Pancakes can be used for a variety of dishes Pancake lovers are quickly satisfied: a spoonful of jam and we do not mind. But how does someone who doesn't appreciate what comes in handy prepare them - so that he is satisfied? Rice pancakes like noodles in mushroom sauce We cut pancakes into soups, but why not replace pasta with them? Believe me, a divine dish is created that doesn’t take much time to prepare. Baked Mexican style We usually fill tortillas in Mexican style, but if we don't have these on hand, this is a handy idea, maybe even tastier and juicier. Gratinated with stewed apples and cottage cheese Are you without energy, discouraged? This will invigorate you! BON APETTIT! Thank you for reading my article. @Purebeauty

Technology makes history for us On Mars, man is writing history again. Rover Perseverance will look for traces of past life, as well as interesting rock patterns, and ‘store’ them in a pile that the next mission in 2025 is expected to bring to Earth. In this way, we will be able to analyze samples of rocks from Mars in laboratories on Earth, which, as experts predict, will be a remarkable achievement of science. Rover is already sending the first photos from the Red Planet: “Are they volcanic or sedimentary rocks? What stories do they tell us. Seven minutes of horror, as the US space agency Nasa called the landing maneuver of the rover Perseverance (Perseverance) on Mars, turned into long hours of joy. The landing in the crater, named Jezero after a place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was flawless according to the information known so far, and the rover was undamaged. ***Rover Perseverance has successfully passed a nearly seven-month journey from Earth to the Red Planet. It is the fifth, most sophisticated NASA rover, which will search for traces of life on Mars, and at the same time will pave the way so that man may also step on it in the future.*** The 1040-kilogram vehicle, which was thoroughly cleaned before its journey into space, will look for possible signs of life on the Red Planet and study its atmosphere and geology. The fifth and most technologically advanced NASA rover on Mars has been assembled in NASA's laboratory in California, and its mission is expected to last two years. It is equipped with more than 20 cameras and a number of scientific instruments for measuring geology and collecting samples that NASA wants to return to Earth someday. The rover is as big as a small passenger car, has a robotic arm with a range of about two meters, equipped with a camera, a drill bit for drilling into Mars and a small chemical laboratory. Rover Perseverance is only a few inches larger than NASA's previous rover on Mars Curiosity, but it weighs about a hundred kilograms and, unlike other rovers, has microphones that will transmit sounds from Mars to Earth for the first time ever. After Mars or the crater Jezero, which is supposed to be the remnant of a former river delta, will move to nuclear power and look for signs of life that scientists estimate could have flourished on Mars some three or four billion years ago. However, the rover also brought a mini helicopter with it, and if it is successful, it will be the first time that something will fly on another planet. Named Ingenuity, it was attached to the rover's chassis and weighed only 1.8 kilograms, so the achievement is that it can fly. Whether it will also fly successfully to Mars will be known in a few days. Rover Landing Perseverance is already the third visit to Mars from Earth in the last week. Two probes from the United Arab Emirates and China arrived in orbit last week. The Chinese vessel also has a smaller rover that will also look for signs of life if it makes a successful landing on Mars in May or June. NASA has very ambitious plans with the perseverance rover, as it wants to transfer the once collected samples from Mars to Earth in cooperation with the European Space Agency (ESA). Rover Mission Perseverance is estimated at three billion dollars. Thank you for reading my article. @Purebeauty

Colloidal gold Gold has always meant a lot to man. Its exterior is reminiscent of light and sun, so we feel it as a source of solar energy that it brings to us. Otherwise, the gold is odorless and has a mild taste. They say that gold is like an elixir that prolongs life and slows down aging. Gold atoms have a strong energy, similar to the energy of the human body, into which they put energy into every cell. Pure colloidal gold thus activates and improves the cellular energy of fibers, bones, skin and mucous membranes and improves the vitality of the entire human body. This is possible due to the size of the nanoparticles in colloidal gold, which is 2 to 100 nanometers. **Colloidal gold** saturates cells with oxygen, nutrients and has properties that stimulate life and strengthen the immune system, cardiovascular and nervous systems, balance the pulse, regulate body temperature, improve memory and promote mental activity. ***What are the benefits of colloidal gold?*** provides a general feeling of well-being and improves energy levels, the body is physically relaxed and its vitality increased, strengthens the body and improves its natural defenses against disease, relieves pain improves the ability of the brain, memory, promotes mental activity and cognitive functions, relaxes the body, helps with stress, headaches, migraines, reduce sensitivity to weathering, improves glandular function, strengthens the immune and nervous system, regulates pulse and body temperature, helps with bruises, swelling after a stroke and allergic reactions after an insect bite, as well as in anxiety and depressive disorders. ***Use of colloidal gold:*** The contents of the bottle should be shaken well before each use. Curtains as a decorative accessory Curtains are considered to be one of the more popular decorative accessories, with the help of which it is possible to change the look of a room in an instant. How to deal with the installation of cornices, the choice of material, the method of folding and why professional help is so welcome? ***The function of the space dictates the choice of fabric for curtains*** Curtains are a decorative element that can completely change the look of a room in an instant when changing, so we can afford more daring when choosing colors and prints. Curtain fabric as a material must primarily meet the needs and way of living in the room - in bedrooms, for example, heavier blackout curtains that do not let in light are welcome. In living rooms and kitchens, translucent curtains are popular, which protect from prying eyes, while not obstructing the access of light into the room. ***Eaves and guides determine the position of the curtains*** When buying curtains, we also consider placing them next to the window. Curtains that extend all the way from the ceiling to the floor visually enhance the space; therefore, short curtains that reach only to the bottom edge of the window are not the most welcome. Eaves and guides should be placed as high as possible under the ceiling, and in addition should extend on each side at least 30 cm over the window - such an arrangement allows you to pull the curtains against the window when they are not covered. Eaves and guides exist in various designs - tubular, grooved, one or more rails, modern minimalist or antique decorated. We choose such a model that goes well with both the material of the curtains and the equipment of the room. ***Different designs of folding curtains*** Curtains also differ from each other in the way they fold the fabric. Dramatically draped curtains with their wavy lines seemingly soften the space and add softness to it, while smooth panel curtains are a more suitable choice for clean minimalist spaces. Finished curtains usually have pre-made evenly spaced rings that allow for easy creasing of the material. Custom-made curtains allow more freedom in the implementation of ways of folding curtains with the help of complicated curtain tapes. ***Professional measurement, sewing and assembly save worries*** Due to the wide range of materials on the market and the exceptional delicacy of measuring, sewing and assembling curtains, the process of purchasing curtains is considered to be quite time-consuming; professional help is very welcome! Already the sales staff in the salon, with their experience and knowledge of materials, is an inexhaustible source of information that helps us choose the perfect material. The following is a drawing of the curtains, adapted for each individual room; calculation of required quantities of materials; measurement at home, sewing and finally the assembly itself. Professional service ensures as little stress as possible and so much more joy when looking at the end result! Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article! @Purebeauty

