My Ways To Improve My Writing I already share my experienced here in Read Cash for almost a month (https://read.cash/@Quuqueen/read-cash-a-newbie-review-3452a952). For this article lets talk about the tips to be a good and effective writer. Me, myself wrote this not only for my own benefits but also for all of us, specially to my co-newbies. As i read tips about to have an effective writing. I will share it on how i understand it. 1. Practice your work - You can't do an useful thing until you do it wrong first — and that starts with practice. I suggest setting a time (even if it's just 10 minutes) to write on a regular basis. If you don't turn up, you can't get any better. Stick to the process, and you'll be astounded by the outcome. 2. Challenge yourself - Write concepts that concern you, but don't forget to engage in new material, too. The more you develop yourself, the more you smarten up. Or maybe you'll take up a regular writing assignment. The idea is never to underestimate the importance of learning. Throughout the day, I try to learn something new by reading and listening to gamespeech ( A website where in you're going to listen and type what you heard, you can develop your listening skills and learned new words.) 3. Be yourself - Don't pattern your writing with some other writer. And if you do, just use it as an inspiration, so you can make it your own. At the end of the day, what you want is to find your original writing identity. And, really, that's what the audience needs, too. 4. Don't rush things - Most of the potential writers begin in the wrong place. They start by attempting to write a novel. Don't do that, guys. Well, that's too high, and you want a large number of readers in just instant. So quick to fail. Start tiny, maybe with a blog or a diary that we like to do when we were young. Then write a few articles, like what we are doing here in Read cash. 5. Motivate yourself - If writing is your dream, take it seriously. Stick with it, even when the fire has died, which is likely to fade. Write every day, practice more. Patience is a virtue. I hope it can help you as it helps me guys. We are able to learn and in the middle of learning we tend to meet people that can give an impact to our lives.* Today, face to face classes are not suitable because of the pandemic so the classes are to be held thru virtual meetings. I will show to you the useful applications that we may use as a student and a professor for the online classes for this school year. These are the applications that students and professors may use for online classes this year: **WPS** The WPS Office is particularly well-suited for schools in which teachers and students use a range of devices. Teachers and students can use the WPS Office to create content and share it easily with the Cloud or shared spaces like Google Drive. Students can use WPS Office on their own mobile devices to build Microsoft Office files and present them to a class or share them with other students or their teachers on another form of computer.  Grammarly Grammarly is a writing tool that helps you check for a number of types of errors. It detects errors in grammar and punctuation. This also provides real-time information and guidance on how to correct these errors. It's also a robust spell check tool for keeping your writing error free. Grammarly identifies plagiarism by evaluating your writing to billions of websites across the web. It will also help you auto-edit your work and provides real-time insights into your readability score, sentence length, and so on. This really is great help in adapting your genre-specific writing style to a specific audience. MS Office Microsoft Office 365 helps teachers easily organize their materials, develop interactive lessons, and develop individual learning programs for students. Instructors and learners can easily access all the great training and tools available at all times. It is important as it connects schools to the digital society and allows the next generation not only to learn, but ultimately to transform society for the better. Telegram Telegram claims that it is the fastest messaging app on the market, connecting people across the globe through a unique, distributed network of data centers. You can access your messages from all of your devices at once. Start typing your phone and finish your message with your tablet or laptop.  You can send media and files without any limitations on their type and size. Your entire chat history will not require any disk space on your device, and will also be securely stored in the Telegram cloud for as soon as you need it. Canva Canva for Education is perfect for a teacher or lecturer who moves to remote work or online classes, as well as for those who want to enhance classroom creativity. The main advantage is that educators and all their students can have access to this app free of charge, with no time or offer limitations. With easy-to-use designs and a single sign-on for easy student access, Canva for Education is designed for everybody. Notebloc Notebloc is a hassle free scanner app that promotes unlimited use, developed by a notebook company in Barcelona. You can scan any type of notes, paper files, receipts, illustrations, sketches, photographs or images. By the use of the app’s batch