This is a US Morgan Dollar in a Horseshoe, all silver. the horseshoe is for Luck, and the back of the piece has a holder for a western-style Bolo tie. The horseshoe is open at the top, to "collect" any luck that falls! If your lucky horseshoe is not displayed that way, QUICK! turn it over to keep the luck from falling out! This is a Fossil "Blue" watch. It belonged to my father, and was his favorite timepiece - he wore it every day. It is water resistant to 100 meters, and the dial lights up when you press the button above the winding stem. I put in a new battery and it still keeps excellent time.