LCHF American donuts Did you think you couldn’t eat donuts on the LCHF diet? Think again! Do you sit on the toilet and read a newspaper? Don't do this! ***Do men in the toilet really do a lot of urination for a long time? There is a general belief that men perform a great need longer than women. Is that true? And if so, is there any explanation for this? Can it be harmful for some people to sit on the toilet for a long time?*** In explaining, we must not forget that the performance of a great need is connected both with the process of excretion itself and with the time we spend on the toilet bowl as a result. And it seems that there are quite a few differences between men and women when it comes to visiting the toilet. But the evidence for the existence of these differences is not always solid. Men seem to sit on the toilet longer than women. An online survey conducted by a bathroom equipment store suggests that **men spend up to 14 minutes** a day on the toilet and **women eight.** But the results of this survey cannot be compared with the results of a well-designed scientific study. ***Is there perhaps some physiological reason to explain why men sit on the toilet for longer?*** The evidence actually suggests just the opposite. It is known that food travels through the digestive tract in women for longer than in men. Women are also more likely than men to experience constipation problems associated with irritable bowel syndrome. We would therefore expect the process of defecation in women to take longer. However, this is not true even if we take into account the differences in the amount of fiber consumed by women and men. In fact, how long someone performs a large bowel movement is strongly influenced by the mucus secreted by the lining of the colon. This mucus lubricates the stools and facilitates their passage through the anal canal. But there is no evidence that this mucus is different in men and women. ***Mice, elephants and hum*** Interestingly, the excretion time in all mammals - from elephants to mice - is similar and is about twelve seconds. People take a lot of need a little longer, but we still do it quickly. One study found that healthy adults had a high need to sit in an average of two minutes and squats in just 51 seconds. Scientists did not notice any differences between men and women in terms of the duration of excretion, even when they performed a large need to sit or squat. So if there is no evidence to explain why there are such differences in the duration of excretion between members of both sexes, then what could be the reason for this? ***Why do some people sit on the toilet for so long?*** By "toilet sitting time" we mean the duration of the bowel movement itself and also the time we spend on other activities while sitting on the toilet. Most people actually spend most of the time they spend on the toilet doing a lot of urination. What do they do while sitting on the toilet? Most read them. And men seem to read on the toilet more often than women. ***Some time just for myself*** A study involving nearly 500 adult Israelis found that nearly 64 percent of men and 41 percent of women read on the toilet regularly. The longer people spend in the toilet, the more likely they are to read there as well. But more than a decade after this study was conducted, one would expect people to read e-books on tablets or play games on their mobile phones while sitting on the toilet instead of the classic books. People may also sit in the toilet longer because they escape everyday stress there. As many as 56 percent of participants in a survey admitted that sitting on the toilet relaxes them, while 39 percent said it was a great opportunity to take some time just for themselves. Another online survey revealed that one in six people go to the toilet because only there does it find a bit of “peace and quiet”. Such research, although not a scientific study, offers a good insight into this social phenomenon. However, there are also health reasons for prolonged bowel movements and consequently for prolonged sitting on the toilet bowl. One of them is the anal fissure (a crack in the skin of the buttocks), which can make defecation an extremely painful and time-consuming process. Anal fissures are equally common in men and women. Another reason is defecation disorders in which complete emptying of the rectum is prevented. These disorders are a common cause of chronic constipation, which is more common in middle-aged women. ***Can it be harmful?*** Sitting on the toilet for more than five minutes is associated with the formation of hemorrhoids and anal fissures. The longer people sit on the toilet, the more severe the problems they have with hemorrhoids. Scientists believe that prolonged sitting increases the pressure inside the abdominal cavity. This leads to less blood flow to the veins in the rectum and eventually to the accumulation of blood in the venous plexus in the buttocks, which increases the risk of developing hemorrhoids. How can we prevent this? Following the usual advice to include more fiber in your diet and ensure adequate fluid intake, it also makes sense to limit the time you spend on the toilet bowl. Never sit for more than six minutes, eat enough fiber (eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains), don’t strain during bowel movements. Photos are taken from google.com. Happy Valentines Day Valentine’s Day gifts are hard to choose as we are often without real inspiration. You’re probably wondering what to buy a boy or girl for Valentine’s Day? ***What is Valentine's Day anyway?*** Valentine's Day or Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14, when lovers show their love by giving flowers, chocolates and gifts. The holiday is also associated with the mutual exchange of valentines - these are heart-shaped love letters that loving couples exchange for Valentine's Day. This form of sending love letters has been very popular throughout history, as phones and the internet were unknown at the time. Romantic love is also associated with Cupid, also known in Roman mythology as Cupid, who is said to have shot at people with a bow and arrow. We’re sure you know this story - namely, whoever Cupid hits with his arrow falls in love. At this time, spring begins to awaken and you have probably already heard that birds are also supposed to get engaged or married at that time. Valentine's Day is the time of lovers, as seasonal nature also prepares for the period of awakening. ***How to make Valentine's Day special?*** In addition to the rose, men often give something sweet. Only you know your partner so well that you know what their favorite is. If you don't like the idea of buying chocolate or bonboniere the most, you can take your sweetheart partners for a cake or pancakes, and surprise them in a slightly different way this year. Take your love partners on a date and give a gift right at the bar. Look each other in the eye and share the gifts you have prepared. Good consideration is essential for an original personalized gift. Guidelines for Valentine's Love Gifts: -A gift that we wrap carefully and neatly -Tell your partner what feelings you have for them and how much they mean to you -Men, in addition to the gift, add a flower and something sweet (let me mention here that even nice words can be sweet) -The girls prepare chocolate and gifts with dedication (personal message, name of partners, your date or love verse). 6 gift ideas for couples to surprise your love partners: ***1) Puzzle cutie with your picture*** The heart-shaped puzzle is a unique gift, as you will add your beautiful memory from the photo to the puzzle, where you choose the size of a small-medium-larger heart and your desired number of pieces from 14 to 402 pieces of puzzles. What the son did for the father in the restaurant is a lesson for everyone! One evening, the son decided to take his father, a man of late years, to a restaurant for dinner ... My father was an old and already rather weak man. While he was having dinner with his son, food fell on his shirt and pants. The other guests present in the restaurant looked at him with disgust while his son was completely calm. When he finished dinner, the son, who was not at all ashamed, quietly took his father to the restrooms of the restaurant, cleaned up the leftovers with his clothes, arranged his hair and glasses. When they returned to the restaurant, they were watched in dead silence by the entire restaurant of the guests, who could not understand how their son could be so embarrassed in front of the public. The son paid the bill and they both slowly left the restaurant. Then the older man, who was having dinner, suddenly exclaimed and asked his son: "Don't you think you've 'forgotten' something?" The son turned and replied firmly, "No, sir, I did not!" The older man replied: ***"YES,YOU ARE!YOU HAVE LEFT A LESSON FOR ALL SONS AND HOPE FOR EVERY FATHER! "*** There was a sudden silence in the restaurant! A glimpse from the life of a father and son can move many a parent who “has no such luck” with their child. If only there were as many such children as possible! Some children show little love for their parents. What you think about this lesson?? Photos are taken from google.com. Do you eat "empty" food? What we eat is reflected in our well-being, in our hair, skin, mouth and practically all parts of our body. Let's look at the most common 'symptoms' that reveal that we are eating too much 'bad' or. ‘empty’ food. Our body is a sophisticated and force remarkable organism. It has an amazing ability to process energy, clean toxins and waste products from the body, regulate body temperature and protect against dangerous infections. All this our body can do only if we provide it with a balanced and healthy diet, provide enough exercise and sleep. It sounds very simple, but it is in these things that many people