scan feature to scan various documents at a time. You can start creating single or multi-page files and coordinate them in folders and subfolders. Google Docs In Google Docs you can create new documents or edit existing files, share documents and collaborate in the same document at the same time, work anywhere, anytime even you don’t have data or wifi connection. Google Meet Google meet secures connection and everyone can safely create and join in a high quality video meetings for groups up to 250 participants. Video meetings here in Google meet are encrypted for  safety measures. It easy convenient to anyone who are going to use Google meet, share a link and invite participants to join with one click from a web browser or in the app. Quizlet Quizlet can be used to practice and master what you’ve learn. You can create your own flashcards and study sets or you can choose and select from the created flashcards of other students there. You can get test-ready with it, share flashcards with your classmates, it can also use by the professors to make their flashcards for their students. It can be used to enhance your studying by custom images and audios. Kahoot! Kahoot is an entertaining app that can be used at home, work, and at school. Professors and students may use this app to make a quiz-based games. Teachers may searched in this app ready-to-play kahoot topics but they can also make their own based on their lessons. Merriam-Webster Merriam Webster is a well-known app as it is useful for everyone for English language reference, education, and for vocabulary building. The app also offers vocabulary quizzes that may help to enhance your vocabulary words. Google Drive Google Drive is a safe app to back up and access all your files from any device. You can have a quick access to your files even you are offline. Google accounts can get 15GB storage free from Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. Readera It is a book reader that allows as to read books for free, offline in PDF, EPUB, Microsoft Word(DOC, DOCX, RTF), Kindle(MOBI, AZW3), DJVU, FB2, TXT, ODT and CHM formats. Quick and easy access to reading settings, content tables, bookmarks, text highlights, quotes, notes, book history pages, and other eBook options. Use the page pointer or the progress line to navigate the book. Xodo Reader Xodo is an all-in-one PDF reader and an annotator / editor for PDF files. You can read, annotate, sign, and share PDFs with Xodo and fill in PDF forms, plus Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive sync. Taskade Taskade is an app to manage tasks, write notes, and video chat with your teams or groups, in one unified workspace. The easiest way to create team outlines, checklists, and work processes. Even if you're managing team projects or planning future milestones — it is indeed simple , fast, and fun to get work done with Taskade! It can be used by individuals or teams, at home or at work (or anywhere!). Automatic syncing means that your data is always up to date on every device. Photomath Not all of us are good in math so I am presenting to an app that can help us all. Photomath can be used without data or wifi connections. It has word problem explanations, free to use, step-by-step explanations for every solution, multi-functional scientific calculator, and interactive graphs. Google Keep Google keep is a useful app where you can keep notes and on the go memos. You can also make lists for yourself, and share it with friends or family. It is very useful for students to listen to their professors while taking notes by using this application. Color and add labels to code notes to quickly organize and get on with your life. If you need to find something you saved, a simple search will turn it up. Zoom Zoom used for video conferencing, group video calls , and group messaging in one easy use app. Some of our professors required us to use this app as it is easier for them to use. Google Classroom For colleges, non-profits, and anyone with a personal Google account, Classroom is a free service. Classroom makes it easy to communicate inside and outside of schools for learners and teachers. Classroom saves time and paper and makes it easier for classes to be developed, assignments to be distributed, shared and coordinated. MS Team Microsoft Teams is the teamwork hub that integrates all a team needs: chat and threaded discussions, meetings & video conferencing, calling, content sharing using the power of Microsoft 365 applications, and the ability to develop and incorporate applications and workflows that the company relies on. - I hope it can help you guys, us it helps me a lot in doing my task as a student. Expanded Marketing Mix Service Marketing is a marketing sub-sector that includes the marketing of both goods and services. The sale of products involves consumer goods and durables. Service marketing applies to both corporate and customer services (B2C) and business services (B2B). The Service Marketing Mix is also known as an expanded marketing mix and is an integral part of the service design blueprint. The service marketing mix consists of 7 P's compared to 4 P's of the product marketing mix. Simply put, the service marketing mix assumes the service as a commodity itself. However, it adds 3 more P which are needed for