“A Wandering Life on the Horizon of Dreams” Achinpur was a village full of natural beauty, and the behavior and mindset of its people were equally refined and heartwarming. Suddenly, a small child appeared in the village. But no one knew where he had come from. For several days, he stayed by the roadside. His clothes were dirty, as if they hadn’t been washed for a long time. The place where the child usually stayed was right in front of Manik Mia’s tea shop. Whenever the boy felt hungry, he would sit in front of the tea shop. He would ask those who came for tea, “I’m very hungry; could you please buy me something to eat?” Nearly ten days had passed, yet the boy had not gone anywhere; he remained there. At first, everyone would buy him food, but now hardly anyone did. One evening, a gentleman came to the shop for tea. His name was Zayed Nasir. He was a teacher by profession, working at Achinpur High School. While chatting and enjoying tea, they did not even realize how evening had fallen. As the man stepped out of the shop, the boy asked him for food, “I’m very hungry; could you please buy me something to eat?"