make mistakes. If we feed our body only with bad, fast and ‘empty’ food, it soon starts to tell us that it has ‘enough’. Once upon a time, Maxo Clinic cardiologist Stephen Kopecky stated that our body is simply not designed to carry the many unhealthy substances that most of us take into it every day. “If you’re driving a car with a diesel engine, then you’re not going to refuel it with gasoline,” he said. Wondering how to recognize the body's signals so that it doesn't strain and upset its balance with a poor diet? ***Wounds heal for a long time*** Surely you’ve ever been cut or injured. Does the wound heal quickly or does it take a long time? Your diet may be to blame for the latter. As mentioned earlier, our body has an amazing ability to heal and regenerate, but it therefore needs nutrients to heal properly. According to the results of a study cited by the portal ordinacija.hr, performed in intensive care, it is clear that the body needs a lot of energy, protein and micronutrients to heal wounds. Simply put - your diet is extremely important for the recovery process. ***The hair is dry sparse and brittle*** Even our hair follicles need enough nutrients to function properly. According to a study published in the journal Dermatology Practical & Conceptual, iron deficiency (found in seafood, nuts, legumes and meat), zinc (in meat, shellfish, seeds, milk and eggs), B vitamins (found in chicken, meat, mushrooms and brown rice) and other nutrients such as vitamins D, A, E and folic acid can adversely affect the ability to grow healthy hair. ***Bleeding and sore gums*** Inflamed or bleeding gums and caries are signs of poor nutrition. If you need to see a dentist to have your teeth repaired, just consider how many sugary drinks you have drunk so far, the same goes for food. In addition, you should be aware that swollen gums or bleeding gums may be associated with insufficient vitamin C intake. Vitamins can be increased if you eat strawberries, tomatoes, green vegetables, and potatoes. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. I am sending you hugs.@Purebeauty

Water - our treasure Sea levels are rising due to melting glaciers, but climate change is also bringing extreme weather - so drinking water supplies are declining from year to year. This is further compounded by high consumption, especially in intensive agriculture and industry. Will we soon be faced with the fact that water will no longer flow from our taps because of this? In households, we strive to reduce drinking water consumption. We teach children to turn off the tap while brushing their teeth, shorten the shower time, install boilers for rinsing toilets with less consumption, and catch rainwater in cisterns. But all this is just a drop in the ocean and does not affect drinking water consumption as much as we would like. The reasons why problems are becoming more common are hidden elsewhere. ***Who consumes the most water?*** Let’s take a look at some statistics that are sure to surprise you. The production of one bottle of water uses three times as much water as the volume of the bottle - for a half-liter bottle, a liter and a half of water is used in production, as the processing and shaping of plastic is a rather "greedy" business. Beverages are not only about environmentally friendly packaging production, but also about consumption in the beverage process itself. On average, two liters of water are used for a liter of non-alcoholic beverage, 4 liters for a liter of beer and an incredible 35 liters for a liter of spirits. As with industrial food production itself, immense thirst is also characteristic of production in agriculture and other industries. If you make a cup of coffee in the morning, you are not just drinking a pot of liquid, but you are curbing the consumption of as much as 130 liters of water. Did you know that growing coffee is such a thirsty business? And coffee is not at the very top of agricultural spending at all. One of the biggest culprits for the shortage is growing cotton, without which life is really hard to imagine. As much as 10,000 liters of water are used for one pair of jeans, and 2,500 liters for one T-shirt. The reason I mention cotton is that it is a type of intensive agriculture that also significantly transforms the landscape. In order to have enough water to irrigate cotton fields, in many countries (mostly rather undeveloped countries) the water flows towards the fields, the old riverbeds dry up, and as a result the fauna along the former river dies. more watering gardens to grow homemade food for their own family, we are not talking at all. ***Glaciers are disappearing, Lake Baikal is disappearing*** It is well known that glaciers are disappearing due to climate change. There are also problems with other water supplies. Russia's Lake Baikal, located in southern Siberia, is the largest freshwater lake in the world and has so far been known to hold as much as one-fifth of all unfrozen freshwater on Earth. However, the lake is also shrinking and shrinking in size. Climate change is contributing somewhat, and much of the disappearance has been caused by humans - the level is expected to fall mainly due to hydropower and the use of water power for energy purposes. ***What about pollution?*** The amount of water itself is important, but it must also be borne in mind that it must be perfect - both for the needs of consumption and for the life of aquatic organisms. People try to prevent pollution, but often in vain, or we find ourselves in a vicious circle in our efforts. Let's think: because the seas are polluted with microplastics, which are also eliminated from our synthetic clothes every time we wash our clothes, we can decide not to wear "plastic" clothes anymore; we opt for cotton, which requires a lot of pesticides to grow, which also pollute the water; lastly, we land on organic cotton, where there are no pesticides, but inappropriately more water is used than for growing ordinary cotton. Finally, many people say that a bad impact on the environment cannot be avoided at all. But it is not true: there is a partial solution, and it is called consumer resistance. We can buy less clothing to produce both less cotton and less artificial fabrics. ***Fish is such a healthy food, right?*** If we start with drinks, we end with food. Are you an opponent of cruel intensive livestock farming and therefore you only eat fish from meat? These are often advertised as very healthy foods, which is certainly true as long as they are not contaminated with heavy metals and microplastics. Surely you have also heard predictions that fishing could completely empty our oceans by 2050, so many people are opting only for farmed fish. But even large fish farms contribute their pebbles to water destruction. We don't have to go far for evidence. ***Will water always remain a public good?*** With the reduction of drinking water supplies, we can also expect an increase in prices, which is already arousing the interest of various companies that see the provision of drinking water as an excellent business of the future. In some countries, water is already partly in private hands, e.g. in Australia, private companies own more than ten per cent of the water supply (mostly Chinese). The largest private companies that own water are in France - Veolia and Suez control as much as 60 percent of the French market. Attempts to privatize water are recurring all over the world, but fortunately many countries have so far successfully resisted the pressure of capital. The belief that water is a public good and access to drinking water is a basic human right is the belief of many of us. We can only hope that this opinion will always be heard. How coffee affect on plants? Surely you have already seen someone who, after drinking coffee, poured the thicket right into the flowers. And if you asked a person why this is good, they may have answered that mom and grandma have already done it. **But is coffee really good for plants and the garden?** ***Coffee in moderation is good for people. It is a rich source of antioxidants that bind free radicals and inhibit aging in humans. But how does it affect plants?*** What plants need are nutrients. And there are quite a few of these in coffee grounds. Coffee grounds are a rich source of carbon and nitrogen. The latter in particular is an important element for healthy plant development. Plants that get a sufficient amount of nitrogen develop a strong stem and large dark green leaves. At the same time, nitrogen ensures better development of the root system and its branching. Too much nitrogen, however, can cause plants to ‘overstretch’ and grow too fast, so the coffee grounds you add to the plants should not be overdone. In addition, be careful how you add coffee to the soil. ***For a more acidic soil*** Think about how much thick matter there is in the coffee you drink. Not much because it settles to the bottom. Interestingly, when drinking coffee, we use only a percentage of the total mass, everything else is discarded as waste. This means that a lot of coffee grounds accumulate in coffee machines as well as in coffee pots and filters. Coffee grounds have an acidic, ie low pH. Therefore, they can be added in small amounts to plants that thrive in acidic soils, such as rhododendrons, cranberries, blueberries. Because coffee grounds loosen the soil, they can also be incorporated into beams with plants that need neutral or alkaline soil, but first mix in some limestone or dry leaves and dried grass to reduce acidity. It is definitely good to remember that sediments will be useful if we add very alkaline soils, because this will lower the soil's pH value and aerate them at the same time. Even compacted clay beams will visibly loosen with the persistent addition of coffee grounds. But be careful, because if you give the soil coffee grounds day after day, it will not be good, as the soil can become acidic, in addition, it will lack other nutrients that it urgently needs. **So what is the solution?