World Kindness Day 14/11/21 World kindness day is celebrated on the 13th of November. It is the day when we celebrate kindness and love for one another. No matter who we are, where we come from or how much we have, we can still make our world a better place. We can make a difference in someone else’s life by simply showing random acts of kindness and love towards them. **This article was meant to be posted yesterday but I was tired and slept very early.** It does not take much, all it takes is some thoughtfulness and thought put into your actions and your surroundings and community and the people living in it. It does not matter if you are a stranger to each other, show kindness to everyone you see. Show kindness to people you know and love, show kindness to strangers and everyone in between. Even more so than on any other day, today is the day to be extra kind. Today is the day to show someone that they matter and that they are important. You can show love to people every day. Go and show love today. The number of people killed due to negative situations has been on the rise. Today let's all come together and show love to someone who needs it. It involves looking at the actions of others and not judging harshly but rather thinking of how our actions may have hurt others. Hello everyone, I was in a big dilemma all through yesterday. I formatted my phone and when I tried to log in to readcash, I realised that it also cleared from my phone memory. Finally adopted a Platform(SDG) 11/11/21 Today was very memorable because I and my partner went to a school to educate the junior school students about Sustainable Developmental Goals(SDG). I decided to adopt a platform after a long while in service. I woke up very early this morning because I was very excited about today. The first thing I did after I woke up is I called my partner and we agreed to meet at my place so that we can both go together to the school. The day started with us getting there earlier than the time they requested us to come. We were there 30minutes before the session, we had to sit under a tree since it was still early and the students were still on break. I took some shots while waiting under the tree. Immediately after the break was over, the vice principal led us to the first class. I spoke with them about the goals of SDG's, eradicating poverty on the planet, protecting the people and promoting peace. One thing that shocked me was the population of the class was over 100, it wasn't so easy for me to get them to listen to me, I can imagine how their teachers cope with such a large class. As you can see in the above picture some of them were busy having a meeting at the back of the class while I was being introduced. I was so excited to see the students and even though we had a bit of trouble communicating with them at first, we managed to reach an understanding and we were able to reach a lot of students. Another surprising thing was the eagerness of the students to learn, to the extent that many sat on the window while some even sat on the floor out of readiness to learn. Finally, about today, there's this particular girl we met named Gift, she is so beautiful for her age, she has the power of changing the world. We met her through one of our friends who referred us to this particular school. They told us that there is one girl, in particular, they requested for us to meet because of her life story. **Gift was so adorable and we just felt like we had to do something about it and we did. Gift was a girl who has been orphaned since she was born and lived with her uncle up until now. She had so many dreams and even though she had so many dreams she never let them get the best of her.** There were so many challenges she faced but yet she had so much faith in herself and she had such a great sense of humour that we could spend hours with her. **The most obvious thing to ask about her life would be her past, but she replied that she doesn't remember much or neither has she ever seen a picture of her biological parents.** The only thing she can remember vividly was the day her father died and how he begged his family to take care of his daughter. She was such a bright student in her class, so much so that one of her teachers advised her to pursue higher education even though they both knew it would be futile as they live in a remote community where there are no universities nearby and they can't even imagine how she would go about it. **Next week is another time and I can't wait to go there again next week to continue from where we stopped.** **N.B: All** images were taken by me with my phone.