optimum service delivery. The Extended Service Marketing Mix sets 3 additional P's, including People, Process and Physical Evidence. Both of these considerations are important to ensure optimal service delivery. Product Miscellaneous commodity in service marketing is of an intangible type. As with physical items such as t-shirts and shorts, service products can not be measured. At the same time, the goods of the service are heterogeneous, perishable and can not be owned. As a consequence, the service product must be carefully crafted. Place Place to decide where the service product is to be placed in the case of utilities. Thinking about where you can match the company you're going to create or have. For example, if you have a school supplies company, it should be in the vicinity of school establishments or households. Promotion Promotions have become a key element in the marketing mix of services. Services are easy to duplicate and are therefore generally a brand that sets a service apart from its counterpart. Pricing Pricing services is more difficult than pricing a goods because in Services, businesses are taking considerations in labor costs, material costs, and overhead costs. People People are one of the components of a service marketing mix. People are describing a service. People may make or break a company in the case of service marketing. As a result, many businesses are now engaged in specially educating their staff in interpersonal skills and customer service with a emphasis on customer satisfaction. Process The service process is the way the service is provided to the end user. Take the example of two popular online companies in the Philippines, Lazada and Shoppee. Both businesses rely on their swift service, and the reason they can do that is their confidence in their processes. Moreover, the demand for these services is such that they must perform optimally without loss of quality. The method of a service provider in supplying its product is therefore of the utmost importance. Physical Evidence The last element of the service marketing mix is a very essential component. As has already been said, facilities are of a concrete sort. However, concrete aspects are often included with the service in order to create a better customer experience. For example, a restaurant with a nice and relaxing atmosphere, chairs , tables and good food. This is physical evidence. Physical proof is used many times as a differentiator in the selling of services.

Dancing is more than just a dance... Each person in this planet has a hobby that they like to enjoy and spend their free time. Dance is a series of movements to music, you can dance alone or with a partner. That's the definition of dancing. Dancing is a way to express one's feeling and become active. Dance has been a part of human history since the very earliest records of human life. Several people throughout the world see life as a dance. From the movements of the sky as well as from the seasons to the unique movement of every creature. *Dance is more than just a sport, or a hobby, it is a passion.* Dance is something you are working hard on, something you're freeing your time and effort to blend to a music. I was a child when I started dancing, performing in every program we had in our Sitio. I'm not a great dancer but hearing that I am a good one from other people is such an honor. My other performances are when there is a competition in our school, from elementary, high school, senior high school, up until now I'm in college. I experience to join in different dance contests and performance inside and outside the school such as, Interpretative Dances, Hip Hop Competitions, Cheer dance, Street Dance, Zombie Mob, Christmas Dance Special. I also experience to perform for a company together with my group in our university(PUP QC). Dancing is not always about winning, it's more on gaining lesson and experiences with great dancers who are also a great people and great friends.

Coconut as a Tree of Life Coconut According to New World Encyclopedia, the coconut palm is a palm tree plant, Cocos nucifera, which grows to about 30 meters tall and is widely cultivated in tropical climates. It is one of approximately 2,600 species in the palm family of Arecaceae and is the only existing species in the genus of Cocos. The word coconut refers to the fruit of the coconut palm, which contains of a fibrous husk (mesocarp) containing a large seed or an inner stone. The term coconut can also be used to refer to the whole of the large seed covered with hard, green, fibrous endocarp or to the edible, commercially important, white and fleshy part of the seed (coconut "meat" or endosperm) which, in turn, surrounds the hollow, fluid-filled, central cavity. The Fruit Botanically, coconut is a simple dry nut called a fibrous drupe. The husk, or mesocarp, is made up of fibers called coir, and there is an inner stone. The hard endocarp of the stone, the outside of the coconut as sold in shops in non-tropical countries, has three germination pores (or stoma) that are clearly visible on the outside surface when the husk is removed. It is from one of these, as the embryo germinates, that the radicle emerges. The testa, with a thick albuminous endosperm (the coconut "meat"), the white and fleshy nutritious