** Coffee from a compost pile It is best to compost coffee grounds before adding them to plants. Coffee grounds will decompose on the compost pile within a year and such compost will be suitable for covering American blueberries, you can also add it, for example, under rhododendrons, azaleas, hydrangeas, on the perch where potatoes will grow. Composting coffee grounds is therefore the safest and best way to produce quality compost that will benefit your garden as well as potted plants. Photos are taken from google.com. Start your day with a glass of warm water **Start your day with a glass of warm water, as it will have many beneficial effects on you.**Ancient Chinese and Indian medicine teaches that it is good to drink a glass of lukewarm water to start the day, which can help us start the digestive system, in addition to providing us with many other beneficial effects. The water should not be too hot so as not to steam the throat in this way. Experts say that you should also add lemon to a glass of warm water, as lemon juice is rich in antioxidants, vitamin B, vitamin C, flavonoids, phosphorus and potassium. ***Drinking warm water can help with weight loss*** If you enjoy warm water, of course, this will not be noticeable on your pounds, but the procedure will help with your weight loss plan. Warm water with the addition of lemon, which you drink in the morning on an empty stomach, can help speed up your metabolism, which allows your body to consume more calories during the day. ***Helps clean sinuses*** Since the best remedies are natural and home-made, you can try warm water to eliminate a stuffy nose. This is supposed to help alleviate some of the symptoms of a respiratory infection. Clinical studies show that drinking warm water has a beneficial effect on clogged sinuses, as a warmer temperature accelerates the secretion of mucus. ***It is more beneficial for your gums and tooth enamel*** Warmer water temperature is better for your teeth, as some white tooth fillers harden faster in response to cold water and cause fillings to come off the tooth. When drinking hot water, however, care must be taken not to have the water temperature too high, as any extreme temperature, both cold and too hot, damages your teeth. ***Helps regulate digestion*** Warm water has a positive effect on your metabolism and digestion, as as such it dilates your blood vessels and stimulates blood flow through and into the intestines, thus helping the digestive process. If you start the day with a glass or two of warm water, the feelings of bloating and abdominal pain will go away. Warmer water temperatures are also said to have a faster hydrating effect on the body, and as a result, fats in the body are more soluble. ***It helps in detoxifying the body*** Warm water raises the body temperature and stimulates the sweating process, and in this way toxins are removed from the body faster. poisons. If we regularly drink warm water between meals, it also helps to regulate the acid that accumulates in the stomach with all acidic foods. If you are not a fan of lemon, you can also try drinking warm green tea to change the taste. ***It is a natural painkiller*** While drinking cold water causes muscle contraction, on the other hand warm water increases blood flow throughout the body and helps to relax the muscles, so warm water is also a good natural help in case of menstrual cramps. Drinking warm water is not only recommended to start the day, but also to end. Drink a glass of warm water before going to bed. This will allow you to calm down and fall asleep more easily. ***Improves blood circulation*** Just as we use warm baths to circulate the body, drinking warm water also has beneficial effects on the body's blood circulation. Faster blood circulation means, among other things, more effective detoxification of the body and a reduced risk of varicose veins, which in turn means healthier blood pressure and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease. Your destiny is in your hands Hello my dear virtual friends.I would like to THANK YOU ALL who believe in me and support me.I am happy to be in @Read.Cash platform and I am grateful to have you for my dear friends. Today I am going to write about a beautiful lesson for life. The old sage had a son who did not want to leave the house because he was ashamed of his appearance. He was afraid people would make fun of him. His father taught him that he should never listen to people and told him that he would back up his claim with evidence. "You're going to the market with me tomorrow!" he told him. They left home early in the morning. The old sage was riding a donkey, and the son was walking beside him. When they arrived at the market, the merchants could not help but whisper, "Look at this man. He has no mercy! He is resting on his donkey's back, and his poor son must walk." The sage said to his son, "Did you hear? We're going to the market again tomorrow!" The next day, the sage and son swapped roles: the boy climbed on the donkey’s back and the old man walked beside him. When they entered the market, the same merchants said, "Look at this child without a hint of upbringing. He is sitting quietly on his donkey's back, and his poor father has to drag himself across the dust. What a sad sight!""Did you hear?" said the father to his son. "We're going to the market again tomorrow!" On the third day, they both set off on foot and led the donkeys behind them on a leash. "Look at these two fools." the merchants mocked. "They walk as if they didn't know donkeys were created for us to ride." "Did you hear?" said the sage. "We're going to the market tomorrow too!" On the fourth day, they both left home on donkey backs. As they entered the market, the merchants loudly expressed their indignation, "What a shame! Look at these two! They have no mercy for the poor animal!" On the fifth day, they entered the market carrying donkeys on their shoulders. The merchants burst out laughing, "Look at these two fools carrying donkeys instead of riding him!" **The sage concluded, "My son, now you have heard; whatever you do in life, people will always scold you. Therefore, you must not worry about the opinion of others. Do as you see fit and go your own way ... "** *From this story, I learned that life is mine and I live it for myself and not for others. Do what your heart tells you is right. Don't worry about what anyone will think. I am only interested in the fact that when I one day come before God what He will say about my earthly life, only He will be given an answer.* What you learned from this story? Children are primarily looking for love Much more than candy, we can motivate children with something that cannot be bought. The academic journal Journal of Child Development published a study according to which regular parental yelling at children has the same consequences as if they were beaten. Children who tolerate screaming have more frequent feelings of depression and anxiety. If we yell at our children, we teach them that they will yell at others, or that they will expect others to yell at them when they grow up. Screams can alter the nerve pathways in a child’s brain so that the child thinks he or she is in danger, and therefore strikes back, escapes, or petrifies. These responses are recorded in the child’s brain and affect his or her current and future personality development. **We do not set a good example by yelling** Regardless of the negative effects that crying has on a child's development, parents must not forget that this is a bad example, especially if we want to raise children in a spirit of tolerance and self-control. We cannot ask a child to behave well and control his or her emotions if we cannot do so on our own. In fact, many parents feel overwhelmed by the negative and unexpected responses of their child, and when they don’t know how to react, they open the door to anger and frustration. It is a pattern called in psychology a “flood of emotions” that triggers a spiral of screams and uncontrollable emotions. This often happens because parents cultivate unrealistic expectations of their children and expect them to behave more maturely. In other cases, they do not use strategies to help them cope with such a situation. In both cases, it must be clear that yelling at children is not the right solution. The art of motivation We motivate with love, kindness and positive emotions, which have undeniable power in encouraging and inspiring and encourage us to act. Even negative emotions such as anger, hatred, or fear can force us into action at the moment, not as motivation, but as avoiding danger. Love attracts, convinces and creates stability. Violence cannot be a healthy driver of stability in a child’s development. *Children are primarily looking for love. Positive emotions give rise to positive behaviors. A good indicator of love are the emotions that are present in the lives of children because of our presence and closeness.* Photos are taken from google.com. *Thank you for reading my article.* *@Purebeauty*

