In my sales job I have enjoyed two record months in the past two months and it looks like I could have a fairly good month this month as well. But of course I never plan for that nor expect that to be the case. Even when they are not record months, but still good months, you always expect a couple of less than good months to follow. Not sure why it works that way. It just does. It does, however, keep you grounded.

As long as you did your best on your work, there are times that it might not be good but there still chance to improve.
