Good morning everybody! Friday is finally here and Christmas are closer than before! :) So how was your last two days? I didn't find time to see you yesterday since I had some work out of my pc. I woke up early as usual today, I already made some of the works need to be done and here is the wonderful dish I prepared yesterday because there's enough cold here: Meat balls in soup, which we call "Yuvarlakia". It's a Greek plate, it's like meatball made of beef, rice and spices, cooked in moist heat, and an egg-lemon sauce. I don't like the egg inside, so I use only plenty of lemon! It's a delicious plate and when you cook it, you have 2 days food prepared, so no cook for today! Have you ever taste it? If yes, how did you find it? Bye for now and see you soon :)

I've never had Yuvarlakia, but since most Greek food I've tried is yummy, I'd give it a go. However, I will skip some of the seafood y'all eat, like octopus and squid.
You don't like seafood!?! And how will you drink OUZO when you'll come here!? :)
Ouzo goes well with anything. And I like some seafood, such as crab, lobster, some shrimp. Squid is ..... well, I can take it or leave it. Mussels, nope! Octopus, nope! Weird stuff that I don't have a clue what it is, nope! Please tell me you don't eat that dreadful dried fish in Greece.
