There was a time I think I may have wanted to become a professional musician. To be honest with you, in many ways, I am glad it never happened. Because now I can just do my own thing, and I can share the good, the bad, and the ugly, and I don't really give a damn. Sharing is simply fun. When I do these covers I should note that I do all of the parts. It's NOT karaoke. I play all of the guitar parts, I program the drums, I play the bass, I sing, and even if there are other instruments I do not play that are incorporated, those are all written out note for note in a program too. It is my hobby, so I don't take shortcuts. I just put all the crappy together for whatever it is worth and that's it. lol In any event, here is a cover of a Peter, Paul, and Mary song I did back in 2005. "Leaving on a Jet Plane." For whatever it is worth, all I can say is I know I had fun putting it together, and I am happy to share it for anyone who cares to have a listen. https://soundcloud.com/porwest/jim-bauer-leaving-on-a-jet-plane-peter-paul-mary-cover

Sir your musical skills are amazing I like it. But you are doing very well that you are doing I appreciate you. Good Morning have a beautiful day.
Yeah, wise decision you'd never had made it this far😂 but old school I love that..😌
A very eloquent way of saying, "you suck." Well done. 😂😂
I didn't say so..., Ops or did I? 😅 How are you doing tho?
No worries. I am a big boy, I can handle a little insult from time to time. lol. I am well.
You are literally an old man porwest not a big boy, those days are gone.😅 Besides whatcha got planned for the Christmas, done some decorations yet?
Decided not to decorate this year. Not even putting a tree up.
Poor... porwest😔 what has little Christmas done to you, doesn't even deserve a tree from you huh?
Dude, that was really good! Your version had more of a reggae feel than the original. I wish I could listen to the whole thing; soundcloud stopped working for me halfway through. But I always liked that song. It’s sad, but full of hope for the future. Kinda like life.
