Teaching Profession: Beyond Its Relationship Life suffers from pain, but after **pain** comes **immeasurable joy**. Lesson is always the result of understanding how the three domains work for each other and how the experiential learning influences the learner. Beyond its relationship is Teaching. It is painful to realize that teaching profession is taken for granted nowadays. Despite its noteworthy standing, this profession endures from different controversies. Some take this easy. Some don't mean how it works and molds young minds. Some forget how it contributes to the development of one's country. Some mend it as a low earning job. Money becomes the primary source of determining social class. With this, teaching profession amid its classical nobility is being humiliated by t-e demand of economic development and social stratification. Globalization is another contributing factor, which everyone works hard to get the title. This is the battle between material and spiritual world. As a result, they tend to fit into a working place where they can find an adequate salary more than the teachers can receive monthly. Its essence and reverence decreases. Excellence in education is now in danger. If this happens on, what society can the country produce? I presume; this still becomes a challenge as to how we encourage others to engage in this renowned career. One cannot leave the idea that money in teaching profession is quite scanty. One must need to work day and night, working days, and even holidays. Attending to the demands of the family is a major task. Attending to classes for unlimited hours is a great responsibility among the members of the society and the rest of the world. Imagine how tedious the work of a teacher is. Self-delights are being disregarded. Devoting time to preparing lesson plans, recording papers, computation of grades, submission of various reports before and at the end of school year, school activities, meetings/conferences, attending training/seminars workshops and classes for professional growth, extracurricular activities, coping up with challenges in the classroom, campus, workplace, administrations, community, stakeholders, and linkages is beyond multi-facets of being a teacher. Whew! However, I never mend these as an empel to bend my knees my knees as an exit to the crown of victory; instead I enjoy dealing with individual differences and level of intelligences and go beyond what is expected of me by being optimist how these challenges work and how they contribute and influence my character. Like what Stephen Covey says, I must maintain integrity, maturity, and abundance mentality as three character traits of professional teacher. ***With this, I realized that teaching can be scientifically called as symbiosis (***https://read.cash/@MisterWrite/an-unusual-relationshipsymbiosis-073bf989 .) It aims to sustain mutual relationship between the earner and the teacher. The teacher as learning facilitator directs how the subject matter will develop with progression and the student as receiver takes the delivery of knowledge associated with modes of understanding reaching takes place when teacher is able to identify and resolve the needs of the learner and the learner can determine, reflect, and perform resolutions according to the level of their intelligences and learning experiences. *As I write this, I arrive at understanding that money is just a temporary respite of happiness. This labels one as what and how we project ourselves within the boundary of our community.* Well, as a member of society, I believe that purpose of teaching is not for earning money alone, but can be of great help by digging out, valuing, developing, and recreating the wonder of folklore and contemporary knowledge towards a sustainable human development. This influences learners to become a catalyst in upholding the dignity of one's life. To change and touch one's life is priceless. Only the significant human experience can illustrate how good to be a teacher. It makes a teacher more than a wealth-to-do person ever. Dr. Bercasio said: *pain is inevitable*. And l say.pain is predictable. Money will just follow once the teacher uses his creativity. Like and Subscribe if you Liked it..Thank You! 😇

