People aren’t always who they appear to be and that is ok. Wanting to see the good in everyone isn’t a bad thing, but willingly ignoring everything else whether it is the good, bad or ugly side of people will cause heartache to anyone that allows it. Keep true to yourself and always see everyone for everything they are and not just what you want to see….

Go!!!!! You cannot be happy if you are chasing happiness. Stop merely pursuing happiness and you can start actually living it. Go ahead and allow yourself to be happy now, where you are, as you are. Allow happiness and be the independent of circumstance. Don’t insist on exercising control over your happiness, turning it on here, turning it off there. Surrender yourself to happiness, in all places, for all time. Allow happiness, and allow it to be bigger than you. Be encompassed by happiness. Have its never-ending positive perspective. Life will always have its difficult and unfortunate times and occurrences. Even in such times, you can allow happiness to empower you. Happiness is not a result, but a choice of how to move forward. Choose happiness, and let your life be the expression of your highest vision." Thanks for reading ❤️ godbless all 💖

One day, at the right time.... One day your heart will ache a little less when you hear their name. One day you will look that person in the eye and you will be glad that you did not end up with them. Until then, pls try to feel the pain instead of burying it & please try to forgive whoever may have hurt you most importantly forgive yourself. Holding a grudge against someone will only make you suffer, so let go.. let it go. let go of the pain, I know its hard. But slowly okay.. you can do it. People that leave are meant to leave. they were meant to be in your life for a short period of time to teach you valuable lessons. Not your fault okay. But let's think in positive ways. I am not saying that letting go of someone you truly loved is easy but you deserve so much better than someone who puts you through such pain. Let yourself feel, let yourself cry, let it all out. Some day you will be okay. And you will heal again and you will learn to love again You're doing fine. You'll be okay. Thanks for reading 💝 Godbless ❤️❤️

You are flawed, and everyone is. You have to let go the idea of perfection. You need to stop comparing your life with someone else. Clear your thoughts and get it together. Allow yourself to be flawed. No one is perfect, keep that in mind. How much of your confidence have been damaged just because you're seeing someone else is doing better? You are seeing what you are allowed to, you are not in their shoes so you never knew. Start to focus on yourself. Recognize your own potential, have faith in your goddamn self. Show the world who you are, not how someone else present you or treat you. Stop worrying about what others think about you. Stop allowing negativity to surround your soul. Do not let the bad stop you from discovering the good. You need to look for the light in the dark. It's never to late to reinvent yourself. Choose aliveness and live your life on your own terms. All the things you desire are within reach so go after it. Slow down and take it all in. Trust me you can do it. Your flaws doesn't define you, it's just a part of you. You are more than that. Find your own wings, your own fire. Radiate, give love to yourself, and to the whole world. Love will come back to you.

Is it okay to miss someone??? Is it okay to miss someone who hurt you badly? Is it okay to still remember them even if they seem to forget you completely? If i tell you it's not, would you be able to erase the though of them right away? Are you feeling pain in your chest? It's triggering isn't it? Because you have that someone. Someone whom you loved dearly once upon a time. Close your eyes, and take a deep breathe.. Things may not work out the way you want, but at least. They made you happy once upon a time. And the feeling of happiness was real, even if the rest wasn't. Maybe it was their touch that kept you warm, the arms around you, that makes you feel safe and sound. Maybe it's their words that made you fluttered, their stupid jokes.. And their smile.. Maybe they were there for you when no one else was, listens to your rants, keep you company when you're all alone. Maybe at that time, no one else understands but them. It's a waste of time if you keep blaming, or questioning why and why. This time, let your heart feel what it feels. So, don't hold the tears.. Let it fall. You miss them because you loved them. And you love them for their warmth, the love they gave you, the memories that you have built. Because if you don't, what was all that before? Although it seems to be impossible now, you will get through this. Your heart will shatter over and over, but it will keep beating. The pain won't end. But it gives a great lesson. It will hurt less, when you're starting to get use to the feelings. And.. You will be just fine. So i gotta tell you this. It's okay.. It's okay to allow them linger around your mind, it's okay to miss them sometimes. It's okay, to think of them, and it's okay... If you miss them. Aren't denying feeling hurts more?

