I have been once in this provincial municipality just a few weeks ago. I can't help myself but to be amazed with the grandeur of those pillars and the exterior design of the building. The building design looks dated and I never got the chance to verify the past history of it when I was in there, for sometimes, what is in front of us is more important to us, than what was behind it. But, if there's one important thing about spending time on looking back, is that, we will be able to see, to know, how far does one thing have come and become.