Simple Compound and Complex I. Simple sentences:- I went to the market. In this sentence there is only one subject and one predicate. I read a book. The dog barks. The train moves. The leaves fall from the tree.     In all the sentences above we find one subject and one predicate in each sentence. A simple sentence is one in which there is one subject and one predicate. II. Compound sentence:- I went to the market. I purchased fruits. Both the sentence are simple sentences. When I went to the market I purchased fruits.     In the above sentence there are two subjects and two predicates. The underlined words from a main clause in the sentence whereas the first part of the sentence forms a subordinate clause.     A sentence in which there is a main clause with one or more subordinate clauses is a complex sentence. I went to the market. I purchased fruits.     These two simple sentences can be framed as a single sentence by adding 'and' as noted herebelow.         I went to the market and I purchased fruits.     In this sentence we notice there are two main clauses. As such this is called a compound sentence. A compound sentence is one in which there are more than one main clause with or without subordinate clauses.         When I went to the bazaar I happened to meet my friend and we had dinner in the hotel.     This is a compound sentence in which there are two main clauses and one subordinate clause. Clauses     A group of words in a sentence, which contains a subject and a predicate within the group, is called a clause. Eg.:- When I went to my village I met my school mates. Today I have seen the film which was released yesterday. This is my favorite dress which I prefer to wear during festive occasions.     In the above sentences there are two parts. In each part there is a subject and a predicate.     In short a clause contains a subject and a predicate, but the phrase does not contain a subject and a predicate. But both the phrase and a clause form part of a sentence. We have already seen that a clause is a group of related words containing a subject and a predicate. I went to my village. (one clause) I met my school mate at the village. (one clause) When I went to my village, I met my school mates. (two clauses)     The sentence (1) as well as (2) there is a subject and a predicate and the clause stands as complete sentence.     Such clauses are called as main clauses. In sentence (3) there are two clauses. When I went to my village is a clause and there is a subject and a predicate.     The other clause in the sentence is --------------------- I met my school mates.     The first noted clause does not stand independently as a sentence. But the second noted clause stands independently as a sentence.     As such the first noted clause is a subordinate clause and the second noted clause is a main clause. One more example is given below to differentiate a Main clause and a subordinate clause. I went to the market where I purchased fruits. I went to the market - Main clause where I purchased fruits - Subordinate clause.     Subordinate clauses in a sentence are divided, on the basis of the functions as, 1. Noun clause 2. Adjective clause 3. Adverb clause. Hi! English Grammar Learning Free Offline is one of the best app to learn and test your grammar ability. Click the link to download at:https://bit.ly/374UunL

Allusions Alliteration is a figure of speech used to create rhythm and bring focus to a line or sentence in a piece of written material. Learn about the definition of alliteration, see examples of alliteration and test your knowledge with a quiz. Examples:       Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.       She sells seashells down by the seashore.    ✔  These are both tongue twisters most people have heard before; however, most people don′t know these sayings are examples of a literary term called alliteration, which occurs when a series of words, usually two or more neighboring words, have the same first consonant sound. A consonant is a speech sound that is not a vowel (a, e, i, o, u and sometimes y). The words in the sentence, ′Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers′ mostly start with the consonant sound ′p.′ Likewise, in, ′She sells seashells down by the seashore,′ most consonants start with the letter ′s.′    ✔  As we've discussed, alliteration is a figure of speech in which a series of words, usually two or more neighboring words, have the same first consonant sound; however, sometimes repetition of sounds occur inside a word. Alliteration is used primarily in poetry but can be used in various facets of literature as well as song lyrics, names, quotations or any piece of writing.    ✔  The purpose of alliteration is to make text stand out and direct the reader's attention to a particular section. Alliteration is commonly used to add interest to a sentence and can be a great way to help you remember names and phrases.    ✔  The sounds created by alliteration establish a certain mood, emotion and rhythm in text. For instance, in Dante′s Inferno, Dante states: ′I saw it there, but I saw nothing in it, except the rising of the boiling bubbles.' The repetition of the ′b′ sound mimics the sounds of bubbling. In the book Some Smug Slug, the ′s′ sound is used throughout to represent the sliminess and slyness of the slug.

Pronouns Lisa, do you want to give anybody these flowers? - No, I've bought them for _______ . yourself themselves mine myself When the same person is both the subject and the object in the sentence we place a reflexive pronoun after a verb or a preposition. 'Myself' is the right reflexive form of the personal pronoun 'I'. Other answers do not relate to the meaning. Vicky, if someone sends a message answer _____ . her him they them When we need to refer to a person after 'someone', 'anyone' and 'no one' we use the personal pronoun 'they'. Here the pronoun has the position of the object. That is why we use the objective form - 'them'.