Too much vitamin C also has side effects Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that plays many important roles in the human body, and its popularity deservedly grows during colds and flu. Today, we hear at every turn about vitamin C and its importance for boosting immunity, and its popularity is expected to grow with the arrival of the cold months. The story of this powerful antioxidant, first isolated by Hungarian biochemist and Nobel laureate dr. Albert Szent-Györgyi, became especially topical in the 1970s, when two-time Nobel laureate dr. Linus Pauling significantly increased his daily intake of this vitamin, so that it was even a few hundred times higher than recommended. He believed that this would prevent the common cold or shorten its duration. Dr. Pauling was far ahead of his time because the scientific studies that followed proved that the role of vitamin C in maintaining health goes beyond preventing the consequences of its deficiency, i.e. scurvy. In addition to acting as an antioxidant, it also plays a key role in boosting immunity, and a number of possible positive effects are still being studied. Humans, monkeys, guinea pigs and bats are animals that do not produce vitamin C, so they must obtain it through food. Other animals are able to produce vitamin C on their own, for example a goat weighing 70 kg produces as much as 13,000 mg of vitamin C per day for its physiological needs. **What do we know about vitamin C?** Vitamin C plays an extremely important role in the body: it is necessary in the synthesis of collagen, helps the body's defense system by stimulating the activity of white blood cells, increases interferon levels, antibody response, and secretes thymic hormones. In addition, vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron and participates in the formation of red blood cells, converts folic acid into its active form and acts as an antihistamine, thus helping to relieve allergy symptoms. The best sources of vitamin C are fruits and vegetables and juices made from them. A lot of vitamin C is contained in sea buckthorn berries and their juice, peppers, broccoli, black currants, gooseberries, fennel and citrus fruits. Quantitatively, potatoes, kale, Brussels sprouts, red and white cabbage, spinach and tomatoes are also important for the supply of vitamin C. Data from European dietary studies show that the average daily intake of vitamin C is between 69 and 130 mg for men and 65 to 138 mg for women. Vitamin C is very sensitive to the heat treatment of food, it is also destroyed by air / oxygen, and during cooking it is excreted in water, as it is water-soluble. In general, it is lost by cooking up to 50% by cooking, and even more by heating and storing food in a warm place, so that it is negligibly small in repeatedly heat-treated food, for example in canteens where food is prepared in advance and up to 2 hours. stored at temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius or in juices derived from concentrate. Due to its strong antioxidant activity, vitamin C and its potentially preventive role in the development of various degenerative diseases are the subject of numerous studies. The most commonly mentioned are those related to the role of vitamin C in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and carcinogenic and eye diseases. **Excessive intake of vitamin C with dietary supplements over a long period of time can be harmful and lead to adverse side effects in more vulnerable populations, in individuals with kidney disease, individuals with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, and other chronic patients.** Photos are taken from google.com. Do people see better than dogs? They say we see people better than dogs. Is that true? How well do dogs see? Do they see colors? **Do people see better than dogs?** The sense of sight of our domestic dogs dates back to the time when they were still hunters and "wolves". In order to successfully prey, they had to look good in the twilight and quickly recognize movement. **How is the eye built?** Be it a human or a dog, every eye has a retina. There are rods and plugs on the retina. These are important for color recognition and for sensitivity to light. While the rods on the retina are responsible for sensitivity to light, the plugs on the retina take care of color recognition. **Excellent motion detection** Dogs are slightly short-sighted and have poor perception of objects that do not move. However, motion detection is much better than human, as a dog can detect a moving object at a distance of up to 900 meters. Perception of stationary objects is worse because he does not see them as sharply as a human. It can detect them at a distance of up to 500 meters. **Better vision at night.** With the help of a layer called "tapetum lucidum", which reflects light and is located in the area of the retina, dogs see clearer and better in the dark. Therefore, at night the dog's eyes "glow" in yellow or blue-green. **Great overview** The field of view of a dog can cover up to 240 ° because the distance between the eyes in a dog is greater than in a human. This makes it easier for the dog to investigate large terrain for the presence of prey. However, spatial perception in dogs is not as good as in humans. Do dogs see colors? It was sometimes assumed that dogs could only see black and white. Today, we know that dogs can distinguish a color spectrum that is different from a human. The canine ancestor of the wolf needed good vision in the dark and excellent movement recognition to catch it. He has no advantage in distinguishing colors when hunting. **A less colorful world** Dogs have only two different types of plugs (eye photoreceptors that sense colors). Their color spectrum includes only blue, purple and yellow. They see red as yellow, they don't see green at all, and purple is simply gray to them. That’s why they see the world far less “rainbow” than we humans. ***We cannot claim that human vision is better than canine vision, as the latter is in some respects much better than human vision. The eyes are differently developed and serve different life needs, so a direct comparison is not possible.*** Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. @Purebeauty

Believe in yourself We all sometimes get stuck in something that hinders us, and sometimes we don’t even find the right motivation to start working on the change we desperately need. how to really fall in love and attract the good things into life? **Put yourself first today!** **1. Your priority is you** What is most important to you on this planet? Did your parents, friends, partner and job come to mind? Wrong! How you experience the world and yourself is the first thing to consider. If you are always paying attention to other people and things instead of yourself, then it is high time to concentrate on yourself and your own desires. The more intensely you get to know each other (and don't judge yourself), the more you will understand each other and the easier it will be to know what you really need and strive for it! Start observing what you like about yourself - what qualities you are proud of… pay more attention to them than those that put you in a bad mood and cultivate love for yourself every day… step by step. **You will be strong if you perceive yourself that way!** **2. I like to treat my body and soul nicely!** If you love yourself, then: -Allow yourself enough sleep -Eat healthy and regularly -Take time for activities that make you happy -You relax your body and mind with sports activities -You are grateful -You are playful -Avoid toxic relationships -You are actively working on personal growth -You meditate **3. Accepting yourself in all shades** We all have a dark side. There is no point in running away from her. Once we accept it, we can begin to build on change. If you feel anger or jealousy, take your time and take those emotions under the microscope. Why do you have them? What can you do about them? Don't be ashamed. **4. Find a way to reopen your heart** If you are burdened by childhood trauma, then it would be a good idea to seek appropriate help to deal with it and resolve it. No one and nothing is worth hiding your feelings and preventing yourself from attaching to a new, positive personal that can make your life even more beautiful. *But before you are ready to accept and give love to others, you must give it to yourself.* **5. Share your gifts** Everyone has bits of personality that inspire and make happy both themselves and others. Think about what you are good at, what you are special at… and nurture it. Need a hint? -Sense of humor, -empathy, -willingness to help ingenuity, -creativity, -... and we could go on and on. But from here on out, it’s your job. **6. Thoughts are just thoughts** Among the 65,000 thoughts that go around us in a single day, about 70% are negative, experts measured. Don’t let bad thoughts shape your personality or ruin your day. There are many techniques to help you know how to differentiate between wastes. Positive affirmations for self-esteem can also help you train your mind. **7. What do you really want? What is your mission?