What I Ordered Vs What I Got 8/11/21 On Saturday on the Nigerian BCH forum, I noticed that the group was silent and decided to start a conversation. Before that time, I was going through my Instagram when I saw a clip. See it below👇 Immediately after I took the screenshot of the post I sent it to the group. After which I got various reactions, @Gaftekloriginal @Jumper-01 Some ladies prefer going for the handsome and less financially stable guy Some said they would go for the ugly looking guy and make him handsome with his money. The last set of people said they would go for the ugly one and his money, then later cheat on him with the handsome dude. Some said it's wrong for ladies to choose money/handsomeness, they should love the man for who he is. It was an intense discussion that made me remember the story of my friend. I found out some things about him while we were chatting... He is an internet entrepreneur He had some businesses, he has a car and some properties He lives in another city He gave me his number, which I found strange because he says he has no phone, that his phone just got spoiled and he hasn't gotten a new one. The strange thing, that I didn't take note of was the fact that when I looked up his email address, it was connected with another email address saying "Bachad Reach", I asked the guy if this was the name of his business but he told me it was a charity organisation... *Special thanks to my wonderful sponsors, I'm open to more sponsorship.* He told me he would be having his birthday party celebration on a weekend and invited me. He said it was an all-white party, I decided to go with one of my friends(Toyin) Toyin who came to the party to see my cute Facebook guy was carrying a black bag that her boyfriend had given her. On getting to the party, my cute Facebook guy turned out to be tout-looking, he had lots of piercing around his ears and a very big matchet scar on his face. (I was even scared of his sight) Immediately I saw him I knew this was **not** what I had **bargained** for. I immediately told Toyin under my breath that I was going to leave before the party ends. I do not know what happened or how it happened, but during the party, the bag Toyin carried was left unattended and **I discovered at the end of the party that it was missing.** Unbeknownst to me, my Cute Facebook guy but tout looking guy in real life allegedly picked the bag up and left with it. The bag contained some documents and money collected by our group members. The money was meant to pay for Toyin's school fees, clothes, food and our transport fare. **I tried calling his number immediately, but it was switched off. I went online, only to realise he has blocked me from all his accounts.** Hours after the party, we were still on the road, because we had to trek a long distance before we got to the road, we begged people on the road for money to pay our transport fare back to school. When we arrived in the school hostel the next morning tired and very dirty, one of my hostel mates asked if I had come back with anything useful from my night away. I told her about my problem and she told me not to think too much about it, as she replied. "You didn't get what you ordered for" I said "Yes" Since then, no matter how handsome anyone I meet online is, I made it a point of duty not to visit them. Can you please be CLEAN?🤣🤣 **5/11/21** Can you please be CLEAN?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm sure you all would be wondering if I'm trying to give an admonition or a sermon on neatness. But that is not the case, read on!!! Whenever you feel like speaking negatively against yourself or even anyone around you, go against that feeling, it kills. ****Let's read through a true-life story.**** **When Doyin was a young girl, she can't deny the days when her mum was deeply tired and frustrated. There are days her mum almost broke down in tears.** Times her mum felt like just sending her away from home but because she can't send her out, she would rather let her be and go for a walk to regain her sanity. No, Doyin wasn't that bad, but parenting a child with a full slate from the street and a dysfunctional home takes a lot of fortitude to wipe off and rewrite on her slate. **One of their major tussle points is Doyin's uncleanliness.** Her mum taught her how to keep tidy and clean up herself even to the brushing of teeth, to keep the kitchen sink clean and dry, in other to avoid choking the sink with food particles by providing a colander, empty trash can instead of piling up the dirt etc. The uncleanliness got her mum frustrated to the point that she would rebuke her and say: ***You're so dirty*🤦‍♀️** This has continued for a while. Of course over the years Doyin has improved in almost all areas except cleanliness at least to the point that these changes could be noticed. Recently, they had an episode about keeping dirty clothes with the new ones which made her mother beat her. **She yelled *You're so dirty*** Even the explanation she gave for keeping wet cloth inside dry ones left the onlookers jaws open. 😆🤣😂😹😆🤣😂😹😆🤣😂 She apologised and promised to change as always. Sometime last week, her mother started to think about this issue and ways to drive this lesson into her daughter deeply. She didn't get a straight answer but her mind went on a journey to all the things Doyin has been doing in the house and getting correctly, all the virtues and values that have been ingrained in her which are so evident in her life. She thought within her that if she keep focusing on her progress and rejoice, both of them will gladly walk through Doyin's uncleanliness issue and breakthrough. ****Change the strategy. How?**** **I wondered on, *She is just what you have been calling her*🙆‍♀️** **The statement *You're dirty* has to change.