My aim is not to be a gloom and doomer and I may be way off base in my thinking. But I am also one who observes, has been down similar roads in the past, and ONLY advises caution. We are still receiving "free tips." The "pending tips" are still being accounted for, accumulated, and "paid out," at least to our pending accounts. BUT, we may simply be operating on an algorithm that is still working, but funding that has stopped. Until the pending tips situation is resolved, unless getting paid is not important at all to you, I would be very careful in any efforts you make regarding creating content and interacting and participating. For me the next 24-48 hours is critical to assess whether or not noise is fine or dead.
