Nothing like coming home to the smell of a pork roast cooking in the crock pot all day. Seasoned a pork loin roast up with some Dixie Dirt and a hefty slathering of barbecue sauce, plus topped it with chopped onions. It should shred rather nicely, and I will serve it over a bed of hot white rice and probably make some frozen, buttered corn as well. I can't wait to dig in.
