This once was a Church in Baltimore. Now it is the "Ministry of Brewing" and you can see the vats for brewing beer where the pulpit once stood. This weekend I made a cabinet for Mom re-purposing a stained glass unit in her kitchen, making it into a buffet/console table. More work to clean and reuse the old wood, but I think the results speak for themselves! I will be posting it soon on www.chenkinworkshop.com

I love these hoses that expend when filled and take up very little space. Except when they can no longer handle the pressure, and split in two while whipping around madly! I managed to control the stream and turn off the tap, getting quite wet in the process! Fortunately I went to Plan B, the watering can, and the flowers got their well deserved drink!

My eggs are staring at me. Wide-eyed and anxious! The latest incarnation of Sunnyside up eggs - Looking at you - with fresh herbs, home made bread, and flaming hot Kona coffee (Fresh ground from the Beans). And yes, these eggs glared at me through to their delicious finale!!

Here are two pictures of the Cherry Blossoms here in Maryland. Kenwood Maryland is known for it's cherry trees planted throughout the neighborhood. It rivals with other areas as a top location to see the blooms. This was taken on Friday March 25th, shortly before the maximum effect - but you can still see the wonderful colors of blooms and the Daffodils in the second picture. Nature is truly glorious and renewing!

Having 2 apples that were "past their prime" I decided to chop them up, add corn muffin mix and cinnamon, and make a simple coffee cake. The result was tastier than it looks!

Angelo's Deli, serving authentic NY (Neapolitan style) pizza and Italian dishes, a great place for pizza and Italian food in my neighborhood! Mangarre! We got a great pizza there. The desserts are also exceptional, especially the hand-filled cannoli's!

This is My Epiphone Dot Guitar, a very playable archtop acoustic/electric. It is based on the Gibson E335 style, and is favored by artists looking for a good sound. The body resonates the sound, unlike a solid body guitar. It has a good sound, a good feel, and a freaking gorgeous red finish. One of my favorites!

Basic woodworking is fun and generates a sense of accomplishment and achievement! Having owned a cabinet shop for ten years, I enjoy both building furniture and gifts, making useful items for friends and around the house. In addition to great resources on the internet, acquire a “reading library” of woodworking books.  My favorite read is the John L. Feirer “Cabinetmaking and Millwork”  (Here is the Link at Amazon: Cabinetmaking and Millwork: John L Feirer: 9780684132778: Amazon.com: Books ). While the Feirer book may seem dated to some, the basic principles are the same, and you will get a piece of usable information every time you skim through it. Is there a way to make money easily on the internet? **All of us are seeking a magic way to obtain a passive income on-line, and I too am a seeker of the magic fountain of income! (Big grin).** I blog, I do affiliate marketing, and I spend as little as possible on marketing (buying eyeballs) and advertising. my choice was to grow any income organically, through blogging, twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms where I can provide useful information and grow organically. Note – unless you go “viral”, like a TikTok superstar, that means growth is slow. I would rather be a 5 year overnight success than go broke advertising mediocre content. I still don’t make more than $40 USD most months, But it has been growing, and I don’t spend all day posting. I know if I did this for 2–3 hours every day, I would easily quadruple that income or more, as I became more proficient. Recently I found a way to add to my income and get into Crypto currency, which is becoming more and more mainstream. Most of the Bitcoin faucets are scams, and should be avoided at all costs. I also urge you not to invest in any faucet until it has proved worthy. This means it has been a live site for several years, has almost no negative or scam reviews (do check it out, even if I say it’s good, reputations can change), and does not monopolize a lot of your time. The most recent site I found was Rollercoin. With Rollercoin you can play games to win Bitcoin, Doge, Ethereum, Tether, and Rollertoken (Their own coin). This site is unique because you can use the earnings from playing on-line games to buy miners that generate coins. While the payouts are small initially, They also have a referral program (yes my link is a referral link) which allows you to benefit when you promote the site. You also can withdraw your coins to your personal wallet, and take them off of the site if you wish. I was impressed that there are several videos and reviews on-line with tips on how to use the site, which can be found with a basic google search. While I know this is not for everyone, I want you to give Rollercoin a spin, and see if you can earn some crypto for fun – I am playing around with it and I am not a big gamer. hopefully you will enjoy it and even profit. Most of the people making any crypto on Rollercoin are either A)investing money or crypto to buy miners and Rollertoken, or B) playing 100+ (not a misprint) games a day, to build their mining capacity. Investing money into Rollercoin is not in my options, as I want to make money not an investment (as an example, I am buying Cosmos (ATOM) coin on Coinbase, which is earning me 5% APY). Even if you buy miners, you have to win at least one game a day, so this is not a passive income stream. https://coinbase.com/join/powman Playing a hundred games a day is seriously time consuming, and resembles work. Game difficulty increases with play - although it resets daily - and hashing power only lasts 3-5 days, meaning you have to maintain a high level of play to earn coin, until you have enough to buy miners and have them hash for you. At approximately 60 seconds per game, that is 100 minutes, or at least 2 hours if you count processing time PER DAY. If you look at the flip side, some users claim they are making $1500USD per month, or $50 per day (not confirmed). If you invest the time to grow your Rollertoken empire to this size, you are making $50 per day or about $25 per hour if you are playing Rollercoin 2 hours every day. In summary, I am still noodling around with Rollercoin, playing games and am up to 5 miners (as of March 2022)- but it is more of a diversion/pastime than an income stream. If you decide to play, it should not be to make immediate or truly passive income, but can be profitable if you approach it like a "job" and put in at least 2 hours a day. Here is Charcoal, Fierce Mouser, Feline Warrior, parading his kill around the house. Bursting with pride, this is the first catch we know of! Grateful for his protection, he was awarded cat treats and praise - as the deceased mouse was dispatched to the great outdoors. My warning to all mice is this; don't mess with Mr. Charcoal if you want to have a long life!

These pictures are from a cruise on Royal Caribbean that I took in 2005. They still had a Midnight Buffet on the ship "Radiance of the Seas". The chefs got to show off, putting out a spread that is resplendent with ice carvings, Food in all shapes and colors - Even a bread presentation that is decadent and wonderful. They food is on display from 11PM to 11:59PM, and at Midnight the gluttonous passengers devour the art! I don't know when the cruise lines will start to sail again with a high degree of safety, but I do know that Buffets like this are a thing of the past. I hope your screen is big enough to capture the detail of this feast!

This is a serving of 2 hot dogs and air-fryer French fries. The air-fryer cooks the fries with almost no oil, and the hot dogs are boiled - my personal preference - Like the "dirty water dogs" sold on pushcarts in New York City. I guess you can take the boy out of New York, but you can't take New York out of the boy!

Steak, Sweet potato fries (made in the air fryer) with chipotle Mayo for dipping. The steak looks small and lonely, but it was a leftover from the weekend. The fries were made fresh and awesome! let me know if you want my recipe.
