I really shouldn't. But the wife and I do keep quick and easy meals in the house when you jusrt don't feel like cooking. So I have these baked fish filets I got from Walmart which we will have for dinner tonight with a tossed salad. I have a salt restriction and take medication for high blood pressure, so I have to keep an eye on it. But I do go to the cardiologist twice a year and so if my blood pressure is high he would tell me. And so far the medication seems to be doing its job. So, its fish filets tonight with some salad. What's going on your dinner table tonight? ***Picture is mine

I'm currently in the Philippines, and I can unequivocably state that, with the possible exception of a breakfast here or there, every meal will include rice. With our rice, we had fried fish, with dragonfruit for desert.
Nothing wrong with rice. In fact, I prefer it over noodles. But not everyday for me.