part of the seed, is attached to the inner wall of the endocarp. Once the coconut is still green, the inside of endosperm is thin and tender, sometimes eaten as a snack. But the main reason for the nut to be picked at this point is to drink its water; the big nut contains up to one liter. The meat in young coconut is thinner and more like gelatin than mature coconut, so much so that it is often referred to as coconut jelly. Whenever the nut matures as well as the outer husk turns brown, several months later, this will fall from the palm of its own accord. At this same time, the endosperm had thickened and hardened, while the coconut water had become somewhat bitter. Benefits of Coconut 1. It's full of Nutrition Unlike other fruits that are high in carbs, most coconuts provide fat. It also contain protein, a number of essential minerals and small amounts of B vitamins. However, they are not a major source of any other vitamins. The minerals found in coconut are involved in many functions in your body. Coconuts are particularly high in manganese, which is important for bone health and for the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and cholesterol. They are also rich in copper and iron, which help to form red blood cells, as well as selenium, an essential antioxidant that protects your cells. 2. Can Help our Hearts to be Healthy Study found that people who frequently eat coconut meat have lower rates of heart disease. On the other hand this people are known to not eating much processed foods. Consuming virgin coconut oil obtained from dried coconut meat could reduce the fat content of the stomach. This is particularly advantageous because excess abdominal fat raises the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Eating coconut can improve cholesterol levels and help reduce stomach fat, which is a major risk factor for heart. 3. Promotes Blood Sugar Control The insoluble fiber of coconut meat could also help slow digestion and increased insulin resistance, which could also help to regulate blood sugar levels. Coconut is low in carbs and high in amino acids, healthy fats and fiber, making it a perfect alternative for managing blood sugar. 4. Contains Antioxidants Coconut foods contain phenolic compounds which are antioxidants that can help protect cells from oxidative harm. The key phenolic compounds described shall include: *gallic acid *caffeic acid *salicylic acid *p-coumaric acid Coconut meat laboratory studies have shown that it has antioxidant and free-radical-scavenging activity. 5. Perfect for Diet Flaked or shaved, coconut adds a good flavor to the delicious dishes. Its meaty texture and taste work well with curries, fish stews, rice dishes, Ginataan (Filipino Dish), salads or even breaded shrimp. Coconut flour is used in the baking process as a replacement for wheat flour. It's gluten-free, nut-free, and a common alternative for anyone who counts carbs. Since it is grain-free, flour also is suitable for those on the paleo diet, which does not allow for grain items such as standard wheat flour. All in all, coconut is a high-fat fruit with a wide variety of health benefits. This include supplying you with antioxidant disease control, encouraging blood sugar regulation, and reducing some risk factors for heart disease. After all, coconut is very high in fat and calories, so monitor your portion size if you're trying to lose weight or have to adopt a low-fat diet. Whether you eat it raw, dried or flour, coconut meat is tasty and easy to add to both sweet and savory dishes.

Consumer Buying Roles As a consumer we should know what our wants and needs in order to fulfill our satisfactions. Today, I will share to in this article my leanings as a Marketing Management Student about the **"Consumer Buying Roles."** Buying roles refer to the activities that one or more person(s) might perform in a buying decision. **Five(5) buying roles can be distinguished:** **1. INITIATOR** * The initiator is someone who first suggests or thinks of the idea of buying a particular product or service. Informations may be gathered by this consumer to help the decision. **2. INFLUENCER** * Influencer is someone whose views or advice influences the buying decision. Influencers are the people who attempts to persuade others in the group concerning the outcome of the decision. **3. DECIDER** * Decider is someone who ultimately makes a buying decision or any part of it. They were the people who have the financial authority to have the choice on what to buy, where to buy, why to buy, and how to buy. **4. BUYER** * Buyer is someone who makes an actual purchase. These consumers are the person's who conducts the transactions. Who makes the calls, visits the stores, makes the payments and the effects of delivery. **5. USERS** * Lastly, the users, they're the people who consumes or uses a product or the service. They can also be called as the "end-users." These are the Five(5) Consumer Buying Roles. España y Filipinas by Juan Luna Painting is the process of adding paint, pigment, dye or other medium to a solid surface (on a paper, wall, canvas, woods, etc). The medium is usually applied to the base with a brush, although other materials, such as sponges and airbrushes, are may be used. Painters may express themselves through painting