I probably won't withdraw it. Supposedly once it reaches a certain amount it starts to earn 4.08%. It earns interest at 0.003 BTC which is roughly $13. Don't need the money so might as well just let it accumulate.
But you should at least try withdrawal to see if it actually works.

It depends on the coin, but yes. And they pay in "in-kind" coins, but you can be paid in CEL if you want but I do not see an advantage to do that. BCH pays a little over 4% and BTC pays a little over 6%. There are probably 15 coins you can earn interest on.
