Lord tell their stori-those He redeemed from the hand of the foe".The redeemed of the Lord are directed tell the story of their redemption. No story is worth telling and retelling as much as the redemption Jesus accomplished for us through his death and resurrection.Sin ruptured our relationship with God.Every effort of ours to patch that that broken relationship plunged us deeper into the abyss of worrisome depravity.when the time is ripe According to divine schedule,Jesus showed up"to redeem those who were under the Law,that we might receive the adoption of sons.(Galatians 4:5). Redemption unleashed the grace the grace that shattered the chains of our captivity to sin and satan, flung the prison door open and ushered us into the liberating light of God's kingdom. Paul put it in a most beautiful language,'He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the son of his love.in whom we have redemption through his his blood, the forgiveness of sin"(Colossians 1:13-14).Our redemption guaranteed us total and comprehensive deliverance from sin and all it's accompanying consequences. It brought us total forgiveness and conferred on us the full rights of God's children and permanent citizenship of his eternal kingdom. Redemption didn't only result in the restoration of the believer's relationship with God, but it effectually and effectively made the believerhis temple.Gid is now, not only with us, He's also in us,in fulfilment of our Lord Jesus Christ (14:17).Paul clearly affirmed that it is with the mouth that confession is made unto salvation. Confessing what we believe does not only affirm our faith but also encourages others to come to faith too.Testifying of what God did for you is a prophecy of what He could do for you do for another-For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.Telling the testimonies of God's blessings is the major way of declaring the gospel of redemption. Clear implication that Christianity is primarily a spoken faith. So much about it has to do with God's says and how man echoes his voice. Therefore,go forth and share the testimony of your encounter with Christ where ever you ers. Many are waiting to hear your story to come to Christ. If indeed you have been redeemed by the Lord, the necessity is laid on you to declare your experience of God's mercy to help others come to the knowledge of the saving love of Christ and be saved in Jesus name.
