Never consider that anything is a guarantee. With the falling crypto markets and Marc having vocalized significant pullback from BCH interest as well as having said he is very disappointed with read and noise results, slow adoption of BCH etc... We cannot find ourselves surprised if the pending tips situation is not a glitch, but a notice.

Oh so there's an issue going on...
It would certainly seem so. Maybe it is just a glitch. But I have seen this sort of thing happen too many times to count before and usually it marks the end. Not drawing that conclusion, but not ruling it out either. Proceed with caution.
I still hope that everything will back to normal even it was possibly a notice

Perhaps the problem for me is that I have been on these sorts of sites for many, many years. Decades. And I am all too aware how things go and what signs become clear that the writing is on the wall.
