"A Guess Me, Guess Me in the morning, afternoon and night." Since I am new here and I do not have any friends here yet, allow me to start a game. This game is really simple. This game is entitled "A Guess Me, Guess Me in the morning, afternoon and night." **So, how does it works?** You only need to follow the following steps: First, you have to introduce yourself by writing down your nickname or any name you want. But, do not tell your age. Second, make a guess about my age. You can do it one at a time. After guessing, if your guess is wrong you have to sing or dance. (just in your place. Just be honest :) haha ) Third, If you guess my age right, I will dance or sing. Nobody would see it, but if you do it from where you are while reading this article, it is a good way to exercise and practice our vocals. **So, let's start it?** In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. *Drum rolls...* **Game!** Please take note that in this game, there should be no kill joy okay? Also note that it is just for entertainment only. Do not make it serious, unless you are really very serious, just kidding! I will wait for you in the comment box!

Promotes Satiety.** Bananas promotes the feeling of fullness hence makes  you less hungry and helps in weight loss. This  is because bananas are rich in resistant starch   which is an indigestible carb and has the same  functions as the soluble fiber in the body.  The greener bananas have a  higher proportion of this starch.  While the yellow, ripped bananas have less  content of resistant starch and total fiber.  But they do have a great amount of soluble fiber. Scientifically, both pectin and resistant starch   have satiety effects and promote  the fullness feeling after meals. **2. Improves Kidney Health.**  The potassium in banana has tremendous  health benefits including kidney health.  Studies have shown that women who  ate 2-3 bananas every week have   33 % fewer chances of developing kidney stones. Eat bananas to have a healthy, stone-free kidney. **3. Improves Vision.**  Next time when someone tries to tell  you to eat carrots for improved vision,   tell them its time for a change. Banana has been  a game-changer when it comes to improving vision.  This fruit is enriched with an enormous amount  of vitamin A which is very helpful in protecting   our vision. This vital vitamin has compounds  that preserve the membranes around the eyes.   They are also an element of the protein  which helps in bringing light to the corneas.  Bananas also prevent muscular degeneration which  is an incurable condition that blurs vision. **4. Cancer prevention.** Some scientists believe that a modest intake of   bananas protects our bodies against kidney cancer. Studies have suggested that women who eat more   bananas and other fruits have fewer chances of  developing kidney cancer than those who didn’t.  The anti-cancer property of banana is due  to the antioxidant phenolic compounds.   So, eat bananas daily and enjoy reduce  the risk of developing kidney cancer. **5. Improves digestion and helps in weight loss.** Bananas play a huge role in improving digestion.   A normal-sized banana has about 3 gm of  fiber which makes it a good fiber source.  The reason why banana promotes digestive  health is the presence of 2 important   fiber i.e. Pectin and Resistant starch. Pectin lowers as the banana ripped and resistant   starch are generally present in unripped bananas. The function of resistant starch is to escape the   digestion process and ending  up in the large intestine.   In the large intestine, it converts into food for  the good gut bacteria. While pectin also plays a   role in protection against colon cancer. Let’s talk about the role of bananas in   weight loss. There is no scientific data  present on the banana role in weight loss.   However, this fruit does have some  qualities that make it weight loss friendly.  They have low calories. An average  banana has about 100 calories or more.   Even then it is very filling and healthier.  Unripe bananas are filed with starch that’s why  they are very substantial and reduce hunger. **6. Rich in antioxidants**. Antioxidants are very important for   our bodies. They not only remove the free  radicals that are baleful for our health   but also keep us young and beautiful. Different antioxidants are present in bananas   but the most important ones  are dopamine and catechins.  These compounds reduce the chances of heart  disease and other degenerative illnesses.  There is some misunderstanding about  the dopamine antioxidant in bananas.   Many people consider it as the happy  hormone or chemical in our brain.   While in reality, this dopamine doesn’t  cross the blood-brain fence. Rather,   it is simply a strong and effective antioxidant  that eradicate illness and other diseases. **7. Healthy Pregnancy.** The potassium in a banana is a superstar.   It provides a plethora of  benefits to expecting women.   Studies have shown that women who  ate potassium before conception   or have a high level of potassium gave birth  to the boys as compared to the women who don’t.  Another function of the banana is to prevent  gestational diabetes. Gestational diabetes is   an issue that many pregnant women suffer from.  Generally, it is due to a lack of sleep. Thanks   to the tryptophan and magnesium, which makes sure  the expecting women take a good night's sleep. **8. Good for Bones.** Bananas might   not be abundant in calcium but even then  they are known to keep the bones strong.  Studies have suggested that bananas are rich in  a compound. These   compounds are nondigestive carbs that  promote the probiotics that are easily   digestible and thus increase the body’s  ability to absorb the present calcium. *That is all for this article!
