Hello dear friends and how are you today? :) I didn't manage to do much things, I'm still drinking my coffee! I managed though to read you all, send tips and now here I am, ready to talk to you! :) So, how's the weather in your area? Here it's kind of rainy, so today home is our option! I already have food, since I made last night a delicious pastitsio with extra bechamel sauce! The first picture is from last night when it was hot and the cream was so liquid, and the second one from today, you can see a better view from the sauce :) Got to go now to make some work, today I'm making a mix of Christmas songs :) Bye for now and have a wonderful weekend!!!

That looks interesting. So was it better today, or yesterday? Or did it taste the same, just with a different consistency?
Pastitsio is always tasteful! I love it hot, I love it cold and I LLLLLLLOVE it 1-2 days after making it, when I take it out of fridge and it's cold! :) I guess the second day is better, the aromas are mixed and make it more delicious!
Sigh. For lunch we had ...... grilled chicken intestines. They are okay, (edible), but I wouldn't go out of my way to get them.