** *An extremely important step on the path to self-love is to consider the desires of our soul.* Consider the following: What did you dream about as a child? If we didn’t have a job and could do anything - what would we collect? What makes you so busy and excited that you forget about the world around you? Who do you like to hang out with and what do you like to talk about the most? **8. What things and which people fill you with optimism, joy, zeal?** Make a list and read it every morning before you get out of bed. In doing so, focus on the gratitude you feel. *When we are grateful, we are loving*. And that kindness only increases with regular practice. **9. Leave your comfort zone!** Enough procrastination: if you want change, you will need to be in action. You can start with small steps, write on a piece of paper things that fill you with a slight sense of fear. And then tackle them… slowly but steadily. You will see what you are capable of and this will fill you with new self-respect and new strength to achieve everything you want. **10. Thorns on the way to the stars are a necessary evil** As you progress personally, there will certainly be those who don’t understand it, can’t or don’t want to do it for themselves… and try to cut your wings. Don't let them! You are on this path for your own sake and it is worth nothing to stop living for yourself. **11. Regular physical activity helps …** Helps you maintain a sober mind and relieve the body of all accumulated stress. Find a sport or exercise that you enjoy, and so you will catch two flies at once: your fitness and appearance will improve, and at the same time you will be proud of new achievements. **12. Surround yourself with people who support you** They say our personality is made up of the 5 people we spend the most time with. So: if you’re in a circle of nerds and sloths, it just takes away your energy. Find like-minded people, read books that motivate you, watch a video of a personal coach… anything, just to keep the positive energy that will propel you forward! **13. Consistency is beautiful chastity!** If you set a goal, make it happen. You won’t feel good if you procrastinate… but for every success, treat yourself to a reward: a walk, a favorite song, ice cream on a sunny day…. Be proud of every moment when you have managed to defend yourself against the negativism of your surroundings. Photos are taken from google.com. Flexitarianism **Flexitarianism**, or ‘adaptive vegetarianism’ as we like to call it, is another dietary trend that involves the occasional consumption of meat, but not any. Common causes of obesity and its consequences are dependence on processed foods and insufficient representation of vegetables, fruits and unprocessed cereals in the diet. Therefore, it is not bad to adopt good guidelines of flexitarianism. **What is ‘adaptable’ vegetarianism?** Flexitarianism is ‘flexible vegetarianism’, so it is a diet based on vegetarianism. Its proponents believe that meat is a source of quality protein, but they do not eat it every day. They especially avoid meat products, which is positive given the fact that many cured and processed products, such as hot dogs, full of fat, are made from lower quality raw materials and with the addition of additives, the frequent intake of which can adversely affect human health. In contrast, flexitarianism favors unprocessed, ie minimally processed foods of plant origin, with legumes being unjustly neglected today: soybeans, lentils, chickpeas and beans. Their presence in the diet of modern man is very justified. On the one hand, they are rich in micronutrients, protein and complex carbohydrates, and on the other hand, they are low in fat. This makes them ideal foods in the fight against obesity. Legume products such as hummus, tofu and tempeh enrich our diet and make it diverse. ***Tempeh and humus*** **Tempeh** is a soy product of hydrolyzed proteins. Because proteins are already broken down, the use of their amino acids is better. Phytic acid is also degraded during soybean fermentation and tempeh production, which - figuratively speaking - traps minerals and reduces their usefulness and benefits to humans. In addition, the active ingredients of tempeh indicate antibacterial activity, so it is used in the treatment of diarrhea and other digestive problems. These useful substances do not lose their effectiveness with heat treatment. In addition, this soy product is a source of dietary fiber and thus contributes to the functioning of the intestines and the removal of harmful substances from the body. **Hummus** is a spread made from legumes (usually chickpeas) and sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and more. It originates from the Middle East. It is a source of carbohydrates, protein, iron, magnesium, calcium and vitamins such as folate, B1, B2 and B6. Due to its specific taste, it is an excellent spread for bread, crackers and tortillas. ***Variety of vegetables and fruits*** Vegetarianism and flexitarianism imply an openness to eating different types of vegetables and fruits. This is especially important in winter when the choice of fresh fruit is smaller. It is definitely desirable and necessary to include foods that are not specific to a particular climate in your diet. ***Advantages of foods of plant origin*** In general, there are many proven benefits of a diet rich in plant foods: - fibrous food contributes to the feeling of satiety and weight loss and reduces the proportion of adipose tissue in the body; - An abundance of dietary fiber and antioxidants reduces the risk of certain types of cancer (including breast and colon cancer); - dietary fiber slows down the digestion of food and thus prevents a sudden jump in blood glucose levels; - Abundance of fiber and anti-inflammatory action of vegetables and fruits are beneficial for people suffering from Crohn's disease; - Reduced intake of foods of animal origin contributes to the normalization of blood cholesterol levels. If you have problems with obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sugar and blood fats, it will certainly be helpful to reduce your intake of cured meats, and eat fruits, whole grains and vegetables several times a day - and don't forget legumes. I'm not afraid of the covid-19 virus Like other medicines, this one is proven, effective and safe, as it has been used for almost 150 years. Experts in charge of controlling the covid 'pandemic' insist that there is no cure for covid-19 and that only a vaccine will save us from near extinction - despite the fact that the mortality rate is only around 0.03%, which is about as much as the flu. There are several extremely effective medicines for covid: in addition to all-natural ones such as vitamins C and D, the mineral zinc and cannabis extract, there are also the medicines hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Now, however, another highly effective drug has come to light: colchicine (colchicine). In the photo below, taken on September 16, 1998, the pharmacist poses with Colchicine to treat cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is the most common inherited disease in children and now a clinical trial in Canada has shown that this inexpensive anti-inflammatory drug is extremely effective in preventing complications; reducing complications; and risk of death in covid patients. This was confirmed by one of the leading researchers, Jean-Claude Tardif, on January 24, 2021. Jean-Claude Tardif, head of the Montreal Heart Institute (ICM), led a study called "Colcorona," the results of which were released Friday, and they will now do their best to make them available to the public as soon as possible. Since March 2020, 4488 covid patients have participated in the study and the results are extremely promising. Patients taking colchicine had as many as 20 percent fewer hospitalizations or deaths. In patients with an official diagnosis of covid-19, the result was even better: 25 percent fewer hospitalizations; 50 percent less fan demand; and 44 percent fewer deaths. The hypothesis for the study was that in some covid patients, complications occur due to an overreaction of the immune system when the patient develops white blood cells in response to the virus. Therefore, if strong anti-inflammatory therapy is used, such as e.g. colchicine, this response, called a cytokine storm, is reduced - and with it the possibility of complications. Colchicine is an extremely potent anti-inflammatory drug, discovered as early as 150 years ago, and is derived from the Colchicum autumnale plant. It is used to treat various diseases, including gout, inflammatory arthritis, pericarditis and others. ***Like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, colchicine is also available in pharmacies worldwide; it is also, like the other two drugs, tested and safe as it has been used for almost 150 years. One can only wonder whether this information will also be completely ignored by the general media, as will other covid medicines; and social media persistently deleted and censored it? This medicine is no longer under patent, which means that it does not bring excessive profits to pharmaceutical companies***. