Last night's dinner turned out to be an awesome idea. On New Year's Eve I decided to cook up a pork loin roast for dinner https://noise.cash/post/5r46m9rbwjjvw, and because it was a 6 pound roast, of course there is lots of leftover to make other meals with. So, we decided to make toasted pork sandwiches on pumpernickel bread with some tomatoes and lettuce, and some fried onions and yellow peppers, and a slice of colby jack cheese. I had mustard on mine and my wife had aioli garlic spread on hers. I did not think to snap pictures, but of course everyone knows what a sandwich looks like. lol I was very happy with the meal choice.
