There is that old saying that "life comes at you fast," and it is true. But life can also sometimes be really damn busy, and it it far too easy to get locked in just the day to day routines. And sometimes that can wear one down a bit and make them a little bit crabby. It happens. How do you break the cycle? I am all ears. lol.