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Is he sick? No, his teeth are bothering him “Is he sick? No, his teeth are bothering him, ”complain mothers, who are put in distress by their child's painful teething. The oversized smile of a toddler with the first milk tooth or two leaves no one indifferent. But the period of teething is painful and painful for the child, and exhausting for the parents, because usually a barely well-established sleep rhythm breaks down quickly, and the baby usually needs more tenderness and attention. So how do you help a toddler with the pain caused by the eruption of the first teeth? ***Look, first teeth!*** We are very happy when a white bulge appears on the baby's gums, which testifies to the eruption of the first baby tooth. This is usually the lower incisor, or the lower deciduous one, which will be joined by another 19 deciduous teeth in the coming months and years. Each child is a world unto itself, so the time when small mouths are filled with the first teeth is difficult to pinpoint. In general, however, the first teeth erupt between the fourth month and the second year of age, possibly sooner or later. The design for deciduous teeth develops during pregnancy. The eruption of baby teeth is a kind of milestone in a child's development, as the growth of teeth allows the child to chew and speak correctly. The role of the first teeth in the proper development of the child's jaw and permanent teeth is also important. ***How do teeth grow?*** The anterior lower incisors usually grow first, followed by the lower bifurcations in the following months, the first lower cheekbones around the 15th month, the lower lower eyelids approximately between the 17th and 23rd month, and the second lower cheekbones around the first year of the child's age. As a rule, all pairs of deciduous teeth appear first on the lower jaw and only later on the upper jaw. A completely different sequence of teething is also completely normal. Milk teeth begin to be gradually replaced by permanent ones around the age of five, and by the age of 12, all baby teeth will most likely be safely stored at the tooth mouse. ***Signs that teeth are coming*** “Is he sick? No, his teeth are bothering him, ”complain mothers, who are put in distress by their child's painful teething. The arrival of baby teeth can be uncomfortable and painful for the child, so they are more often crying, moody and more demanding. Signs that predict the eruption of the first teeth are: crying unrest, more pronounced salivation, biting everything that comes to hand for a toddler red and swollen gums, you may also have a rash on your facial skin and slightly elevated body temperature. Therefore, the eruption of baby teeth can be a great challenge for parents as well, as babies sleep less, need more attention, tenderness and care, and breastfeeding can become uncomfortable for the mother due to the first teeth. ***Relieving pain when teething*** When the first teeth break through the baby’s gums, the tissues are damaged and the gums swell, which is accompanied by more pronounced salivation and painful gums. You can relieve the baby's pain with slightly cooled rubber bites and massage the affected area, paying attention to hand hygiene. Dentists also advise biting harder fruits or vegetables and using various ointments to soothe inflamed or damaged gums. The experience of mothers shows that we can take away a lot of pain and discomfort from a child by using First Teeth Gel. First Teeth Gel provides immediate relief of pain when teeth erupt, as: -improves gum flexibility when teeth erupt, -reduces swelling -and promotes gum healing. Its main ingredient is hyaluronic acid, which is a natural component of our gums. It has a pleasant taste and has no side effects if consumed by toddlers. It does not contain alcohol, sugar, artificial flavors, lactose, parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate and genetically modified organisms. Gengigel First Teeth is therefore completely safe, as it can be used to facilitate the eruption of the first teeth without any worries. The gel is also suitable for inflamed and bleeding gums, to relieve problems caused by sores and ulcers (aphthae) in the mouth and in the period around the fifth year of a child's age, when deciduous teeth begin to fall out and the child's gums can be damaged again. Get ready. Your manifestation will be a success! Learning how to manifest something begins with understanding what manifestation is and what it is not. It should be added that some believe that we manifest all the time - intentionally or unconsciously. Is the manifestation real? Manifestation is essentially the idea that our intentions, thoughts, and emotions lead us to realize certain things in our lives that can certainly be manifested. Depending on who you ask. The practice of manifestation involves consciously bringing something into our lives through intentional actions, affirmations, and beliefs. Some believe it is a strategy that can help us achieve what we want with goals and process, others say it is just another word and part of psychology that refers to conscious thinking. In conclusion, the manifestation and its reality depend on how you define the manifestation yourself and how you strive to carry it out. **With the right understanding and strategy, however, it is possible to manifest almost anything a person desires.** **This is because manifestation allows us to articulate our goals and prepare a strategy to achieve them. But if we want to be successful, the goals to be manifested must be clear, credible, and aimed at improving ourselves and humanity.** What are the benefits of manifesting? The event emphasizes the importance of thought patterns that are the foundation of any conversation about mental health. Thoughts are extremely important as they shape our feelings, behaviors and experiences. Another advantage of manifestation, according to psychologists, is that it encourages a person to achieve goals. It is a combination of intention, attention and enthusiasm for the future, which are, after all, key parts of the event. These elements can and usually do actually affect mental health. After all, aspects of manifestation are also used in therapies - most therapists help people to study their thoughts and understand the connection between them and their emotions and experiences. Successful therapy has clear goals - just like manifestation. But psychologists point out another thing that should not be overlooked. We have to be very careful when thinking and talking about the manifestation. Very quickly we can point the finger at people who live in worse conditions than us, and very quickly we like to say that it is only because they cannot, do not know and they just don’t think positively. Although our focus, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs can create our experiences, this formula does not apply to every life experience. How to manifest according to psychologists? ***Start with awareness*** The most important part of a manifestation that I would like people to take the most out of it is that what you focus on expands. Instead of thinking of the manifestation as a special practice, think of it as an intention. Observe where your attention is going, observe the nature and quality of your thoughts, and recognize your power over your own inner experience. ***Ask yourself questions*** Sometimes the manifestation focuses too much on ‘what’ or on the material things you want to receive. When it comes to mental health, we need to focus more on ‘how’. Ask yourself, "How do I imagine I will feel when I create or receive what I want? Why is it important for me to experience these feelings? What can I do today to create this experience in the future?" These questions can be a valuable way to break the attachment to certain material things and expand your ability to change your experience right now. ***The key is consistency*** The key to a healthy manifestation is understanding what the manifestation is, the consistency of your approach to it, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to experience what you want. Closing your eyes and wanting to do that won’t be enough. If you take action - ask for what you want, change your thoughts and strive for it - you are on the right path to manifestation. Remember to actively value yourself in your work in achieving your goals - no matter the outcome. An example of manifesting money The process of manifesting money follows the same steps I mentioned earlier. The financial event is based on gratitude - well, and work. The trick to manifesting money is to look at the abundance you already have and express gratitude for it. If you are constantly burdened with paying bills and surviving from month to month, first find at least one thing that represents abundance to you. Raise the vibration and block all limiting beliefs by welcoming the money and prosperity that are on the way. In short, focus on what you have, not on what you don’t have. I also suggest using visual tools to make you more driven and collected. Buy a bigger purse, visualize swimming in a cash pool, make a tree out of monopoly money until you replace it with real money, or write yourself a big check because you know you’ll really cash it in one day. GOOD LUCK! Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Happy weekend!@Purebeauty.

