Perusing this site some days I am amazed by the generosity of a select few people here. Why, they can leave their wallet out on a table and I can come and pick it up and claim it as mine, and they will be okay with that. I can raid their refrigerator and make myself a nice sandwich, and they are all too happy for me. I can grab the keys to their car and drive it around town as though it is my own, and they jump for joy for me. What's theirs is mine, they say. Of course they would do none of these things. They would be mad as hell. Meanwhile, as I do all of these things, they peruse the Internet and this site for what is not theirs, to post it as it is theirs. The bottom line is that plagiarism is theft. If you would not have someone take from you what is yours, why would you take from others what is not yours?