Can love be something you can just choose? Can love be something you can just choose? I mean, can’t we just choose somebody who we think will not hurt us, who we think will love us unconditionally, someone who we can rely to and trust without worrying she will hurt you or even cheat on you. I think that will be easier, I think choosing the person who we think could love us better is easier than choosing someone who doesn’t even give us attention. That’s the thing about us, humans, we tend to choose the person who doesn’t even care, who doesn’t even look at us, and what more is that person doesn’t even feel the same way. Isn’t it unfair? I don’t know if that is even the right word. I guess loving someone doesn’t always mean it has to be mutual. I guess some of us choose the longer route and that includes pain, unrequited love, one sided feelings and devastation. If only we can choose the one we love, if only we could make our lives easier by choosing someone who loves us more, if only the person we love loves us back, if only life could make its way to us and tell us who to love without feeling pained. If only.

Can you be friend with your ex? I would say no in the first place. Not after you just breakup, and immediately become "friend". You need some time to heal. You need to neutralize your feelings. Being friends with your ex immediately after breakup is just a form of manipulation. How can you be friend with someone you once shared the same feelings and strong love affair? It won't work that way. Trust me, you will still hold on to them. You're not letting them go, you just use the "friendship" as an excuse. Ex "friendship" will complicate your life. Your unresolved romantic desire will give negative outcomes. Honestly it's hard to set up a boundary. You'll just experience new kind of pain. A pain of not being able to be with someone you love, but having them around at the same time. You can't lie to your heart, everytime you stay in touch with your ex, all sorts of thoughts and memories will bring back up, somehow put you into an emotional state that allowing yourself to feel a vague connection, experiencing a new level of pain. Do you think you can handle a friendship which separated from your previous relationship? This kind of friendship could be more toxic than the toxic relationship itself. You need to heal in the first place. Take a break. Clear your mind, accept that your relationship is over. Acceptance is a key. Cut off your connection with your ex, from every damn way. Until, the pain can no longer tear you up. Until it doesn't hurt anymore. Sometimes, to love is to let go. And it is healthier to let the "friendship" go as well. It hurts, but it will be okay. You will be okay. Thanks for reading 💟 Godbless ❤️❤️

Moving at the beginning, Moving on At the beginning, it will hurt. It will consume you. It will knock you down, tear you apart. The memories and pains follow you everywhere. You won't be able to stop thinking, what went wrong, why is this happening, why is this pain unstoppable. You wake up with puffy eyes and swollen nose, because last night you cried yourself to sleep. Your heart just won't stop aching, till the pain can be felt physically. It's just so unbearable, indescribable, at some point you just wish to stop your live. I've been there before. I thought I could never make it. I almost gave up. I guess I have died so many times. That's how love killed me once upon a time. However after a while, the hurt, hurts less. As time goes by, I kinda feel numb, maybe I'm getting used to it. I started to see reason, and understand, not all the things will work out they way we want them to be. Maybe it's just a phase of acceptance. But that's the sad truth. Heartbreak is inevitable. Especially from someone you love. The hardest part isn't goodbye, but to live without them. But you know what, it seems impossible in the beginning, until your mind got clearer. Until your heart finds its peace. That is where you realize, A chapter of your life is done. And you got to move on to your next chapter. But this time, you are stronger, wiser, and aware. Aware of how love can be so fragile and pure, yet has the power to break, shatter and destroy you. Moving on is not something to work on. You don't wake up in the morning thinking what can you do today to move on. As much as you think to yourself how to make it work, you won't be able to. Because it is actually, a learning process. A painful, yet meaningful. You learn that you can't have expectations. You can't expect someone to love and want you as much as you do. No matter how powerful your love is toward them, if they decides to leave you they will. But honestly you can't really blame them. I've read this a lot. "If you really love that person, you will want them to be happy. Even if their happiness is meant to be without you. You will respect that and let them go. Because you want them to be happy" A forced love, is not love. It is possession. Today, my heart no longer hurt over that person. No hate, no grudges. I'm thankful instead, for this meaningful lesson of life. It was hard, I swear. But it's over. And this is just, a long time ago. A story that I've deeply buried. And it didn't bothers anymore. Let it go. Let it hurt. Let it teach you. Let it build you. The pain won't go, but you'll be stronger. Wiser. Wise enough, as who you allow yourself to love. And yes, I let myself to fall in love again.