Artificial intelligence for birds It is a smart bird controller equipped with a camera and wi-fi module and paired with an application that uses machine learning to identify bird species and gamify the collection into an album. The founders of the project are Žiga Vrtačič, Slovenian developer Franci Zidar and American industrial designer Kyle Buzzard. The sensor detects the arrival of the bird in the control room and notifies the owner of the control unit via the application. With the help of the application, he can take a photo of a bird that is in a hurry in the birdhouse. The application also uses artificial intelligence to identify the type of bird. https://youtu.be/VPCGr5xcVtY **A SUCCESSFUL FIRST DAY IS KEYED FOR A SUCCESSFUL KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN** On Kickstarter, people apply for a huge number of projects, but of course not everyone raises enough funds. Bird Buddy obviously seemed “imperial” to people and the results were immediately more than solid. Otherwise - and it’s no secret - the key to a successful Kickstarter campaign is a successful first day. The Bird Buddy smart bird feeder raised as much as 4.189 million euros. *Their next step is to put together a team, which they are currently working on intensively, and they are also preparing plans for product promotion. Certainly, in a year's time, they will no longer be the only manufacturers of smart bird feeders in the global market. The only thing that can set them apart from all future competitors is, of course, the brand. Above all, they will invest a lot in content.* Video is taken from You Tube channel. The strongest earthquakes in the last 20 years Lately, many people have probably felt some of the earthquakes that have happened in our area in the last month. Despite the fact that the ground shook violently, many much stronger earthquakes have been recorded on a global scale in the past. Earthquakes are one of the most devastating natural phenomena. Every year thousands of people are rendered homeless, displaced, injured, or even killedall over the world due to earthquakes. Growing population and globalurbanization is increasing the threat of earthquakes. 1. 9.1. -Sumatra, Indonesia (December 26, 2004) At the end of 2004, the coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra was shaken by an earthquake with a magnitude above 9. Magnitude 9.1 is most often recorded, but data on the estimated magnitude between 9.1 can be found. and 9.3. The strong earthquake was followed by a devastating tsunami that hit the coasts of Indonesia and Sri Lanka hard. It is also one of the most fatal earthquakes, with over 227,000 people dying as a result of the quake and tsunami. 2. 9.1. - Japan (11-03-2011) The strongest earthquake ever recorded in Japan occurred on March 11, 2011. Earthquake with magnitude 9.0 - 9.1. it also triggered a devastating tsunami that claimed most of its total of over 15,800 deaths. The quake severely damaged the reactors at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, causing the quake to be followed by a nuclear crisis that lasted several months. This earthquake was estimated to be the most expensive natural disaster in human history (the World Bank estimated $ 235 billion in damage). 3. 8.8. - Chile (27-02-2010) On February 27, 2010, an earthquake measuring 8.8 occurred just a few kilometers off the coast of Chile. According to reports at the time, the ground shook for about 3 minutes, and the quake was felt almost all over the country. The quake also triggered a tsunami that damaged the port of Talcahuan and caused minor damage even in the California area of San Diego and the Japan area. The quake also caused a power outage that affected 93 percent of the Chilean population and lasted for several days in some places. 4. 8.6. - Sumatra, Indonesia (March 28, 2005) A magnitude 8.6 earthquake shook the west coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra on 28 March 2005. The quake occurred just a few months after the devastating tsunami that struck as a result of the aforementioned quake in late 2004. In areas that have not yet recovered well from the effects of the last natural disaster, there was great panic, but fortunately the tsunami triggered by an earthquake at the time, it did not have such dire consequences. 5: 8.6. - Sumatra, Indonesia (11-04-2012) Even the 5th of the worst earthquakes in 20 years happened near Sumatra. An earthquake estimated at magnitude 8.6. Occurred on 11.4. 2012, almost 400 kilometers off the coast of Sumatra. The earthquake is considered to be one of the more unusual earthquakes, as it occurred inside the earth plate (intraplate), away from the boundary of the plate, where the two plates meet. Most of the largest earthquakes occur right on the boundary of the plates, and in the earthquake at that time, two parts of the Earth's crust slipped horizontally. “The earthquake is considered to be the strongest instrumentally recorded earthquake at the shear fault. Scarlet fever is back - pay attention on symptoms In the past, scarlet fever was one of the main causes of infant death, but fortunately modern medicine in the 20th century managed to curb the spread of this disease caused by Streptococcus pyogenes or group A β-hemolytic streptococci. However, something unusual seems to be happening in recent years. Namely, scarlet fever is becoming more and more widespread. A recent study, which was the result of international collaboration between scientists, suggested possible causes for what was happening. These causes are thought to be hidden in the genome of one of the strains of the bacterium that is to blame for scarlet fever. When it comes to infectious diseases, the "family tree" of the organisms involved can be extremely complex - so it is often difficult to predict where a new problem may arise. **The number of cases has been rising in different parts of the world in recent years** The bacteria that cause scarlet fever can excrete large amounts of t inside our body. i. superantigens that are capable of causing enormous damage, especially in children. The symptoms of scarlet fever are not necessarily very severe. At least today, the opposite is often the case: typical problems that occur with scarlet fever include skin rashes and sore throats. However, on the other hand, a much more severe form of scarlet fever is also possible, leading to t. i. toxic shock and organ death. Before antibiotics appeared, of course, a more severe, often even fatal version of scarlet fever was much more common. At one point, scarlet fever seemed to be a completely marginal, almost eradicated disease, but then a few years ago they began to report from various parts of the world a kind of new wave of accelerated spread of this disease. The fact that this is anything but a negligible problem is evidenced by the fact that the new wave meant as many as 600,000 new infections or cases of scarlet fever. **A new bacterial strain is thought to be to blame for most cases of scarlet fever in the last decade** An international team of researchers, led by molecular biologist Stephan Brouwer, decided to study what exactly was going on. They focused mainly on the study of the genetics of group A streptococci. Among these superantigens is one that allows the bacteria responsible for scarlet fever a new, never-before-seen way of invading host cells. *Based on this, it can be concluded that the new outbreaks of scarlet fever are not related to the same bacterial strains as those in the past, but to a subgroup of group A streptococci that “learned a new trick”. She had the "help" of t. i. phages or bacteriophages - viruses that cause bacterial infections. When infected with bacteriophages, toxins were transmitted from viruses to bacteria or to specific bacterial strains, thus enabling them to colonize their hosts more efficiently. The strain of the bacterium Streptococcus pyogenes, which was previously considered to be less dangerous, thus gained an important advantage over others and took care of the "awakening" of scarlet fever.* **Measures associated with the new coronavirus also temporarily slowed the spread of scarlet fever** Measures to curb the spread of the new coronavirus or SARS-CoV-2 virus appear to have, among other things, reduced the number of scarlet fever-causing infections at least temporarily. The methods of infection are also very similar to Streptococcus pyogenes or different strains of this bacterium as to the new coronavirus. But when life slowly returns to the old ways, which means that we will no longer pay so much attention to hygiene measures, maintaining the distance between them, etc., it can happen that the number of cases of scarlet fever will start to increase significantly again.
