The Men Who Stole the Moon (Fiction)
*"As they were hurrying with the moon, the people notice the strong light that showed right through the sheet.* *The Goddess of the Sky made a great golden ball and hung it on a high tree.* *As the robbers were fleeing,they dropped the moon.* *Then the people fought and hit each other as they scrambled for the moon which was broken up completely."* *So the robbers stole the moon by climbing up the tree, untying the moon, and wrapping it in a big sheet.* *Soon they discovered that it was the moon, and so they ran after the robbers.* *Once there was no moon so that people bumped into each other at night.* *The Goddess was mad, but later ,she repaired the moon and hung it high in the sky so that no one could ever steal it again.* *The people became happy with the exception of the robbers who went out of business because the nights were no longer dark.* *The people gathered around the cracked moon and thought it was made of gold because it was sparkling and cold.* Read.Like.Comment.
