Something I often like to do with leftover shrimp fried rice is add a little bit of meat to it, and then add the red sauce they give us for the egg rolls, which we usually have leftover as well. Tonight I will do it with kielbasa. I will cut and quarter the sausage, then brown it in the wok in a wee bit of oil, then toss in the shrimp fried rice, and add the red sauce to it. I am not sure exactly what the red sauce actually is. I just know it's good and sweet and adds nicely to the dish. This will be our dinner tonight. What's going on your plate?

It's just 7am in where i am. Still on bed thinking what to cook for breakfast. Maybe some bacon and eggs. 😊
Hey. I am not complaining one bit. Bacon and eggs is delicious. I do not eat breakfast, at least not at breakfast time. But when I do eat breakfast, bacon and eggs never goes wrong.
I'm eating bread, (plain, with peanut butter, etc.), because for breakfast the folks here decided to eat dried fish. YUCK!!
Yeah, that dried fish thing that seems very popular there does not seem to be my thing. I mean, I like fish. But the dried stuff just does not seem very appealing to me. I DO like smoked fish, but I think the dried stuff is something different. I could be wrong. Smoked chub and smoked salmon are two of my favorite smoked fish varieties.
Smoked fish is quite tasty. Dried fish is just plain gross. Imagine taking some fish you just cooked, soaking it in salt water, taking it out after a day or so and then eating it once it dries. Does that sound in any way appetizing to you?
No. It truly does not. Just yuck.
I like this recipe it's called "biryani"
I had to look it up, but man does it look delicious. Adding that to my list of things to make in the future. Thank you very much for sharing.
