Tonight's dinner ought to be delicious. I cooked up some pre-made hamburgers and cooked them in taco seasoning. We will cut those up, and open up a package of tortilla shells. Scoop on a little bit of sour cream, then add the hamburger, some onions, green peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese. Basically burritos. I would not call this gourmet by any stretch of the imagination. But it will fill our gullets, and that's really what we aim to accomplish here. It may not be the best thing I have made, but definitely it is not the worst thing I have made. lol

Sir it seems to be that you can cook well . Have a delicious food ❤
Yo quiero uno burrito! I would add some kidney beans or pinto beans, (or even black beans), to this, but that's me.
All of those would be good. And refried beans too. Just love them, although my wife hates them. But man, even some refried beans by themselves with some sour cream and melted cheese? Yummy stuff, man.
I love bean burritos with cheddar cheese. I think Mexican food is delicious! But my wife, who is from the Philippines where they eat all sorts of gross stuff, actually vomited into the kitchen sink the first time she tried to eat an enchilada. The spices and taste of Mexican food was just something that her body and mind weren't accustomed to.
Hmm. Interesting. I guess I could see that. Indian food for me is kind of like that. I just don't like it. For me Mexican is #2 for ethnic cuisine. Chinese would be #1. Thai is maybe a third of 4th, but I have to admit most Thai food is too spicy for me, and so even if I eat it I only eat certain things.
The trick to Thai food is to order it as mild as possible, and eat it with lots and lots of rice.
