New week, new goals Let me let you in one secret, and you fall prey to this often than you realize the reason you wake up on Mondays not feeling energized for the week, or you just find yourself depressed for no reason, perhaps you feel like a failure or underachieved it's because you either don't have clear goals, or you're overly obsessed with your goals and it's weighing you down don't leave yourself to chance this new week "this week will be a great week" isn't plan, that's wishful thinking it's good to be optimistic & positive, but all that positive talk without actual actions will make you a happy poor person So here's what you can do, first have a clear goal for your week let's say you want more sales in your business this week, then break it into tasks, and give every hour an assignment that way, you can actually measure progress when you check your to-do list and see that you've done 2/5 or even 5/5 of your tasks for the day Don't focus on the Goal, instead focus on the tasks that you need to do daily to reach your goal analysis paralysis happens when you overthink a goal until you don't even know where to start from the idea is to set goals so that you'll have a destination in mind, something that challenges you to keep moving but then focus on the journey, and how to make the most of the journey, not the destination So right now sit down, take a piece of paper & write down what you'll like to achieve this week find out what it takes to achieve it and break them down into daily tasks, and when you complete any of the tasks, tick it good or stroke it out on your list doing this will give you a sense of fulfilment as you see each task you were able to achieve and it will ultimately increase your productivity cheers to a productive week fam 💙
