Great idea, Mr. Biden. Tax the rich and the corporations more under his new budget proposal when inflation is at the highest levels it has been since the 1980s. How many times do I have to say it? You can tax the rich and the businesses all you want. WE pay for every penny of it. The reality is that businesses do not PAY the taxes. They only collect them. Taxes are a cost of doing business just like any other cost of doing business. This will fall into the consumer's laps to pay any taxes Biden wants to charge. It's just the way it works and the way it has always worked. The new taxes will simply be added to the cost of every good and service we buy from the corporations—thus adding to already high prices and already runaway inflation. Oh well.

That's true, most of our problems are in tax. You can tax the rich but those poor who only suffer if they add tax in high price commodities