** It is not a good speech for correction. It is a decree. You're calling forth what you want to see. 😭😭 Change the words you pronounce on yourself or people around you and you will see the change. Doyin's mum was sober. She started using a new approach, and instead of saying, "You are Dirty" She says, Please I do not want to use this adjective anymore. Can you please be CLEAN?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 **When you keep saying things like:** ***You're the most untidy person I have ever seen*** ***You're the worst in cooking*** ***You're terrible with organisation*** ***You don't ever change after all my complaints...*** ***You don't ever listen to me....*** ***I am tired of us coming to this point...*** ***You don't ever call until I ring you* etc.** You get hurt the more. **Saying things with a tone of criticism will not produce great results I tell you but the correction in love will.** **The result you will keep getting from criticism and contempt is a revolt from them. This is not because they chose to revolt, your words have attacked their personality. Correct the attitude not attack their person.** **Let your word be seasoned with grace.** **Everybody responds to appreciation and honour.** Try to make changes. *****N.B: The story is a true-life story, but written in my own words.*****

A new Beginning **4/11/21** Hello readcashers, here's my first article with this account @QueenRaay. I tried my best not to open a new account after rusty stopped visiting my account 2 months ago. But was inspired to open a new one by my friend @OfficialGamboaLikeUs who is also experiencing the same issue and has just opened a new account with the user name @GyraG. Thanks to my old friends, who are always there for me. My neighbours, the Mr and Mrs Monday's voices could be heard by the whole neighbourhood. Their 19 years old daughter was being beaten by her parents and that drew the attention of the whole neighbourhood and me inclusive. We all wondered what the matter was, why they were gang beating her before her father spake up. "Mary, I am asking you for the last time, who impregnated you, how did you get pregnant"? Mr Monday asked Mary in a rage!" You better answer your papa before for I rub-dry pepper on your whole body" Mrs Monday said angrily to the crying Mary. "Mama, I don't know how it happened, it was just a kiss and a single touch, I don't know how I lost control and gave in" "It only happened once and he didn't go inside that much, I am sorry mama, papa... Please.. .... " She was given a resounding slap by her mother and her father rushed in and came outside with a belt ready to strike. "Papa! papa! papa! I am sorry, please don't hurt me again my body is weak, it was a mistake. I won't do it again. Please forgive me!!!" "Mary was shouting and pleading for mercy from her parents to stop beating her.." I am giving you the last chance to tell me who is responsible for that thing in your stomach"? Speak before I strangle you to death" her father screamed at her. I quickly rushed to the scene when Mr Monday was getting ready to strike her with the belt for the third time and held his hand. **"Leave my hand let me kill this useless child before she kills my name".** "Sir, this is not how to solve the problem, calm down and be gentle on her remember she is carrying a life inside her I said pitifully and sadly. "No, both her and that child must die today, I sent her to school and this is how she chooses to repay me". He said before shouting in a lamentable voice while his wife was crying in great disappointment. I felt pity for this family!"After about 5 minutes he was able to calm down and we all went inside together with the weak Mary who was in deep regret of her action. **Mary explained how it all started and I paraphrase:** "I told Uncle Mark that I am not ready to lose my virginity until he marries me and I was very happy when he accepted joyfully saying he loves me like that and he is willing to marry me before having sex with me, so I joyfully accepted his proposal". "We concluded that sex doesn't include kissing, smooches and touching so we could do those and that's what we have been doing. We only kiss and touch but avoid sex because we are waiting until our wedding night but something happened about four months ago and......" **Mary burst into tears as she narrates what happened.** "As I and uncle Mark were romancing - just kissing and touching as usually, I didn't know what happened at all, the act was not up 5mins so I didn't take it seriously. I thought I was still a virgin." **Mary said as she weep terribly, her mother was crying along with her.** "Ah, you have finished us ooo, we sent you to school but you went for romance now have you seen the result" mama Mary lamented, so this is how you repay us for all our suffering"? "Ah, who did I offend, the child I have been suffering to give her a better future, what a pity" Mr Monday said shaking his head in sorrow! I pleaded with them to stop beating Mary and they agreed. **A few days later Mark was called to their home and was told about the pregnancy but he denied it that he only kissed and romanced with her but never released in her, so the child is not his.** Mary pleaded with him to accept the pregnancy because it was only him she romanced with but he never did. **Mary was not only left with pregnancy but was left with a broken heart.** Mark left and continued living a normal life while Mary's life never remained the same again, the shame and sorrow she brought to her family made her parents mockery to those who knew them. Let your "NO" be "NO" if you know you are not ready for sex, don't forget to include no touching, kissing, hugging, fingering, and all related to it, avoiding a story that touch! The aim of this article is not to criticise anyone but just my point of view as regards the issue that I witnessed.
