Everyone loves a good mystery from time to time, and I believe I hold one in my hands. A potentially counterfeit $1 bill with a hidden message behind its printing. From everything I can tell, it is Nixon. Beyond that the date is also wrong on the bill according to whose signatures are on it. The series date is 1969, the year Nixon was inaugurated.
