very early blessing of it, my neighbor gave me it, i think there is party of them. TIBOK-TIBOK one of delicacies of kapampangan cusines .. its made by all purpose flour milk and sugar. with fried coconut on top or its called LATIK. Isang mapagpalang umaga sa lahat