or other form of arts. It may be about their feelings, the environment, events in life, and more. España y Filipinas by Juan Luna "España y Filipinas" was part of our lesson, when I was in High School in our subject 'Araling Panlipunan'. It was well-explained by our teacher that's why it remained in my memory. This painting was made by a Filipino Painter, ilustrado, propagandist, and our Hero, Juan Luna. España y Filipinas, meaning "Spain and the Philippines". It was made in 1886, an oil on wood by Juan Luna. The painting was also known as España Guiando a Filipinas ("Spain Leading the Philippines"). It is known to be one of the "permanent pieces of heritage", inherited by the Filipinos from Luna. The painting is a centerpiece of artwork in the Luna Hall of the Lopez Memorial Museum. The painting represents the era of the colonization of the Spanish in the Philippines. The woman on the left represents the Motherland of Spain, with it's white complexion and wide strong shoulders, while the woman that carried by, is representing the "Filipinos" with the complexion that Filipinos known because of our unique skin color. Both of them are wearing a cultural dresses way back in the Spanish era here in the Philippines. The women have their backs towards a new direction. The Sun symbolizes "hope" or "new beginning". The woman on left side pointing on the direction of the sun, like it's saying that "there's always a new beginning". The Staircase symbolizes the progress, that in every step we make, we are leading it to success. The painting shows that the Spain was leading the Philippines along the path to progress and development. It is further identified as a painting that shows the colonized country with it's former colonizer in one picture, that somehow the master carrying it's servant to new beginning.

Use your mouth wisely When talking to someone, how do you present your self through the way you speak? ***Words are powerful, it can give advice, inspirations, motivations and other good things. On the other hand, it can also cause pain, heartbreak, hatred and sadness.*** Remind yourself when and where will you use you mouth to open and give your opinion. Learn to shut up when your not part of an argument. Stop telling anyone about others story, if it doesn't concerns you. Stop using your mouth for bullying, there's nothing to be proud about it. Stop spreading false news, it's doesn't help the society. STOP. VERBAL. ABUSE! Who wouldn't agree if I say that we all experienced this kind of humiliation? Who wouldn't agree if I say that we also humiliated someone? We are all a victim and a suspect about this issue.

Read Cash: A newbie review When the lockdown and ECQ started about months ago. All I can do to enjoy my quarantine days are: Watching TV Wattpad Social Media Work out Dancing But as the days passed by, I started to lessen my time in watching TV, scrolling through my social media accounts, and I even stop my work out routines, even the dancing because I thought, is this all I can do? So I started to think where I can earn and have money because as a student, I don't have some and the money that I saved before the school ends are gone haha. That's why I am introduced to some online earning and apps, but an honest review about? Some of them are not working as it is and the recent app that I'm using which is "Millieu" is working but I'm not still have my pay out because they can only released surveys is 2-3 times a week and I don't even do referrals. *So, why I am here? How can I found Read Cash?* It's because of my friend @Shoycc, big thanks to you sis for pursuing me to join here because like what you said? It's good. Let me tell you what are my experienced here in Read Cash for 3 weeks. I really started to post my first ever article here when I was 2 weeks old here because in my first week, I only logged in my account. In my second week I published my first article: https://read.cash/@Quuqueen/who-do-you-wake-up-for-2d4ca989 On my 2nd week I'm happy and innocent that I am contented for having a low points because it doesn't matter to me. The most important to me here is, *"Do the other users here appreciate and like my work?".* So my earnings here for that week is 20 pesos. In my recent week(3rd week), I experienced to have a very low points for 3 consecutive days. I even have 0.0 points. I'm sad, but I keep on supporting other writers by liking, subscribing, and commenting in their works. I also didn't stop in making articles that may help and inspire other users. On the other hand, blessings are started to pouring, it's true that after a storm there's a rainbow. I started to have a high points and good earnings but that blessing is only for a short period of time. Now, after I received my payment(1.15$) for yesterday's work here in RC my points is still 0.0 points. I think it's because of the new rule where in you can't have points if a power user doesn't upvote your work. I hope Read Cash can improve the system so that we, the newbies can easily adjust. Overall, I'm still happy that I found Read Cash. Somehow, I discovered that I can also be a writer, not as good as other but, I can do good work. Read Cash can really be a big help specially to the aspiring writers. You can free your thoughts and share your knowledge here.