@Rakaus

Healing Healing Healing won't happen overnight. It takes time. It's a process. Things will get better, I promise. So take it slow and breathe. Repeat after me - This, shall pass. You don't have to resist your pain. You are allowed to cry. You are allowed to grieve. It's totally fine to surrender to your emotions. But never let them to take over you. Forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made. Stop beating yourself up. You've done your best and I'm proud of you. You're human, you make mistakes. Everyone does. Not everything has to work out the way you want them to be. Start over. If you fail today, start again tomorrow. Don't ever give up. Things will get better and I want you to believe in that. You are stronger than you think. Stop holding on to your past. You don't live there anymore. Time to do you. Be painfully you. Live the life that you want. Chase your dreams. Remember, only you can define your own value. Give yourself limitless love. You deserve it. Let go. Get rid of all negativity. Get rid of people who don't value your worth. It's their loss. Fuck them. This is not the end. It's just a beginning of a new chapter of your life. Keep writing your own story. The world has so much left for you to discover. There's still so much to see, to do and to learn. One day, you will wake up and your heart will no longer feel the pain. Though the wound is closed, leaving you with scars, it means the hurt is over and you've grew stronger.

I'm drowning but i won't give I'm sorry to everyone who had enough and have to give up now. Giving up wasn’t really in your genes but you don’t have the choice anymore but to let go… to untie… to unattached what was been attached with tears, sacrifices and pain for so long. You can breathe now. You are not drowning anymore. And I'm sorry to everyone who’s love wasn’t reciprocated. I want you to know that you are so brave for having to give all of your love to someone who don't even deserve it. To someone who’s love wasn’t made to be yours. To someone who’s heart wasn’t made to fit yours. It’s time to give up now. Sometimes, there are people we love that aren’t made to be ours and just because this someone doesn’t love you, it doesn’t mean you’ll never get the love that you deserve in the future. You will…someday. I'm sorry to everyone who suffers stress and sleepless nights because they aren’t happy anymore with their job. Who goes to work just because they have to. Not because of their choice but they have to pay bills every month, family or parents to support financially and to survive life everyday. You're so kind because being unselfish. For willing to put the needs of others instead of your own. Stay motivated even its hard. You have a lot of people behind your back who needs you. You are a hero for being selfless. I'm sorry to the people who pretends to be happy even deep down their hearts they were mending from something they always want to have, to feel, to see. They continued to share happiness and good vibes to everyone around them even though at the end of the day, they all crawl to their beds crying and feeling empty and alone. Thank you for being the light despite the aches you suffer inside, despite the depression you have. You still ignore it just to live day by day. Thank you because no matter how hard it is you still choose to smile and laugh everyday. And my condolences to everyone who needs to die little of their selves just to be alive. Thank you for being resilient and strong. Sometimes we needed to die or to sacrifice just to continue living our lives because we know that everything will be alright someday.

After breakup What to do after breakup. Disclaimer: There are few types of breakups. But the most popular cause is because one of the partner cheating. So yea we're discussing about the victim. If your relationship didn't work out because of more serious thing, this thread may and may not help. Depends. Let's start. First of all, let yourself be sad. Cry as much as you want. You need it. But remember, it's not the end of everything. Listen to sad songs. Cry yourself to sleep. But a trick is, your ex partner don't have to know. For the first few days, it's okay to mourn. It's completely fine. You're not crying and mourning because you're stupid. You've given your all. You just loved too much. So, it's okay. Take your time. However, don't do stupid things. In order to heal, don't add more pain. Don't hurt yourself in the process. You've hurt enough. No matter how much you want to, don't. Trust me, things will get better. This is not the end. Well, your ex is being happy with someone else. You don't deserve more pain. Okay? This is crucial, but a lot of people do this. You don't have to question anything anymore. You don't have to put all the blame on you. Stop questioning which part is not enough. You've done well. This is not your loss. Don't let your feelings fool you. Avoid screenshot your convos. Then and now yada yada. From this to that blabla. You can't stop people from talking. Some people understand, some people don't. Like I said before, you don't deserve more pain. There's no point showing the world how failed your relationship is. And when you feel slightly better, and gained a little strength, take a deep breathe. It's time to let go. It's time to move on. Slowly but surely. To move on, you need to start to take care of yourself. I'm talking about self love. Enough with mourning. Shed your tears. Look into the mirror. You look so messed up didn't you? Start with a proper shower. Wear beautiful clothes. Spray some mist. For girls, put some makeup on. For guys, style your hair. Feel good about yourself. Go somewhere. Show yourself to the world, this is new you. Pamper yourself. Eat good food. Buy new things. Whatever makes you happy. Take pictures. Yes, you deserve to be happy again. Do what makes you feel good about yourself. If you love singing, then sing your heart out. If you love dancing, dance. If you love drawing, what are you doing now? Get your sketchbook. Draw. The key is, your starting point. The moment you restart a new chapter of your life, no one can hurt you anymore. You're strong. You're beautiful. You worth so much more. So keep moving forward. You can do this.
