Listen up employers. You have raised your prices to keep up with inflation. It is a "must do" thing. We all understand that. A business cannot eat all of the increasing costs of doing business. But what about the employee who must pay more for everything? Where's his money? He has to stay afloat too. The same dollar I used yesterday to buy a loaf of bread is not worth the same loaf of bread today. So, tell me, Mr. Employer. What makes you think the same dollar you paid me yesterday for my labor is worth the same amount of labor today? If you have to raise prices, I fully understand. But I am raising mine too for the same reasons, and you better be paying attention. https://read.cash/@Porwest/hey-employers-its-time-for-a-pay-raise-now-876442ec

It must be equally increasing. Both for employers products and employees salary enable for to avail want they needs
Yep. The employee should be a consideration in the equation for sure. I also consider it to be an investment. If the employees are not kept happy they are not going to produce for the company, and the company will be hurt by that.
An important topic, and we ask the government the same question. Prices are flying high and salaries are low to keep up with inflation. This is really infuriating. Good night my friend. Keep smiling.
I am trying. But so long as Biden is destroying the country there is little to smile about.
We will keep smiling until we die
