Off to Walmart to get a few things. On the list is stuff to make a beef stew tonight. Gonna be good methinks. 👍 Going to get a beef pot roast and cube it, and I will put in some onions, diced tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, bok choy, and probably some corn. Should be delicious.

Sounds good. Meanwhile they just brought in some lunch - dried fish! - and it stinks so bad I’m gonna have to leave the room. :-(

  Yeah, that dried fish thing. I really feel for you, man. I am reminded of a funny meme I saw once that showed a microwave with a sign on it. It said, "When you are done reheating your fish, please remove your food and toss the microwave into the garbage." lol

    Oh that's funny! My wife used to sometimes make fish for me to heat up for lunch at work. I kicked out of the lunch room for that! (Seriously .... they made me heat up my lunch at a lonely microwave downstairs.)
